## Fluency Reviews
  ### 1. Effortless Campaign Management with Intuitive Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency provides clear, intuitive tools that make managing campaigns straightforward and efficient

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

While the platform is powerful, it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming with all the options available.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency helps streamline and automate the ad management process, saving time on repetitive tasks and reducing manual errors. It’s made campaign setup, reporting, and optimization much more efficient, allowing me to focus more on strategy and creative performance

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback! It's great to hear Fluency makes you more efficient with managing your campaigns. We understand that the platform's robust features can sometimes be overwhelming, and we appreciate your input. Our team is continuously working on enhancing user experience and simplifying navigation. And your AE is always here to help as well!

  ### 2. Fluency is a GAME CHANGER!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I appreciate how granular the platform allows you to be when managing accounts. The features are powerful and give marketers full control over campaign performance. The Blueprints feature, in particular, has significantly streamlined processes that used to take hours—transforming the way I manage my accounts for the better. Customer support has been phenomenal and the onboarding team (Michael) has been a true rockstar!

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

At this time, I haven’t encountered any significant drawbacks. The platform has been highly effective and user-friendly in my experience.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency has effectively resolved our budget management challenges by preventing account overspending and underspending. It has also streamlined Google Ads campaign creation and enhanced our optimization processes.

  ### 3. Fluency Gives You Time Back To Focus On Strategy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency perfectly paces digital advertising giving you time back to focus on strategy. I also enjoy the bulk manage tools that allow you to make changes to multiple ad groups or campaigns at one time. There are so many features, it can be difficult to learn them all. However the customer support has been amazing and they just rolled out a series of training tools to help out adapting to the software.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Since Fluency connects to the Ad networks through an API connection, there are delays on some ad updates. The most prominent is when adding frames or overlays to Meta campaigns. Getting previews to populate after these additions are a sore point.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding new clients is now a breeze.
Fluency does a fantastic job pacing campaign budgets which is a great time saver. The Notification section does a pretty good job calling out any red flags on campaigns or budget misalignments, helping us manage a larger client roster.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Hi there, it’s great to hear that Fluency is giving you more time to focus on strategy, and that our Customer Success team has been a strong support throughout your experience. We understand the frustration around delays—while some are unfortunately out of our control, please know you're not alone, and we’re always working to minimize the impact wherever possible.

  ### 4. How Fluency Helps My Day-to-Day

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency automates many of the time-consuming tasks I take on daily as a Pay-per-Click Specialist. This frees up valuable time for me to focus on strategy and execution, rather than spending most of my day with things like updating account budgets for over 50 clients. Tasks that used to take me hours are now possible with a few clicks in Fluency, which has made my job managing numerous clients much easier!

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There is a lot to do in Fluency, therefore it can be confusing at first to navigate and comprehend everything within the platform. It takes some time using Fluency to really start understanding how powerful it can be.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency handles a lot of the mundane tasks for my accounts and allows me to spend most of my time on actually improving campaigns rather than things like updating account settings for hours.

  ### 5. How the Marketing Tool Helped Me Manage My Ad Campaigns

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Horace C. | Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

As a marketer, I understand the importance of managing ad campaigns efficiently to achieve the best results. That's why I was excited to try out the marketing tool that allows businesses to manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other ad platforms in one place.

Using the tool, I was able to view all my ad campaign data in one place, making it easy to monitor performance and adjust my campaigns accordingly. The platform's reporting features provided me with detailed insights and metrics, which helped me to make data-driven decisions that improved my ad performance.

One of the most significant benefits of using this marketing tool was the ability to manage multiple ad platforms in one place. This saved me time and allowed me to focus on creating effective ad campaigns, rather than spending time switching between different platforms.

Another feature that I found particularly useful was BluePrint function where you can build a campaign structure and push it to multiple accounts. This saved me enormous time.

There is one thing that I have to mention. I was impressed by how Drew and Jackson have been providing excellent service, with super short response times and being super supportive throughout my experience using the platform. This really made a difference in my confidence in the tool, as I knew I could rely on them to help me troubleshoot any issues I encountered.

