### 4. Effective Campaign Monitoring, Needs Faster Catalog Connection

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leslie A. | Sr. Paid Social Media Strategist

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like the pacing section of the budget groups in Fluency because it shows what is pacing on-track or slow. It helps me by letting me know which campaigns are struggling, so I can check them to see what's wrong. The initial setup of Fluency is pretty simple for the most part.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The catalog connection could be faster or the errors after updating creative.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency auto-starts campaigns monthly with the same budgets and notifies me if budgets aren't aligned with our project manager tasks, which is crucial for my work with META advertising.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Leslie, thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us, we deeply value your input and perspective on areas where we can further improve. It is great to hear budgeting and pacing has been valuable to you and your Meta ads!

There hasnt been anything that I have specifically found to not like about it.

The main problems it is solving is the time investment that we would put towards pacing over 40 clients weekly.

I like how easy it is to navigate between accounts in Fluency. The budget view, campaign view, and overview page with easy-to-find KPIs are great features that I find especially useful. The initial setup was also easy, which is a big plus for me.

 ### 9. Fluency is the Solution for Enterprise Scaling

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg P. | Data & Audience Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is THE feature for this platform. It allows users to build blueprints for repeatable processes that save time without QA concerns. If your company specializes in a particular vertical or verticals, this platform would allow 2-3x the workload per account owner/ analyst. I, alongside my entire department, use this platform throughout the day, 5 days a week.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Feature requests are not guaranteed. There needs to be a large enough adoption for clients to service requests. This isn't a deal breaker as they support virtually all standard features you would find in Google or Meta platforms.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The time taken to build campaigns, make bulk changes, schedule changes, and update ad copy is shortened through a plethora of features in the platform. It gives time back to focus on metrics and optimizations (the important things).

 ### 10. Easy Budget Tracking for Ads That Keeps Me Ready for Every Client Call

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like how easy it is to check on budgets set for marketing ads such as Google LSA/PPC and social media. It prepares me for client meetings and I use it to prepare for every client call I have.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Don't have much I dislike honestly. For what I need to use it for, I get everything I need from the program.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily checking marketing budgets for different clients. This ensures their campaigns are pacing correctly throughout the month and help us make strategy decisions.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

 ### 11. Frequent Bugs with Google/Meta Updates, and PMAX Support Needs Improvement

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

It's helped with macro campaign automations and management of 1000+ clients at my organization

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There are still a lot of bugs that occur when Google or Meta have product updates to their ad formats. PMAX fluency support could be stronger.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supporting mass clients at mass scale.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> We are glad to hear that Fluency has helped with macro campaign automations and managing a large number of clients at your organization. We are continuously working to address any bugs and improve our support to ensure a seamless experience for all our users.

 ### 12. Fluency - Social Media Analyst

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana A. | Social Media Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The adoption of Fluency in our department has been beneficial and has cut time on repetitive tasks like duplicating ads, managing limited-time offers, and adjusting budgets for rollover. Working in the automotive space means that we are constantly changing offers, and running expired ones can be detrimental. The broadcast feature has been a godsend in allowing us to schedule ad copy to expire when we need it to. Not having to duplicate ads monthly for 40+ accounts has given me so much time back.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

We've encountered several issues, including ad sets randomly pausing, broadcast copy being incorrectly set as the always-on ad copy, and changes made in Fluency not syncing properly with Ads Manager.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency has helped us streamline time-consuming tasks like duplicating ads, updating offers, and adjusting rollover budgets—processes that are especially frequent in the fast-paced automotive space.

 ### 13. Excellent Budget Tools and Reporting, But Needs Better Keyword and Spend Visibility

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I find that the budget management tools are really efficient and effective for people managing large amounts of clients. I also really like the pre-set reporting and the AI reporting integrations.

I like how available our representative is for support.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I find that you cannot find the same views (one that comes to mind is i cannot see the search terms by ad group, they come all as one campaign).

I also really dislike that you can't see if you've excluded or added a keyword.

I also really don't like that paused budgets don't count towards your total spend even if you've seen spend that month.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage a lot of clients and need one platform to manage budgets, streamline campaign builds with the blueprint, perform optimizations, and reporting.

 ### 14. Mass Campaign Production That Greatly Improves Efficiency

We are able to mass produce and manage campaigns for clients, which greatly improves our efficiency.

