User-Friendly Collaboration, but Limited Automation and Integrations at Scale

For us, we applied it to manage product, engineering, and operations tasks that spanned various distributed teams that work on fintech delivery deadlines and client onboarding processes. First, it was obvious to us how user-friendly it is. While many project management applications end up being confusing when a project scales, Kerika maintains its simplicity and ease of use. Its board-based workflow structure made it easy for technical and nontechnical team members alike to track task progress, bottlenecks, and responsibilities without going through much training. One other thing we found impressive about Kerika was its ability to facilitate collaboration. For example, during a certain software release where we had several payment gateway integration processes and compliance feature deployments at hand, it became necessary for various teams to collaborate on their respective dependencies at once.

Ease of use for product management

Much easier to use compared to tools like Asana and Jira which we tried earlier. This is pretty similar to Trello but with a much cleaner UI. With Trello the experience was OK when our boards were small, but with Kerika the experience is great even though we are up to 300+ cards on our main board now.
