What do you like best about GetResponse?

I love the way I was helped today with several problems that were driving me crazy. I was pleased that I could be listened to and helped with videos that made things much easier. Many thanks for your effective attention :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

The system is not very intuitive; it would be very useful to provide a list of steps to follow if we want to perform specific actions. For example: to create a newsletter, you need to follow these steps, or to connect GetResponse with your landing page.
