The communication from Teamwork's support team has been inconsistent, often taking weeks to respond, which disrupts the continuity of our implementation efforts. As a result, we have not realized any benefits from the service thus far. I believe the company oversells their solution, not accurately representing the extended, costly, and time-consuming setup process. It would be better if the implementation phase were free until the software is ready for use, as I have been paying for the service without any actual usage.
