A solid PRM tool can be your best friend at work. I really enjoy Salesforce PRM, but I may be biased because I also use Salesforce.

Totally fair if you’re already a Salesforce PRM fan, but have you looked at Introw? It’s built to sit on top of Salesforce (https://www.introw.io/integrations/salesforce), not as a separate disconnected system, so you still keep your CRM workflow while getting partner deal reg, collaboration, and sync built in.

I’d throw Introw PRM (https://www.introw.io/) into the mix too. What’s interesting about it is that it’s built to work on top of your CRM, so if your team is already in Salesforce or HubSpot, it feels a lot less disconnected than tools that create a separate system for partner data.

For the things you called out, I’d look closely at usability, how clean the onboarding experience is, how easy deal reg and pipeline visibility are, and whether reporting actually stays in sync with your CRM. That’s usually where a PRM either saves the team time or becomes more admin overhead.

From that angle, Introw seems worth a look, especially if you want partner collaboration and tracking without making everything overly portal-heavy.