In conclusion, I highly recommend the marketing tool that allows businesses to manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other ad platforms in one place.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Sometimes, we could run into glitches. But Fluency's engineering team is usually pretty quick on solving these issues.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage over 100+ ad accounts. It helps me to manage all accounts on a single platform, and to manage 1000+ campaigns with less than 10 BluePrints

  ### 6. Lots of possibility and improved efficiency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isaac M. | Digital Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

First and foremost, Fluency's platform is what you make it. Onboarding was incredible and their team make it very fluid and make themsleves available for any questions. The tools and UI do a great job of mimicking the traditional ad platforms just enough to be familiar while utilizing better work flows and automation to complete tasks much faster. It does take some getting used to as some of the terminology for certain tools or aspects does not line up perfectly with their native platform counterparts. But this is to be expected with a platform that centralizes all of your ad management. Overall, our agency has seen a significant improvement in our ability to quickly and consistantly onboard new clients and launch new campaigns using Fluency. We now use Fluency on an ongoing daily basis and have also seen our ability to optimize campaigns and control budget pacing significantly improve.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The few areas where we see room for improvement are as follows: some minor tasks like adding or switching out creative assets can be a bit cumbersome in comparison to the native platform's tools. For instance, when adding a creative image in a FB ad natively, you are able to add it and choose placements and optimizations all in essentially one place/section. Whereas with Fluency, you will need to navigate to multiple different sections to adjust elements like Placements, Optimizations, etc. But this represents more of a necessity/burden on the user to learn a new process than it does a mistake on Fluency for their layout (again, the platform is what you make it). Lastly, the only real problem we have had is that we frequently run "Experiment" campaigns in Google Ads to A/B test various elements of our Advertising and Fluency does not have a native way to set these up or make ongoing edits/changes. So any experiments have to be created and optimized natively in Google Ads. Fluency is able to pull this information into their system for us after the fact so we are able to track the data and performance of these experiments in the Fluency platform, but differentiating the test campaigns can be harder inside the Fluency platform.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Launching new campaigns is faster and more consistent, Optimizations are mostly faster and easier to accomplish on an ongoing basis, allocating marketing budgets to the best performing campaigns is a breeze, budget pacing is incredible and way more robust than natively in the idividual platforms.

  ### 7. It's been a great asset for my team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaby B. | Marketing Scientist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

It's relatively easy to navigate and it includes many many useful tools in one place. Customer support is very responsive

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

It's not too intuitive in some cases but the customer service is great and fast. Working through the glitches can be frustrating at times

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating the budgets has been a game changer! The reporting and analyzing of the data is also great. Building and launching campaigns more efficiently

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Hi Gaby. Thank you for sharing how Fluency's features have been a game changer for your budget management and reporting. We also appreciate your thoughts on how quick our customer service team is at providing solutions. If you could expand more on how our platform could be more intuitive, or submit your thoughts to the user forum, that would help us improve. Thanks again.

  ### 8. Always willing to go the extra mile

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin G. | Sr. OEM Program Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The Fluency Team is always willing to lend a helping hand, no matter the task. Everyone I've had the privilege of interacting with are invaluable assets, I can't thank them enough for all they do day in and day out to ensure our Program is operating efficiently and effectively. We recently rolled out a large-scale call tracking API project, highly technical in nature is an understatement. Having the opportunity to work directly with Eric throughout the project he ensured every milestone was hit, regardless of level of scope-creep throughout, he handled everything with true professionalism. I cannot recommend Fluency enough as a partner in the Advertising space!

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I've yet to have any kind of negative experience working with Fluency.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage a VERY complex advertising program. Fluency's Blueprint structure and automation make meeting strict program requirements no problem, in the rare event there is an issue, they're always willing to jump on a call to help with the path to resolution.

  ### 9. Massively Flexible Automation & Management for Multi-Platform Digital Ad Campaign Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Doug M. | Owner / Operator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Blueprints and External Data Sources are the true power of Fluency. With these two features alone, it justifies the cost. Add to that some of the most in-depth reporting creation and automation and you've got a winning package for agencies managing large client bases who need to be able to do bulk management and automation across all campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Their UI is a little difficult to navigate at first, but they've been making big strides in improving the overall UX in the past year. They also have a very particular philosophy when it comes to budget management which may or may not jive with how your agency handles allocations on behalf of clients. This is a pretty minor hurdle to clear, though, and the automation and bulk management features definitely outweigh any potential downsides listed here.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency allows for management of campaigns across a large number of clients, and automates a lot of the manual tasks of day-to-day management and maintenance of digital advertising. It's a key part of my agency's software stack.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Hi Doug, we appreciate your thoughtful review and how Blueprints and External Data Sources are making such a positive impact on managing your large client base more effectively. We appreciate your feedback on the UI and budget management philosophy—we’re always working to enhance the user experience to better meet your needs. Thanks again for the detailed review and being part of Fluency!