The bugs, turning off campaigns, overspending, duplicating ad sets

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We get things done quickly and correctly for our clients.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Thank you for your review. It's great to hear that Fluency is helping you get things done quickly and correctly for your clients. We appreciate your feedback and are committed to continually improving the issues you've noted.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like that Fluency helps with budget management, particularly because it automates the process, so we don't have to do it manually. I also find the dashboard really helpful as it allows me to see all the spending and results.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fluency for budget management, allowing me to handle multiple budgets effortlessly without manual work. The dashboard shows all spending and results, making it really helpful.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Simon, we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with Fluency! It’s great to hear that our automated budget management and centralized dashboard are helping you move away from manual work, that's exactly what we aim for.

We noticed you mentioned that managing PMax campaigns can be a bit challenging. We’d love to help you get the most out of that campaign type. Would you be open to expanding upon those specific challenges with your AE? They can dive into your setup with you to see if we can streamline that process and resolve those hurdles.

 ### 16. Needs improvments

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Slow feature updates on all the platforms

Fluency helps us manage multiple automotive dealer accounts in one place which saves a lot of time compared to working in each platform separately. It keeps budgets on track with pacing tools and makes it easy to spot under or overspending. Bulk edits and quick performance checks let us react faster to changes and improve results for clients.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Rushikesh, thank you for taking the time to share your positive feedback about Fluency! It’s awesome to hear our product is making a difference in your advertising. **What do you like best about Fluency?**

This is a unique platform in the digital advertising industry, offering a high degree of customization, advanced automation, and valuable insights. The customer support team is also excellent.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I appreciate the streamlined process for building campaigns and the overall efficiencies it provides.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

As with anything in technology, there can be plenty of glitches, bugs, and errors that get in the way and keep work from being truly streamlined.

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I love how it automates processes in Google Ads. It helps me to become more efficient and free up time for other work tasks or projects.

 ### 23. Streamlined Campaign Management, Proactive Controls

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick L.

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I appreciate Fluency’s ability to streamline campaign management by enabling faster campaign launches and providing proactive updates. The budget pacing tools are user-friendly, and the integration with Google Local Services ads is invaluable. Its customizable notifications enhance productivity, allowing us to catch and address issues promptly.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I find the learning curve associated with the blueprints quite challenging, especially during the initial setup. It involved a significant amount of trial and error to get things working smoothly. Additionally, there were issues with blueprints' customization, particularly concerning data handling and overwriting settings, which required careful management and took about ninety days to resolve. The AI capabilities, particularly Muse AI reports, are not yet fully developed or reliable. There have been problems with data alignment and the accuracy of reporting, making the AI less useful than anticipated. Also, the platform's pricing is on the higher side, which makes it a considerable investment for our company.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency enables us to manage more accounts efficiently by centralizing Google Ads, PPC, and meta social ads management. It streamlines budget pacing, speeds up campaign builds, and offers customizable notifications, improving team productivity and maintaining a balanced work-life dynamic.

They are solving budget issues with clients when they are looking to strategy and lead quality from a big picture strategy to help bring in new revenue.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Thank you for the feedback, Talia! We’re happy to hear Fluency is helping you deliver a more transparent, strategic data experience for your clients.

 ### 25. Best system created to manage all your advertising clients om one platform.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency allows us to manage multiple campaigns at a larger scale for multiple clients at a time.

 ### 26. Effective Budget Management with Overspend Protection

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jean-Willy A. | Digital Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I find Fluency's overspend protection feature incredibly valuable, as it ensures we stay within budget for our Google Ads and Facebook campaigns. The ease of managing budgets and the assistance from Fluency representatives during setup also stand out as beneficial aspects.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I dislike the infrequent updates on Fluency. When I make modifications to campaigns, such as pausing them on the platform, it sometimes takes two to three hours for these changes to reflect on Fluency. I wish the updates would happen more frequently to ensure real-time accuracy.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use the product to manage budgets, particularly preventing overspending on Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, ensuring budget compliance.

 ### 27. Highlighting Strengths and Real-World Impact

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela M. | Marketing Communications Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I've worked with a lot of platforms, but Fluency truly stands out. If you're managing multi-location or high-volume digital advertising, it's a game-changer. The automation capabilities are incredibly robust and allow teams to scale campaigns across hundreds (or thousands) of accounts without losing control or customization.

