Fluency is an excellent ad automation platform, especially for digital marketers managing large-scale PPC campaigns. It streamlines campaign creation, management, and optimization across multiple channels, saving time and reducing manual workload. They have a great reporting system.

The platform may have a learning curve for teams unfamiliar with automation-driven ad management, requiring time to fully leverage its capabilities.

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency is a cutting-edge tool that helps me see all of my accounts in one place and easily manage them. Within a few moments, I can make the necessary changes to improve my accounts and save myself headaches and time. This tool does most of the heavy lifting for you so you can focus on the more critical tasks at hand. The team at Fluency is always a pleasure to work with; they are insightful and helpful when any issues arise.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

This tool can seem intimidating initially, as there is a slight learning curve, but the documentation and training I have attended have helped me get up to speed. Personal help and quick responses are what separate Fluency from the rest.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all of my accounts in a central view with overall metrics helps me visualize the performance of each account and quickly diagnose anything that may seem off. This is a huge time saver for me as I can quickly click into the account and make the necessary changes to get my accounts back on track.

There is a ton of flexibility when developing your process which allows you to automate most parts of how you manage your accounts. Their customer service is excellent and they are constantly putting out new improvements.

The notification section allows you to find issues across your accounts that otherwise wouldnt have been found at scale.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

It's a complex tool that can be intemidating. Syncing data can be inconsistent and you sometimes dont have insight into why something might look incorrect.

It allows us to quickly launch paid advertising accounts as well as effectively manage our performance and budgets across channels.

Overall, we loved how accommodating and responsive the support is. The set up was seamless and it easily integrated with all major platforms. there was a slightly learning curve initially, but seeing all your accounts in one place was worth it. The budget pacing tool was also one of my favorites.

Some features were still being developed

Fluency automates or streamlines 90% of the ad operations needed to support a medium to large-scale paid media program. The amount of thought and care that goes into the most time-consuming processes is astounding, allowing our humans to focus on strategy, optimizations, and insights. The team is also incredibly supportive and innovative, always up for building new solutions when needed.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

On the flip side, Fluency is not the most user-friendly system. You must have a working knowledge of logic and software to bring it to life. With that said, their support team is incredible and they won't leave you hanging.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining or automating redundant processes in the ad operations lifecycle, particularly at launch, but also for optimization. The efficiency gleaned from bringing Fluency into our team has been tremendous.

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency's campaign and budgeting automation have revolutionized how our agency manages our Google & Facebook accounts, bar none. We've seen huge decreases in the time our analysts need to allocate toward intensive account maintenance and even sharper increases in productivity. Also, Fluency's blueprint feature allows us to onboard new clients and launch new campaigns at a record pace, giving us the tools we need to scale our business much quicker. Lastly, the level of attention and support we get from the Fluency team is sensational, as most issues we experience in the platform (which are few and far between) are responded to or handled within minutes.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Fluency is a powerful tool for agencies in general, but some of the best features about the platform are more impactful for agencies that specialize in specific industries or that launch the same kind of tactics/campaigns en masse. Additionally, the integration process wasn't necessarily easy, but we did have an incredible level of support throughout the process.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency's RPA and budget/campaign management features allow our analysts to manage more accounts while achieving higher levels of productivity than before. Our onboarding turnaround times have fallen significantly and our client relationship management has improved as well.

- Easy to change targeting; I like that we can place a radius and shrink or expand it without have to manually change the numerical value of the miles like we have to do in Google Ads.

- I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Broadcast tool! Makes updating monthly incentives 10x easier.

- I love that my team has a dedicated support person to help with any bugs or potential add-ons to make our user experience easier.

- I like the different types of pacing strategies we can implement across all campaigns. Gives me back time everyday.

- Sometimes it takes a while longer to pull from partners than what is useful 
- The pacing column under Manage Accounts is not always accurate to how  a campaign is spending.