  ### 10. Great so far!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leigh Ann L. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

We started on Fluency a few months ago and has helped a ton with larger scale view of our accounts. Finding issues in accounts quickly for us and giving solutions for easy fixes! Also enjoy the option to bulk create and launch accounts.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

My least favorite part about Fluency is adding or removing Keywords. The current setup is not very user-friendly and it's hard to do what you want quickly. Also trying to edit anything currently in there, there isnt an option to edit a keyword.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pacing - saves a ton of time ensuring even budget pacing

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Hi Leigh Ann, thank you for your feedback. Glad to hear you're experiencing the time-savings of Fluency! As for your note on keywords, you can adjust these - I would encourage you to work with your AE as they can help you troubleshoot this.

  ### 11. Fluency is like having an extra Ad Operations employee

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bradley R. | Associate Director YouTube Ads, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

What I like most about Fluency is once the initial setup of the campaigns is done and the blueprints are created...The campaigns literally take like 15 minutes to publish. Also another great part about Fluency is the actual service that was provided. Josh Baron has great Customer Service and if he doesn't know the answer he finds out. He is incredibly thorough and detailed with his responses and follow ups.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I would say the only thing that I dislike about Fluency is the initial implementation can be ambiguous at times. This is only because of the unfamiliarity with navigating the platform as well as the wide range of differences in campaign builds and setups that we have for clients. This can cause minor hiccups in the initial setup because of the subtle nuances of campaign builds.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The time it takes to apply tags to my ads. CM360 tracking is such a pain to implement in bulk. Fluency makes it way easier. Also the blueprint setup makes my life easier knowing that it's one less thing I have to worry about for QA because I know it will be exactly the same.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Hi Bradley, thank you for sharing your positive experience us! It's great to hear that Fluency is saving you time and we're happy to hear that you find our platform efficient and user-friendly once campaigns are set up. We appreciate your kind words about Josh's customer service - our team strives to provide thorough and detailed support to all our clients.

We completely understand that the initial implementation can feel a bit ambiguous, especially with the wide variety of campaign builds and setups you’re working with. We’re always looking for ways to make the onboarding process smoother, and your feedback will help us improve this for future users. If you have any more feedback or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you for partnering with Fluency!

  ### 12. Powerful ad automation and syndication tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan T. | Advertising Process Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency makes it extremely easy to design and implement campaign strategies across a number of similar verticals through the use of blueprinting. The system takes a bit of time to learn all the intricacies of proper taggings, filtering, and adding specific data sources but once mastered we could easily launch dozens of campaigns and ads to multiple clients at once.
The manage account dashboard allows you to quickly review a portfolio of accounts to identify those that are excelling or struggling, and any quick updates such as budgets, pausing/activating campaigns or ads can all be done within Fluency.
Their customer support is top notch and you're assigned a solutions architect and primary point of contact after onboarding to answer ongoing questions and learn about any new features. We've found our rep to be knowledgeable both about the platform but also ad management on both Meta and Google. Their quick to document feature requests or bug tickets, and share best practices that other Fluency customers are using.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

They've recently changed their UI, and while we understand the reasoning behind some of the updates there are some we don't quite approve of. The navigation in the system can be confusing, and there is a decent amount of Fluency-specific nomenclature to learn both within managing account budgets and within blueprinting.
Some of the budget management and pacing features can be confusing for new client or campaign launches mid-month. Improving the documentation around this and pacing in general would be helpful.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency allows us to manage advertising for franchise businesses or specific verticals where we need to deploy specific strategies across a large number of accounts, campaigns, and ads. It help to automate pacing and manage ad spend so we never exceed our client budgets. It allows us to quickly A/B test multiple campaigns and ads without doing each test one by one.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful feedback! We’re so glad to hear that Fluency is helping you design and implement campaign strategies across multiple clients with ease, especially through the use of Blueprints. It’s great that the manage account dashboard is making it simple to monitor performance and make quick updates.

