I've been a Get Response customer for over a year, possibly longer, and I originally enjoyed its features. When they announced a new website builder, this piqued my interest more due to my plans to create two websites. If I had to give positives, they have a lot of useful resources, although accessing them can be frustrating as they sign you out whenever you go into the Resources library. That said, you can add Get Response lead magnets to your funnels when you start out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about GetResponse? Unfortunately, this is where I first encountered the limitations for affiliate marketers on Get Response. There's no integration with Google Adsense or any option to host ads, which meant this would severely limit my options. Without the ability to monetise, it wouldn't make sense to invest the amount of time necessary to build a website. I then encountered problems with Get Response's email marketing setup. Creating a basic email sequence became increasingly difficult, and the automation options for their budget package were almost unusable. Sadly, these two realities were ad odds with my requirements. Setting up a WordPress site and then upgrading to the next tier (priced at approx $50 now) would take me to around $80 per month. I needed to look at my options, so I paused my account and was informed a reminder would be sent as the renewal cycle was about to kick in. That didn't happen, and Get Response automatically restarted my account. I wasn't happy with the customer service response given about this, but that's a different story. Ultimately, the limitations led to my pausing my account in the first place. Until Get Response caters to affiliate marketers who need to monetise their website, I won't consider using them again. While Get Response has a budget tier, the limitations to their email automation make it almost impossible to create a useful email sequence. You'll have to go with the $50 package to do this; otherwise, you'll have severely stripped-back automation options. There are more affordable options available for email marketers. Furthermore, you won't be able to monetise the websites on Get Response, so keep that in mind. Customer service is so bad that I'm quitting. Technical support is not fast and not even good. I couldn't solve my problem and had to work an entire day to find a workaround. But the worst part is the billing support; it is a nightmare. They were completely uninterested in helping me, and they were pretending to be right without listening for any reason. The personal and billing setting are quite confusing, I can't understand if it is a choice to push user spending more or it is something that they still have to work on.