The most helpful things with Fluency is the automation processes available. Scaling is always a concern when working towards growth, Fluency gave us the confidence to scale and not worry about it. Customer support is by far above my expectations.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There are somethings that native systems do with little to no effort, and though this is a dislike the support/dev team is constantly working to improve their systems.

Scale is the biggest thing Fluency is solving, we are able to triple in some cases the amount of accounts a single rep can handle.

Automation with campaign creation, bulk editing options, and scheduling changes.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Viewing metrics is less desirable than viewing in Google Ads. Performance Max Assets Groups are a bit clunky (videos not deleting, asset groups pausing)

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Campaign Creation: Creating campaigns prior would be an extensive process taking valuable time away from my day. Now it is swift and significantly reduces time spent creating campaigns. 
Scheduling Changes: I can schedule changes for pacing strategy, ad copy, ad status for future so I do not have to return to make the changes
Bulk Editing: Google Ads Editor can make bulk changes but not to the same extend as Fluency. Bulk changing at an account level is also a great feature

Fluency's AMT allows me take back time in my day that would otherwise be spent doing monotonous, repetitive tasks. With this comes the ability to cut down on mistakes, amongst the other obvious time saving benefits of managing advertising campaigns at scale.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Every startup has it's shortcomings, however I haven't found much that I don't like about Fluency. Whenever I discover a bug or issue, it's usually addressed rather quickly after reporting it to their team. Would love some ability to personalize the UI with colors/contrast, fonts etc natively within the AMT.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency allows me to efficiently launch and manage advertising campaigns eliminating a lot of the manual task work that gets old fast

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

We manage a large number of Google Ads accounts, and Fluency makes it easy by automating some of the busy work that comes along with that. We have been able to launch large numbers of accounts in short timeframes, as well as manage them on an ongoing basis. We are able to set up notifications to notify us when certain issues may pop up, so we can give equal attention to all accounts.

Additionally, Kayley is an excellent partner that meets with us regularly. She gives us updates on upcoming changes to the platform, listens to our questions, suggestions, and issues, and provides resolutions to them.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I don't know if there's necessarily anything that I don't like. Whenever an issue with the platform comes up, Kayley is able to find us a solution quickly. We haven't had any longterm problems with the platform!

Fluency has helped with launching accounts in a quick and timely manner, as well as managing them on an ongoing basis. Because we have a lot of accounts, Fluency has helped us automate many processes.

Fluency is a great tool to use when managing a large number of campaigns. The support from Fluency is very helpful and can usually answer all of my questions that cannot be answered from the trail guide. The team at Fluency is also always looking to improve their platform and works on feature reqests quickly.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There are a lot of sub menus inside menus and it can be had to find what you are looking for. The platform can also be slow some days and generally the UX is not always the best.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency helps solve the problem of managing a large number of campaigns. The bulk manage action is my most used function as it allows me to filter the campaigns and ad group to make changes on a larger scale.

In just a few short months they have truly become an extension of my team. They are happy to help/troubleshoot, they're constantly looking for better ways to grow our efficiencies and they are very communicative with platform updates.

I really enjoy the fact that the platform as a whole keeps up to today with the ever changing landscape of advertising. Being able to implement similar stratigies across different platforms is nice. I'm grateful to log in every day and use this tool for all the channels out there.

I will say one of the more frustrating things is that there seems to be tweeks or updates that aren't transparent until after the fact or it becomes a big enough problem that it needs to be publicly addressed.

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like how they are always making changes based on our feedback of usability. Nothing seems to be 100% out of the question and the team always seems to be willing to listen to what we need. It has also become much easier to use overtime as UI changes have been made. Everything is easy to find and flows together well.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I dislike how often errors populate. For example, if I'm working in an account, and I go to save my changes, sometimes a banner will populate at the bottom saying changes couldn't be saved or something similar. It happens pretty frequently. Usually with a refresh, it goes away, but it's still a headache to deal with sometimes. 
Our managers also use data from fluency to get an idea of our productivity. Not all changes are recorded under user activity, such as bid strategy changes or adjusting the ad schedule. This gives management an inaccurate visual of the work being done on the account.