Regarding your feedback on the recent UI changes, we really appreciate your input. We understand that updates can take some time to adjust to - since we’re always working to improve, the user forum is a great place to share your thoughts directly with us. If you haven't yet, we encourage you to use the forum to submit feature requests or suggestions as this helps us prioritize what to tackle next.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience - we’re excited to continue supporting your team in managing your campaigns more efficiently.

  ### 13. Fluency saves our agency a lot of time on the back end but does have standard growing pains.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul C. | Senior Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Our agency specializes in Franchise brands and multi-location businesses and Fluency allows us to develop strategies for an entire brand that can be rolled out to countless locations rapidly and seamlessly, saving us time (the most precious resource in an agency environment) to do the strategic work our clients need to succeed in a changing media environment.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There are some growing pains as the platform is developed to support varying industries and agency setups. The current reporting system is severely limited as well. Fluency has been very open about constantly working on improving as they go though which is fantastic!

Additionally, the ability to use conditional logic (if/then/else statements) in Blueprints is currently limited and requires a bit of out of the box thinking to setup. Things tend to get updated that can break existing Blueprints without any notice given.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time cost for setups within franchise networks. Fluency's blueprints are far faster, stronger, and more flexible than our previous methods (using Editor to duplicate a template, adjusting local copy or using Facebook's excel sheets for campaign builds). Fluency also does a much better job of rolling up the data for us than the ad platforms do.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Paul, we appreciate your feedback on the benefits of using Fluency for your agency, especially in saving time for developing strategies for franchise brands and multi-location businesses. We understand the importance of a robust reporting system and the need for more flexibility in conditional logic. We are continuously working on enhancing our platform to address these areas.

  ### 14. An Innovative and Organized Platform That Changes The Digital Marketing Game!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary-Claire J. | Social Media Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Managing advertising campaigns across Meta platforms has always been a juggling act, but the new Fluency platform revolutionizes the process with its seamless, user-friendly interface and robust organizational tools. From streamlining campaign oversight to providing intelligent budget management features, Fluency offers a cutting-edge solution for advertisers looking to maximize efficiency and ROI.
Another area where Fluency shines is its automation capabilities. The platform enables you to automate repetitive tasks, such as scheduling campaigns and budgets, targeting audiences, updating creatives across ad sets, and broadcasting time-sensitive ad copy. These time-saving features free you to focus on strategic planning and optimization for your social media campaigns.

Fluency also integrates seamlessly with existing tools, making it easy to sync your Meta campaigns with analytics platforms, CRMs, and other marketing software. This interconnectedness eliminates the need to jump between systems, creating a smoother workflow.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I have not found anything that I dislike so far. The interconnectedness between partners is a little clunky, but not unbearable.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency solves key challenges in ad management by providing robust tools for organization, budget tracking, automation, and analytics, which significantly streamline my workflow. It simplifies campaign oversight with an intuitive interface, making it easier to manage multiple campaigns without confusion. Its smart budget management ensures I stay within financial limits while optimizing performance, and automation saves time by handling repetitive tasks like scheduling and updates. Additionally, its real-time analytics provide actionable insights that help me refine strategies effectively. While the platform still has room to improve in seamlessly integrating with partners, it has already enhanced my productivity and allowed me to run more efficient, results-driven campaigns.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Hi Mary-Claire,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback. We’re thrilled to hear that Fluency has made such a positive impact on your workflow and campaign management! Our goal is always to help our partners drive efficiency and maximize ROI, while delivering exceptional service, so your feedback truly reinforces that we’re on the right path. We appreciate your partnership and look forward to continuing to support your success!

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency keeps my as campaigns consistent through their blue prints, and their budget management saves me so much time and stress of overspending or underspending.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There isn’t really anything that I dislike about Fluency. The platform is easy to use. The support is great.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Budget management. Consistency. Speed of launching new accounts.