What I appreciate most is the balance between automation and flexibility. You can set rules, customize creative, sync inventory, and still maintain the nuance needed for performance at the local level.

Their team is also a huge part of the experience as they are very responsive, collaborative, and constantly evolving the platform to meet real-world needs.

If you're in the automotive, franchise, or multi-location retail space and want to take your ad operations to the next level, Fluency is absolutely worth a look.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I've been really impressed with what Fluency brings to the table. That said, one area for improvement might be how easy it is to make significant changes with a click. While that speed is part of what makes Fluency great, adding an optional safeguard or approval layer could help prevent accidental edits or changes, especially in high-stakes, multi-account setups.

Overall, it's a platform built by people who clearly understand the real-world needs of performance marketing teams. The automation is smart, the workflows are intuitive, and the ongoing support from the team is top-notch. Highly recommend for any team trying to scale with control and confidence.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multi-rooftop automotive campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)

Launching and updating campaigns in bulk, while still allowing for local-level customization

Improving speed-to-market with automated ad creation and syncing

Maintaining consistency across brands or regions without sacrificing flexibility

Data visibility and reporting at both the macro and micro levels

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Hi Angela, thank you so much for the thoughtful review—it’s great to hear that Fluency is helping you scale efficiently while maintaining both control and flexibility across complex multi-location campaigns. Regarding your note on safeguards, we wanted to flag that for bulk manage, advanced DL, and keyword modifications, there’s a preview step built in so you can review changes before pushing them live. You can contact your AE for a demo on this and any other areas of concern! Thanks again.

 ### 28. A Boon To Digital Marketers

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah P. | Paid Search Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency has provided us with a number of robust tools to manage our clients more effectively. It offers campaign management, budgeting and reporting features, with a hearty notification center.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The blueprint process has been challenging to navigate for our agency. I believe it will be helpful in the long run, but we've hit some roadblocks with implementation thus far.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency has already freed up a lot of time for us to better manage our accounts. The myriad pacing strategies allow us to easily manage budgeting for our clients, while in-platform notifications alert us to shifts in performance or other improvements we could make at a glance.

 ### 29. Fluency: Streamlining Campaign Management with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Drew P. | Agency Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

After using Fluency for several months, it’s become a game-changer for our team. The platform’s ability to streamline campaign building and management across multiple ad platforms in one centralized interface has saved us significant time and effort. The standout feature is the budget pacing tool, which ensures our ad spend is distributed evenly and effectively, eliminating the stress of overspending or underspending. Managing multiple campaigns is now seamless, with intuitive controls and real-time insights that keep everything on track. Fluency has truly simplified our workflow and boosted our efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The platform can feel clunky to navigate at times and is less effective for highly customized campaigns, as its automation may struggle with non-standard setups.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency solves fragmented campaign management, budget oversight issues, and inefficient workflows by centralizing ad platform control and automating budget pacing. It saves us time, ensures financial accuracy, and streamlines multiple campaign operations, boosting productivity.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Hi Drew, thanks so much for the thoughtful review—we’re glad to hear Fluency is helping simplify your workflow and boost efficiency. We appreciate the feedback on custom campaigns and navigation, and we’ll keep it in mind as we continue improving the platform.

 ### 30. Excellent Support and Budget Tools, but Campaign Launch Needs Smoother Process

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The customer service response times have been amazing and for the most part it has been a smooth process to use the tool. The budget management has been great.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There are often hiccups in the campaign blueprint launch process. It seems that each time I launch an account there's at least one support ticket I have to submit as I can't always find the information I need in the help center.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency is helping me manage budget pacing and removing a manual process I used to have for the client accounts I manage. Additionally, it's set up to help simplify the account launch process.

 ### 31. A great pacing problem solve for search campaigns, not as useful on the social side

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren D. | Director, Social Media, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

On the search side, Fluency has many options for ways to pace budgets on accounts and gives you a nice platform to see all accounts and campaigns together. There is a nice AI Insights tool that helps you to track performance and view recommendations for improvement.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There is a very lengthy training course needed to get up to speed on how to use the platform. It does seem to be a newer tool and bugs or issues arise from time to time, although they are pretty quick to develop solutions. I don't think it does a good job on paid social pacing - depending on the type of campaigns you are building. First, it only includes Meta, so for all other social platforms you have to manage campaigns natively anyway. Plus, Meta is very spot on when it comes to pacing and rarely overspends budget, but in our test cases, Fluency never prevented overspend. Also, the tool cannot manage lifetime budgets in Meta, which many types of ads require and for many clients is the preferred way to manage spend.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping our search team be more efficient with their time - reducing the amount of hours needed to pace all individual accounts regularly throughout the month and make adjustments and optimizations for improvement.

