What do you like best about Trello?

Trello's visual approach to task management makes it incredibly easy to organize work and collaborate with team members. The drag-and-drop interface is intuitive, and I love how flexible the boards, lists, and cards are you can use them for anything from personal to-do lists to complex project workflows. What do you dislike about Trello?

While Trello is great for smaller projects and teams, it can feel limiting when handling large-scale or complex project management. Features like Gantt charts or time tracking require third-party add-ons or upgrading to premium. Sometimes, too many cards on one board can feel cluttered and hard to navigate. What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trello helps me keep track of tasks, deadlines, and team progress in a clear and organized way. Before using Trello, it was hard to manage multiple projects and collaborate efficiently with teammates—especially remotely. Now, everything is in one place: who's doing what, when it's due, and what stage it's in. It has improved our team’s communication and productivity by giving us a shared visual workspace.