  ### 16. Great for Paid Search, Needs Improvement for Meta and Video Ads

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like the notifications and blueprints. I think it works very well with paid search.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I think it needs improvement on other advertising products such as meta and google video. There tends to be many bugs that are not clear on why there is an error.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scalability.

  ### 17. Innovative Product still in the works!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like the ease of Fluency especially with budget management!

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I feel like there are still a lot of bugs to work out, specifically when it comes to Meta since Meta is always changing their interface, we often have to update our BP to match

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency is solving many issues, but for me the budget is the main one! I love the pacing of daily budgets but find they are often hard to ensure fully spend, so having Fluency is nice!

  ### 18. Simplified campaign monitoring

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The fluidity in campaign monitoring

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The fact that changes take time to appear on Fluency

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

He allocates the budgets assigned to my campaigns and alerts me in case of a malfunction. I can apply corrections without leaving Fluency, which is very positive.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about Fluency! We're happy to hear our OS is making a difference in your campaigns.

  ### 19. Great for Budgeting, But Needs Bug Fixes

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

It helps keep our budgeting correct in my job.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There are a few bugs still that need to be fixed.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It relieves the stress of constantly worrying about monthly budgets, and whether we might end up spending too little or too much each month.

  ### 20. Efficiency, Performance, and Customer Service all in one

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg P. | Senior Product Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency has been fantastic about integrating with various complex systems that are part of my business in creative and valuable ways that allow us to quickly pivot our approaches based on every-changing business needs.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Fluency's desire to stay lightweight and flexible can sometimes cause friction with bulky established processes at large partner companies. This can be a positive though, as it can force partners to rethink some inefficient processes that might be long overdue for revamping.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency is allowing content creation to be smart and purposeful, more than ever before. Their partnership in making sure the right message reaches the right customers at the right time has been integral to growing our own business and giving value to our clients.

  ### 21. Great Report Variety, but Glitches and Slow Load Times Hold It Back

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like the variety of reports as well as the metric breakdowns

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The glitches, having to wait for pages to load, the most recent update.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving automation problems

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The automation! the duplication! the pacing! the control!

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I feel like some tasks are a little unnecessary complicated. or you can only do certain things in certain "drawers" or sections, and replicating settings is way more complicated to navigate than it needs to be.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling broadcast messaging is amazing, saves so much time that it automatically comes down instead of having to manually take them down. Tight control on pacing, saves me time having to make adjustments or on billing updates/credits/makegoods.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency is built in a convenient way to do whatever your business needs with it, which is different than most tools that are built for a specific use case.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I don't think I have anything negative to say at this point. Some random things come up that I am surprised they don't support, but they typically do quickly thereafter.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scale scale scale! We are able to do more with less effort time and time again when compared to other similar software solutions.

  ### 26. Great Platform Especially for Budget Management and Campaign Launching

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The different automated budget management strategies are a great way to stay on top of your spending, and the settings replicator tool makes campaign launching a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The UI can be a little clunky and confusing, especially starting out, particularly for daily management tasks like search term mining, and reviewing individual keyword performance.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Over and underpacing spend on campaigns. The automated budget management makes it easy to set a given budget and rest easy knowing it won't exceed that monthly.

  ### 27. Good Platform with minor issues

  ### 28. Fluency Makes Multi-location Management Easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency makes it significantly easier to manage digital marketing campaigns for a large number of independent retailers—nearly 200 in our case. It helps us maintain consistency across accounts while still allowing for the customization to each retailer needs. The platform makes campaign creation easier, reduces manual work, and ensures that updates can be made at scale. It also gives us better visibility into performance and helps us catch issues before they become problems. Overall, Fluency is going to make our team faster, more accurate, and better equipped to support a complex, distributed retail model like Starkey’s.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

One challenge we ran into with Fluency was the onboarding process. The platform doesn’t automatically pull in account details from a Business Manager or MCC, which meant we had to manually collect and input all the necessary information into an ingestion sheet. That process took hours of work across multiple spreadsheets, even though most of the data already existed within the ad accounts. It would be much more efficient if Fluency allowed us to connect to a central account and simply toggle on the campaigns we want to include.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing Large-Scale Account Changes Efficiently
Pushes updates (e.g. copy, budgets, URL changes) across 100+ accounts quickly and consistently.

