**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency has allowed us to take on more accounts with less day to day managment. This is done through their automated bidding schedules, detailed recommnedations and overall account perfomance and dashboards. These are all tasks that would take a high quanbtity of my time throughout a day / week which i no longer have to put a high priority on.

Not only this but they provide a forum that is fully run by the devs. This allows for direct support access that takes no longer than 24 hrs to recieve a response.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I beleive that Fluency has a very steep learning curve. Certain things take a bit of time to wrap your head around. For example importing and deleting accounts into the software takes alot of work on the back end. Further more setting up the account to not be on "read-only" is a 3 step process of removing "read-only" three times.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time managment is the biggest one. We as an agency assign 60 clients per employee to manage day to day. This creates a high quanityt of need for "eyes on" the accounts. with Fluency previous tasks like budget checks to confirm approporate spending are almost not needed. Furthermore account builds are run through a template called backpack which massively decreases the amount of time needed to create accounts if oyu are advertising within the same industry.

The recent update. I just learned about where everything is so I'm not particularly happy to re-learn where everything else is now.

Fluency is solving PPC Ad updates at scale. The Blueprint is such a useful tool.

Fluency is the perfect solution for small teams looking to scale their results, without having to expand their team. The onboarding and implementation phase is seamless and the team provides all the support you could need to get up and running in the platform.

There isn't anything about the platform or the team that I have disliked!

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a small team made up of former agency specialists, trying to run 200+ accounts on multiple channels — to run these campaigns manually wasn't sustainable and it would cost a fortune to outsource it. Fluency allowed us to keep it managed in house, in a sustainable and effective way. Not only does it make it more manageable, but it also allows us to focus more on the things that actually matter, and focus less on the things that don't.

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency does budget pacing extremely well, offering many pacing strategies. Their reporting and data pages also allow for great overview of multiple accounts in a cross-platform manner. Their support team is very attentive and always willing to work to figure out solutions and improve the platform. The notifications tab also provides valuable alerts that can be frequently missed in platform when you're managing many accounts.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Blueprints on social media have room for improvement but the team is constantly making strides to make the platform work for the end user. The AI built into the program has room to learn and often hallucinates data that was not ingested properly.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing high volumes of accounts and comparing performance between platforms. Fluency is working to templatize and streamline campaign build processes and reporting to allow the end users like myself to focus on strategy.

What I like most about Fluency is the ability to save time with builds and being able to look at all data at wide scope. I also enjoy the budget management tool as it saves times with calculating underspend and etc.

Setting up the software was a bit of a hurdle and teaching and standarizing the team/procedures is a bit of a work around.

With the number of accounts our agency manages, it was vital that we had a tool that could help our team of analysts ensure that our accounts' spend was on track with their budgets. Instant adjustments, accurate tracking, and instant adjustments make Fluency a must-have for our team.

The learning curve and UX isn't alawys super intuative, but nothing that isnt overcome once you and your team have used it for a little while.

-Navigating to different tools and settings can be done in numerous ways. Useful shortcuts often appear by simply hovering over the subject.

-The new UI is very easy to get familiar with, and logically structured.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

-This is miniscule, but when searching for an account, I have to change the drop-down from 'Show Active' to 'Show All' everytime I reload Fluency. This may also be a browser setting, unrelated to Fluency.

-The multi-select checkboxes reset if a settings/tool pane is opened. For example, if I select multiple campaigns by clicking the check box, then decide to open the 'Campaign Targeting' pane for any campaign, all the checkboxes are cleared.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ad platform creation, campaign building, call tracking setup, scheduled account launching. Fluency streamlines the process, saving hours of manual account building.

I love tha automated budgeting, having their system take over multi-platform budgets has been a life saver. Their customer support is quick and responds in a timely manner. The blueprint system makes easy to quickly launch many accounts and make global changes as well.

If you are managing the PPC media strategy for a franchise or have a complex campaign, ad set, or ad structure where manual data entry leaves your campaigns prone to error, you should consider using the Fluency platform. Their onboarding experience is tailored to your needs and they take extra care to ensure the solution design fits your needs.

The platform is very powerful. You will spend a great deal of time learning the intricacies of how to use Fluency, which can be a bit overbearing. However, the customer service team is fantastic and can guide you as you become fluent in Fluency.

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The support response time is excellent, and ability to customize solutions based on various hurdles. Help and training resources are useful and easy to follow. I use Fluency everyday and it enables me to be more efficient, and add value to our advertising clients at scale through Blueprints, advanced reporting in Data Explorer, and polling sources. Integrations with partners and polling sources is great.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There is a signficant learning curve when becoming an advanced user for the many Backpack tools. This is expected and does not presesnt a significant barrier as long as Fluency trainers are made available to new users. I sometimes have trouble in saving/sharing/loading saved account filters in the Manage Accounts section. I feel this could possibly be reviewed and improved somewhat. Within Data Explorer, I often find myself selecting, re-selecting and guessing with the Report Type and Applied Columns selections to find the data I want. Saving reports and sharing them seems a bit clunky at times.

Improving polling source data refresh times is helpful for quickly rolling out enhancements for our accounts and daily users. I appreciate the work on Change History Logs to provide a more clear and accurate look at what's happened with any given account.

The cost is not as competitive as it could be. Unless you have a large number of accounts, the juice is not worth the squeeze.

The best about fluency is, honestly, the support and quick response / turn around time given from the Fluency team and reps.

