**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The ability to scale by giving our analysts more time to create campaigns. The ease of campaign implementation helps us allocate more time to other campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The cost is not as competitive as it could be. Unless you have a large number of accounts, the juice is not worth the squeeze.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency solves the capacity issues at our company. By allowing individuals to manage more campaigns, we can hire less and pay our workers more.

The best about fluency is, honestly, the support and quick response / turn around time given from the Fluency team and reps.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

One of the main things I wish was looked into, was the interface and to make it a little easier to navigate to specific items within Fluency that should be more "in your face" / easy to find.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest solve would probably be the budgeting tool. Super eacy to use and navigate.

Fluency has made budgeting for our company so much easier. It's easy to read and has all sorts of helpful insights.

The learning curve is pretty steep and there are a lot of features that are a little more difficult to grasp. But worth it in the end!

Ease of budgeting and pacing is the biggest thing that's helped out.

Lack of imstruction on important aspects such has changing CID's, account ingestion and what to change where to ensure everything works correctly after something is done.

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

As a long time Fluency client, I've been impressed at their commitment to constantly adding new features/more robust capabilities within pre-existing integrations/dashboards etc. All too often, software providers will release and move-on to the next, exciting project. 

The Fluency team continues to improve across the board, enhancing features that drove our original purchase decision, while adding exciting new capabilities.

When we do have a question about changes in the platform, their teamis uber-responsive and takes the time to help us completely understand and move forward with confidence.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Still haven't found a reason to lodge a complaint here. We're entirely satisfied.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Advertising management has required healthy team sizes in the past, especially as additional channels are introduced, product portfolios become more complex and target customer segments change. Fluency allows us to quickly and easily react to change, reducing waste in our ad spend and allowing our team to focus on the tasks that matter most.

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I appreciate the ease of use in terms of the technology provided. The amount of time it takes to build things out in an intellegant manner is very appreciated and really cuts down on the time needed to achieve our goals. Also the customer support that is given goes beyond what you'd expect! There's a lot of features that can be overwhelming if you're unfamiliar but with time and use, you'll find that they're very useful and easy to navigate.

The learning curve is steep to fully utilize the features given to you but with time it becomes easier to integrate yourself to new methodology.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There's a huge cut to the amount of time needed to set things up and run things sucessfully. Upkeep is also a lot easier since the features offered are designed to make you more efficifent.

I exclusively work with providers when things have gone wrong, which makes it difficult to consistently have a positive experience, yet somehow, I can't think of a single time that Fluency has fallen short in their assistance. The team at Fluency is thorough, determined, professional, and friendly. 10/10

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency, for me, is all about scaling multiple SEM/paid digital advertising campaigns and ad groups to free up internal marketing team resources. Google evolves their paid search networks frequently, and Fluency stays neck and neck in terms of the required related functionality. They've harnessed robotic process automation and artificial intelligence to create an all-in-one dashboard that looks for account optimization opportunities while managing budgets and monthly pacing down to the dollar. In particular, I love being able to do anything possible at an ad network level from one location - as opposed to separately having to log in to Meta, Bing, Google Ads, etc.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There's definitely a learning curve, but this is true of any innovative digital marketing solution worth your time, and their support team and documentation are top-notch. That's as close as I can get if forced to provide a "con."

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm always confident Fluency is making intelligent decisions about our paid advertising campaigns, leaving the team with more time to handle other aspects of digital and traditional marketing efforts. When we spend time within the tool, the additional value-adds include enterprise-level collaborative features, account creative recommendations, audience and time-of-day customization, and a long list of other features. Their outstanding support and regular account review calls round out the package.

Fulency is helpful with keeping my Google Ads campaigns on pace for spending, managing multiple campaigns in a few clicks, and keeping a close eye on all of my managed accounts.

The user experience can be dificult to find certain actions if not trained properly or are new to the platform. It definitly takes time getting use to, but once you do, it can save you plenty of time!

Knowing all in once place if my accounts are on pace, if there are keyword errors, as well as many other recommendations to help each account improve in one place.

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency is new to me, as of this year. My Company assigned them as a preferred SEM vendor based on months of research, standards, and performance. I have about 5-6 properties utilizing Fluency and for the most part I like it. I like the Colab feature that shows me recommendations based on trend, budgeted occupancy, and lease-to-net lease ratio. Our National contact sends my team reporting each month for our portfolio, which is helpful.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I don't really like backpack as it is very overwhelming. I need a simple reporting dashboard. I do wish that Colab was a bit more detailed for users to be able to really upload content and information that would help build the campaigns.

Fluency helps me build campaigns specific to my apartment communities to help meet monthly leasing goals.

We are able to grow and test at scale.  Having a partner who can work with us to expand our offerings and improve performance has been absolutely necessary.  New innovations and options are always being made available and we're kept at the forefront of new opportunities. we use fluency as a part of our daily workflow.

There can be growing pains but they are minor and always worked through with efficiency and care. The interface can be overwhelming but we are a managed client and with the right rep it doesn't hold us back at all.

Day-to-day optimizations and keeping things running. Our launch time has been dramatically reduced. We are able to offer services to way more clients with the help of fluency than our small team could otherwise. There are a lot of features that i have no learned about yet, but i think one gripe i have is that There will be ads not performing well but i am not sure how to fix it.