Reducing Manual Work and Human Error
Automates repetitive tasks like campaign builds, ad copy updates, and budget adjustments.

Ensuring Brand Consistency Across Retailers
Maintains cohesive messaging while still allowing for retailer-level customization.

Monitoring Performance Across a Distributed Network
Surfaces trends and outliers across all accounts to support proactive optimizations.

Simplifying Complex Campaign Structures
Standardizes naming conventions, structures, and reporting across search and social platforms.

  ### 29. Time saver without compromising quality!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alejandra T. | Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The customer support experience has been top-notch. I believe this has been key to our implementation journey, and now I'm using Fluency every single day. The message of the day report is so handy to know where to start my optimizations and it's easy to create new entities such as new ad groups, ads, and campaigns!

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The implementation has taken a lot of time for us, but I think it's completely worth it. Blueprints are still a big concept I need to wrap my head around, but the customer support has made this so much easier for me!

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated tasks such as budget pacing and management. Creation of new campaigns, and also generating reports. Having a scalable solution for highly verticalized clients!

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Hi Alejandra, thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear that Fluency’s customer support has played such a key role in the implementation process. We completely understand that the implementation process can take time, and we’re really happy to hear that it’s been worth it for you. Blueprints can definitely be a lot to grasp at first, but we’re glad that our support team has helped make that easier. We’re always here to guide you through any part of the platform!

Thanks again for your feedback—we’re excited to continue supporting your success!

  ### 30. Fluency does a lot, but not as simply as I'd like.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency offers a lot of features and the ability to do a lot of things in one place. I like the budget management options. The Fluency team has also been very supportive and accessible.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The platform itself is not as intuitive as I would like. It's been a challenge to figure out how to do things in Fluency that I'm used to doing in ad platforms like Google and Facebook. There are also some ad platforms we use that aren't connected to Fluency, so it hasn't been quite the all-in-one solution I thought it would be.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better pacing of ad budgets. Campaign management in one place.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Thanks for the review! Great to hear you're seeing the benefits of budget management and getting strong support from the team. If you haven’t yet, check out Fluency Academy—we built it to help both new and experienced users get even more out of the platform especially for areas that may not be as intuitive.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Hi Victoria, thank you for your review! Glad you're reaping the the efficiency benefits of our platform.

  ### 32. Could be a great tool for the right team

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom R. | Social media manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Looking at all the budgets in one place.
Great customer support. Love how the team truly trys to work with you to make it better.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

-Budgeting. I wish it was just left untouched from FB. I dont think having features like the fast start w/o any data to back it up wether its good or not is worth it... Then changong budgets like $0.50 daily for other options is just annoying when looking in the history for something.
-Training was to long. Wish they broke out the training into a social only/Seo only because you start to get confused.
-didnt really work for our team but also know teams that reallly enjoy it.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

N/A

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Hi Tom, happy to hear you had a positive experience with our team. We appreciate the feedback on how we can improve the training experience and the budgeting. It sounds like you may not currently be a user in our platform, but if you are, the user forum is a great place to share your thoughts directly with us so we know which updates to prioritize next.

  ### 33. Lots to learn, lots of potential!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcos L. | Brand Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like that it makes campaigns scalable across many Facebook pages. The support team is always available for me as well should I have any questions.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

It is definitely a pretty big learning curve. You need to be an extremely computer savvy person to be able to use the software efficiently.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scalability when it comes to launching campaigns across 50+ accounts

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Hi Marcos, thanks so much for the feedback—we’re glad Fluency is helping you scale campaigns efficiently and that our support team has been there when needed. We hear you on the learning curve, and that’s exactly why we created Fluency Academy to help users ramp up quickly and get the most out of the platform. Check it out if you haven't already as it's for both new and existing users!

  ### 34. Powerful Tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency is helpful in centralizing all my paid media data into one place. As my company continues to scale, the bulk management and blueprints have helped support faster growth. We also have a great customer rep who helps support our account and offers training and guidance.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Because Fluency is a powerful tool, there's a learning curve in understanding how to use its functions and features accurately and effectively.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency helps to customize campaigns and ads based on specific location targeting, making it easy to build within a blueprint and tailor my language, targeting, keywords, etc., toward various specific locations or regions at scale.