One of the main things I wish was looked into, was the interface and to make it a little easier to navigate to specific items within Fluency that should be more "in your face" / easy to find.

The biggest solve would probably be the budgeting tool. Super eacy to use and navigate.

The learning curve is pretty steep and there are a lot of features that are a little more difficult to grasp. But worth it in the end!

As a long time Fluency client, I've been impressed at their commitment to constantly adding new features/more robust capabilities within pre-existing integrations/dashboards etc. All too often, software providers will release and move-on to the next, exciting project. 

The Fluency team continues to improve across the board, enhancing features that drove our original purchase decision, while adding exciting new capabilities.

When we do have a question about changes in the platform, their teamis uber-responsive and takes the time to help us completely understand and move forward with confidence.

Still haven't found a reason to lodge a complaint here. We're entirely satisfied.

Advertising management has required healthy team sizes in the past, especially as additional channels are introduced, product portfolios become more complex and target customer segments change. Fluency allows us to quickly and easily react to change, reducing waste in our ad spend and allowing our team to focus on the tasks that matter most.

I appreciate the ease of use in terms of the technology provided. The amount of time it takes to build things out in an intellegant manner is very appreciated and really cuts down on the time needed to achieve our goals. Also the customer support that is given goes beyond what you'd expect! There's a lot of features that can be overwhelming if you're unfamiliar but with time and use, you'll find that they're very useful and easy to navigate.

The learning curve is steep to fully utilize the features given to you but with time it becomes easier to integrate yourself to new methodology.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There's a huge cut to the amount of time needed to set things up and run things sucessfully. Upkeep is also a lot easier since the features offered are designed to make you more efficifent.

Fluency, for me, is all about scaling multiple SEM/paid digital advertising campaigns and ad groups to free up internal marketing team resources. Google evolves their paid search networks frequently, and Fluency stays neck and neck in terms of the required related functionality. They've harnessed robotic process automation and artificial intelligence to create an all-in-one dashboard that looks for account optimization opportunities while managing budgets and monthly pacing down to the dollar. In particular, I love being able to do anything possible at an ad network level from one location - as opposed to separately having to log in to Meta, Bing, Google Ads, etc.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There's definitely a learning curve, but this is true of any innovative digital marketing solution worth your time, and their support team and documentation are top-notch. That's as close as I can get if forced to provide a "con."

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm always confident Fluency is making intelligent decisions about our paid advertising campaigns, leaving the team with more time to handle other aspects of digital and traditional marketing efforts. When we spend time within the tool, the additional value-adds include enterprise-level collaborative features, account creative recommendations, audience and time-of-day customization, and a long list of other features. Their outstanding support and regular account review calls round out the package.

Fluency is new to me, as of this year. My Company assigned them as a preferred SEM vendor based on months of research, standards, and performance. I have about 5-6 properties utilizing Fluency and for the most part I like it. I like the Colab feature that shows me recommendations based on trend, budgeted occupancy, and lease-to-net lease ratio. Our National contact sends my team reporting each month for our portfolio, which is helpful.

I don't really like backpack as it is very overwhelming. I need a simple reporting dashboard. I do wish that Colab was a bit more detailed for users to be able to really upload content and information that would help build the campaigns.

There can be growing pains but they are minor and always worked through with efficiency and care. The interface can be overwhelming but we are a managed client and with the right rep it doesn't hold us back at all.

BluePrints are helpful when rolling out account changes in mass. The support team is very helpful when responding to questions and they make themselves readily available.

The filter options are limited. If the filter options could mimic Google Ads in all ways, it would make optimizing in Fluency as smooth as it is with the Google Ads UI. We have to come up with some solution for unbalanced budgets (when paused campaigns' month-to-date spend no longer is factored in).

Flexible platform, powerful features. After our team does the heavy lift of turning our strategies into blueprints, we love how easy Fluency makes it to then execute locally customized, error-free, optimized campaigns for each of our franchise clients quickly. We've been able to spend more time refining the campaigns with the time saved in the setup process.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The learning curve is steep. The open-ended flexibility of the platform can make it a little overwhelming to set up your views and use the tools effectively at first -- there aren't a lot of preset options templated out of the box to tell you what to focus on. The reports are wildly customizable if you just need a data export, but the visuals (charts/graphs/tables) aren't customizable, which has been a sticking point for our team due to our reporting needs.

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

What I love about Fluency is, that once you have the blueprints created and set up, you can launch campaigns on a large scale basis. It automates the way you do digital marketing, this way you can focus on strategy and optimizations. 

The new addition of the "Muse AI" is also a nice touch! It helps you analyze data in a much faster way. The insights report is also very easy to use and manipulate which the handy filters, so you can sift through data in a minimal amount of time.

The customer support provided by Fluency is top-notch. We have meetings with them weekly and go over any new releases or pending questions we may have. They're very recepitive to our feedback and are constantly making adjustments and releasing new features to their software based on the feedback we provide.

The ease of implemtnation and integration is second to none! Once we migrated our campaigns into the Fluency system, we were up and running and launching new campaigns with ease. 

Lastly, I use Fluency everyday at work. It's changed the game for digital marketers and I would highly recommend this product to any marketing agency!

The only thing I can think negatively about Fluency is that it does take a few months to really learn the in's and outs of the software. However they have a great forum, faq page, and support team that can assist you in a very timely manner!

Fluency has solved the problem of launching and making ongoing optimizations on a bulk scale with ease. Instead of having to launch campaigns one by one in a very tedious way in the Google UI, Fluency has solved for that problem!