Fluency eliminates the need for us to work independently in FBBM and Google Ads. It allows us to make changes and review analytics in real time and to be able to see the results of these channels side by side.

With a direct connection to Meta and Business Manager, Fluency is a one-stop shop for creating, managing, pacing, and reporting on Facebook advertising efforts. Ted and the rest of the Fluency team are always prompt and professional at answering any and all questions our team asks. There is so much you can do with this platform that it's hard to pick just one thing I like best about it. I would say that the ability to make uniform changes across large portions of your portfolio would be an excellent place to start. You can still make changes to single campaigns or single accounts, but if you have updates that need to be made across a lot of campaigns, you can update it in one place and push it out to as many accounts as you need to. I manage the compliance for our clients on our most complex advertising program, so this ability is a huge time-saver for me.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I would say the learning curve is the only thing you could spin as a 'dislike.' There is so much you can do with this platform that it takes a little while to get comfortable with all the functionalities. That being said, the team is amazingly supportive, so they help to shorten the learning curve as best they can.

Our clients need to meet specific compliance requirements, and Fluency allows me to ensure that they meet those requirements regardless of account-level management of their campaigns and strategy. The combination of a solid yet flexible platform, combined with world-class support that is willing to work with me at any time as we experiment and try to push the platform to places it may not have been originally designed to go.  The platform's ability to ingest a variety of data points and media from so many different points has allowed us to build our offerings on the fly, with nearly no time for ramp-up, getting us to testing and proving processes sooner.

I don't have specific dislikes, it's a robust tool that requires a willingness to learn, patience to develop your skills in using the tool, and a good eye for when to try something or ask for help from the Fluency Team.  

I am mostly concerned with the expansion of my team, and effectively training them on the Fluency tool.  I've expressed this concern to the Fluency Team, and they have assured me they are there to help with that process, and I 100% believe they will be.

Fluency has allowed us to focus on Client Facing growth, for better customer service.  Additionally, the platform frees up more time to manage new marketing channels and endeavours, that for now exist outside of the platform, but have the potential to be brought in.  The functionality of the Blueprints and Datafeeds gives us the confidence to let the system handle many day to day task, and turn our attention to growing our offerings in our space.

Some of the UI isn't as intuitive as Google Ads. They're actively developing things like easier metrics comparisons, metrics totals, and more, but in the meantime, we have to do some jumping back and forth between Fluency and Google Ads as we're managing accounts.

Tons of capabilities, time savings, contunies to evolve. Great support.

Whilt it's complexity is one of it's strengths, it was challenging to learn.

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency has allowed us to streamline and scale our ad deployment and management. We can deploy ads to large multi-location clients in minutes vs. days. This has allowed us to test more creatives, funnels, and landing pages and improve performance for our clients. We can also easily manage ad accounts across multiple locations and platforms. My team loves the notification-based ad management vs. generating reports and spreadsheets to review performance. And we saw a 30% improvement in performance within the first month of just switching over to notification-based management. The Fluency team is the best. I never expected to get the level of support we received. They have gone above and beyond our expectations.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The platform is robust, and it takes some time to learn all the features. The support is excellent, so getting up to speed on the platform hasn't been difficult.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest issue has been deploying ads to large multi-location clients and franchises across multiple ad platforms. New ad rollouts could take days; if the ads didn't perform well, it took time to push new ads out to all locations.  We can now rollout out new ads in minutes. We can see the results quickly and easily and change the campaigns, ads, or landing pages to improve performance. We see Fluency as a competitive advantage in the marketplace of our agency. Our customers are very impressed with our capabilities and how fast we can react in the market.

The second big issue was managing all these locations and ad channels at scale. We relied on 7,14, and 30-day reports to evaluate performance and trends. We now use Fluency's notification-based management system, optimizing campaigns in real-time vs. 7-30 day trends and spending our time where it is needed most.