  ### 35. Review of Fluency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency has allowed us to take on more accounts with less day to day managment. This is done through their automated bidding schedules, detailed recommnedations and overall account perfomance and dashboards. These are all tasks that would take a high quanbtity of my time throughout a day / week which i no longer have to put a high priority on.

Not only this but they provide a forum that is fully run by the devs. This allows for direct support access that takes no longer than 24 hrs to recieve a response.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I beleive that Fluency has a very steep learning curve. Certain things take a bit of time to wrap your head around. For example importing and deleting accounts into the software takes alot of work on the back end. Further more setting up the account to not be on "read-only" is a 3 step process of removing "read-only" three times.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time managment is the biggest one. We as an agency assign 60 clients per employee to manage day to day. This creates a high quanityt of need for "eyes on" the accounts. with Fluency previous tasks like budget checks to confirm approporate spending are almost not needed. Furthermore account builds are run through a template called backpack which massively decreases the amount of time needed to create accounts if oyu are advertising within the same industry.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> "Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that Fluency is helping you manage more accounts with less day-to-day effort, especially through our automated bidding schedules and detailed performance dashboards. It’s great to know that these features have freed up valuable time for you and your team.

We truly appreciate your insight regarding the learning curve and the process around importing accounts and managing the ""read-only"" settings. We understand how that could be a bit cumbersome, and your feedback is incredibly valuable as we continue to streamline and improve the user experience."

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Easy to use and very nice interface. Makes the job easier when ad issues are notified to me

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I wish the zero spend notification would show up sooner, and take into account when the ad is launched

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ad management is a breeze now with notifications and easy being on top of issues

  ### 37. Steep Learning Curve, but Essential for Work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley L.

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Its a little user friendly , i like that i can change budgets overtime and the notifications are good

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I found setting up Fluency to be pretty difficult initially, as it is primarily used for work.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefits - its give notifications if something is wrong

  ### 38. It's been a great onboarding experience as there is a lot of information to learn.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Theo O. | Marketing scientist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Having a dashboard to summarize the performance across all accounts and the ability to make bulk changes.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The recent update. I just learned about where everything is so I'm not particularly happy to re-learn where everything else is now.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency is solving PPC Ad updates at scale. The Blueprint is such a useful tool.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Hi Theo, thank you for your review and how Fluency is helping you scale your PPC ads and make bulk changes across accounts. We're sorry to hear our recent updates have impacted you, but promise our customer service team can assist you with any questions or hurdles you may be facing!

  ### 39. The perfect solution for small teams looking to scale results

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa R. | Director of Performance Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency is the perfect solution for small teams looking to scale their results, without having to expand their team. The onboarding and implementation phase is seamless and the team provides all the support you could need to get up and running in the platform.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There isn't anything about the platform or the team that I have disliked!

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a small team made up of former agency specialists, trying to run 200+ accounts on multiple channels — to run these campaigns manually wasn't sustainable and it would cost a fortune to outsource it. Fluency allowed us to keep it managed in house, in a sustainable and effective way. Not only does it make it more manageable, but it also allows us to focus more on the things that actually matter, and focus less on the things that don't.

  ### 40. Fluency for Meta advertising.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency does budget pacing extremely well, offering many pacing strategies. Their reporting and data pages also allow for great overview of multiple accounts in a cross-platform manner. Their support team is very attentive and always willing to work to figure out solutions and improve the platform. The notifications tab also provides valuable alerts that can be frequently missed in platform when you're managing many accounts.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Blueprints on social media have room for improvement but the team is constantly making strides to make the platform work for the end user. The AI built into the program has room to learn and often hallucinates data that was not ingested properly.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing high volumes of accounts and comparing performance between platforms. Fluency is working to templatize and streamline campaign build processes and reporting to allow the end users like myself to focus on strategy.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Fluency! It's great to hear your experience working with our support team and also your experience with budget pacing and notifications. We also appreciate you highlighting the areas where you feel we can improve. We're dedicated to addressing any areas of improvement with the platform to provide a better user experience - we encourage you to submit any feedback to our user forum if you haven't done so already.

Setting up the software was a bit of a hurdle and teaching and standarizing the team/procedures is a bit of a work around.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency is solving the issue of building a bunch of accounts at scale as well as managing our budgets.