I like the notification it gives, like blocked keywords, non-serving sitelinks. I like that I can bulk optimize my campaigns and that it manages my budgets

It is sometimes confusing trying to take campaigns off read-only, and it takes a second for things to update. For example, I updated my non-serving site links yesterday, but they are still showing up as nonserving

BluePrints are helpful when rolling out account changes in mass. The support team is very helpful when responding to questions and they make themselves readily available.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The filter options are limited. If the filter options could mimic Google Ads in all ways, it would make optimizing in Fluency as smooth as it is with the Google Ads UI. We have to come up with some solution for unbalanced budgets (when paused campaigns' month-to-date spend no longer is factored in).

Rolling out changes in mass that decrease manual work time.

I like that it provides an easy and understandable solution to marketing. It's clear, concise, and very intuitive. It has made managing multiple clients and a plethora of campaigns enjoyable again. Whenever I need help with anything, there is always an answer.

The learning curve can be tough, but once you get the hang of the platform, things just work.

All in one place to pace budgets. Out of all the budget pacing tools we've tried. This is the only one that covers all need for search ads and our only trusted partner we've found over manually doing ourselves. Additionally, their customer service is stellar. Love our partnership.

I would love to see more functionality with Meta. While a Meta solution exists, it does not interact with all available functions.

I like that it saves me time and helps bulk manage multiple accounts easily. Customer support is also very receptive and helpful.

The intitial set up process is a bit hectic at first as we have to modify our process.

Flexible platform, powerful features. After our team does the heavy lift of turning our strategies into blueprints, we love how easy Fluency makes it to then execute locally customized, error-free, optimized campaigns for each of our franchise clients quickly. We've been able to spend more time refining the campaigns with the time saved in the setup process.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The learning curve is steep. The open-ended flexibility of the platform can make it a little overwhelming to set up your views and use the tools effectively at first -- there aren't a lot of preset options templated out of the box to tell you what to focus on. The reports are wildly customizable if you just need a data export, but the visuals (charts/graphs/tables) aren't customizable, which has been a sticking point for our team due to our reporting needs.

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

What I love about Fluency is, that once you have the blueprints created and set up, you can launch campaigns on a large scale basis. It automates the way you do digital marketing, this way you can focus on strategy and optimizations. 

The new addition of the "Muse AI" is also a nice touch! It helps you analyze data in a much faster way. The insights report is also very easy to use and manipulate which the handy filters, so you can sift through data in a minimal amount of time.

The customer support provided by Fluency is top-notch. We have meetings with them weekly and go over any new releases or pending questions we may have. They're very recepitive to our feedback and are constantly making adjustments and releasing new features to their software based on the feedback we provide.

The ease of implemtnation and integration is second to none! Once we migrated our campaigns into the Fluency system, we were up and running and launching new campaigns with ease. 

Lastly, I use Fluency everyday at work. It's changed the game for digital marketers and I would highly recommend this product to any marketing agency!

The only thing I can think negatively about Fluency is that it does take a few months to really learn the in's and outs of the software. However they have a great forum, faq page, and support team that can assist you in a very timely manner!

Fluency has solved the problem of launching and making ongoing optimizations on a bulk scale with ease. Instead of having to launch campaigns one by one in a very tedious way in the Google UI, Fluency has solved for that problem!

The notification section allows you to find issues across your accounts that otherwise wouldnt have been found at scale.

It's a complex tool that can be intemidating. Syncing data can be inconsistent and you sometimes dont have insight into why something might look incorrect.

Fluency's campaign and budgeting automation have revolutionized how our agency manages our Google & Facebook accounts, bar none. We've seen huge decreases in the time our analysts need to allocate toward intensive account maintenance and even sharper increases in productivity. Also, Fluency's blueprint feature allows us to onboard new clients and launch new campaigns at a record pace, giving us the tools we need to scale our business much quicker. Lastly, the level of attention and support we get from the Fluency team is sensational, as most issues we experience in the platform (which are few and far between) are responded to or handled within minutes.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Fluency is a powerful tool for agencies in general, but some of the best features about the platform are more impactful for agencies that specialize in specific industries or that launch the same kind of tactics/campaigns en masse. Additionally, the integration process wasn't necessarily easy, but we did have an incredible level of support throughout the process.

- I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Broadcast tool! Makes updating monthly incentives 10x easier.

- I love that my team has a dedicated support person to help with any bugs or potential add-ons to make our user experience easier.

- I like the different types of pacing strategies we can implement across all campaigns. Gives me back time everyday.

Viewing metrics is less desirable than viewing in Google Ads. Performance Max Assets Groups are a bit clunky (videos not deleting, asset groups pausing)

Campaign Creation: Creating campaigns prior would be an extensive process taking valuable time away from my day. Now it is swift and significantly reduces time spent creating campaigns. 
Scheduling Changes: I can schedule changes for pacing strategy, ad copy, ad status for future so I do not have to return to make the changes
Bulk Editing: Google Ads Editor can make bulk changes but not to the same extend as Fluency. Bulk changing at an account level is also a great feature