Ability to manage multiple budget buckets, PMax asset groups, FB ad sets, etc.

  ### 43. Scaleable technology backed by excellent customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erica S. | Vice President of Digital Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The technology allows for tremendous flexibility by vertical needs while providing scaleable advertising solutions. Both the Customer Success and Product teams are extremely responsive and supportive.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

It's a double edged sword, because the technology provides so much flexibility, new users require focus and direction to ensure they are best leveraging all the technology has to offer.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through their advertising technology, Fluency is helping our dealers reach their audiences in a cost effective, meaningful way.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Thanks so much for the thoughtful review—it means a lot coming from you! I’m glad to hear the flexibility and scalability are hitting the mark, and I’ll pass your kind words along to our CS and Product teams. Totally hear you on the learning curve too—that’s exactly why we launched Fluency Academy, to help users dive in faster and get even more out of the platform - check it out as it's for new and existing users! Thanks again, Erica.

  ### 44. Great tool that automates tedious budget management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike R. | Sr. Search Engine Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

With the number of accounts our agency manages, it was vital that we had a tool that could help our team of analysts ensure that our accounts' spend was on track with their budgets. Instant adjustments, accurate tracking, and instant adjustments make Fluency a must-have for our team.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The learning curve and UX isn't alawys super intuative, but nothing that isnt overcome once you and your team have used it for a little while.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has freed up our time so that we are no longer managing budget pacing manually.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Hi Mike. Thank you for your review! We're so glad Fluency has helped streamline budget pacing for your team, and we appreciate your feedback on the learning curve and UX, which we'll continue working to improve.

  ### 45. Packed with features and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

-Navigating to different tools and settings can be done in numerous ways. Useful shortcuts often appear by simply hovering over the subject.

-The new UI is very easy to get familiar with, and logically structured.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

-This is miniscule, but when searching for an account, I have to change the drop-down from 'Show Active' to 'Show All' everytime I reload Fluency. This may also be a browser setting, unrelated to Fluency.

-The multi-select checkboxes reset if a settings/tool pane is opened. For example, if I select multiple campaigns by clicking the check box, then decide to open the 'Campaign Targeting' pane for any campaign, all the checkboxes are cleared.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ad platform creation, campaign building, call tracking setup, scheduled account launching. Fluency streamlines the process, saving hours of manual account building.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Hello! Thank you so much for your review and for sharing how Fluency is helping you streamline your processes and save hours of manual work!
We also really appreciate your feedback. We've addressed the checkbox and drop-down issues you mentioned, and those should now be fixed. If you're still encountering any problems, please let us know, but they should be resolved.

If anything else comes up, feel free to share it directly in our user forum so we can prioritize the most important updates. Thanks again!

  ### 48. Solution to Creating & Managing Ads at Scale

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency is a fantastic platform for creating complex campaign structures at scale. Their onboarding experience is tailored to your needs and they take extra care to ensure the solution design fits your needs.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The platform is very powerful. You will spend a great deal of time learning the intricacies of how to use Fluency, which can be a bit overbearing. However, the customer service team is fantastic and can guide you as you become fluent in Fluency.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating and managing ads at scale

  ### 50. Fluency is user-friendly, powerful and adaptable for solving complex problems.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The support response time is excellent, and ability to customize solutions based on various hurdles. Help and training resources are useful and easy to follow. I use Fluency everyday and it enables me to be more efficient, and add value to our advertising clients at scale through Blueprints, advanced reporting in Data Explorer, and polling sources. Integrations with partners and polling sources is great.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There is a signficant learning curve when becoming an advanced user for the many Backpack tools. This is expected and does not presesnt a significant barrier as long as Fluency trainers are made available to new users. I sometimes have trouble in saving/sharing/loading saved account filters in the Manage Accounts section. I feel this could possibly be reviewed and improved somewhat. Within Data Explorer, I often find myself selecting, re-selecting and guessing with the Report Type and Applied Columns selections to find the data I want. Saving reports and sharing them seems a bit clunky at times.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving polling source data refresh times is helpful for quickly rolling out enhancements for our accounts and daily users. I appreciate the work on Change History Logs to provide a more clear and accurate look at what's happened with any given account.