 ### 32. Powerful & Flexible Automation & Campaign Management Tool for Ads

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Doug M. | Senior Digital Advertising Specialist , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency gives me the tools I need to scale automotive campaigns across dozens of rooftops without sacrificing control or compliance. The Blueprint system is especially powerful—it lets me standardize naming conventions, targeting, and asset structure across accounts while automating updates through Broadcast and Bulk Manage. I also rely on external data sources to dynamically pull in inventory feeds and segment campaigns by location or vehicle type, which is crucial for running efficient VLAs and Performance Max campaigns. Fluency’s built-in tools for handling platform compliance—like ad punctuation rules and character limits—have saved me a ton of time and prevented disapprovals. It’s the only platform I’ve used that truly balances automation with granular control.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

While Fluency is incredibly powerful, its flexibility can sometimes come with a learning curve—especially when setting up advanced Blueprints or working with complex polling sources. Documentation is improving, but some features still require trial and error or direct support from the Fluency team. I’d also like to see more robust preview or validation tools before pushing bulk updates, to reduce the risk of human error when managing campaigns at scale.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency is solving the challenge of managing high volumes of ad campaigns across multiple dealership rooftops with limited manual effort. It streamlines the setup and maintenance of Google and Meta campaigns through automation, data-driven inventory syncing, and standardized Blueprints. This has drastically reduced the time I spend on repetitive tasks like ad copy updates, budget adjustments, and policy compliance fixes. It also ensures that campaigns stay live, accurate, and aligned with the latest inventory—ultimately improving efficiency, reducing disapprovals, and increasing ROI for my clients.

 ### 33. Fluency for better optimization for Search

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shaun W. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Using Fluency for Business has been a game-changer for our digital marketing strategy. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and offers powerful automation tools that save us time and boost campaign performance. We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in ad efficiency and audience targeting since implementing it. Their support team is responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. Highly recommend Fluency for any business looking to streamline and scale their advertising efforts!

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Fluency for Business has helped streamline parts of our advertising workflow, and the automation tools are definitely useful. However, the platform’s layout could use some improvement. The interface feels cluttered, with too many tabs and a format that isn’t always intuitive. It takes time to get used to navigating everything efficiently. That said, once you’re familiar with it, the features can still deliver value—just be prepared for a bit of a learning curve.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data Fragmentation
– Combines performance data into one place, helping you avoid jumping between platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).

 ### 34. Fluency Review

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency has helped optimize my workflow, which I appreciate. I have been able to substantially reduce work time by allowing Fluency to automate some tasks that other platforms require to be done manually.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

While Fluency does help out a lot, I feel there is more room for error when trusting that the platform will make the necessary changes within a reasonable amount of time.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency solves the problem of time, it gives me back time to look into accounts. Rather than me doing the everyday tasks I used to have to do within other platforms, Fluency has helped to streamline my time.

 ### 35. Helpful and Efficient

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency has been an invaluable partner for my team. The platform is exceptionally fast and efficient, providing a clear and easy-to-understand view of my budgets, which has streamlined my workflow significantly.

The self-service functionality is a major plus, giving me the control and flexibility I need to manage my campaigns effectively. Beyond the technology, the Fluency team stands out for their friendly and helpful support. They are always a pleasure to work with and are quick to provide assistance whenever I need it.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

While I am generally very pleased with Fluency, one area that could be improved is the speed at which new products from platforms like Google and Meta are integrated into their system. It would be helpful if the platform could be updated more quickly.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefit is ease of scale with the amount of campaigs running

 ### 36. Outstanding Onboarding and Ongoing Support from Day One

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I love their onboarding team/ongoing support from implementation through to frequent daily use.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Sometimes I feel there are inconsistencies pulling from google ads.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining launching campaigns in Google Ads and most recently creating custom labels for pmax campaigns.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi there, thanks for taking the time to leave a review! It’s great to hear that our support team and PMax tools are helping you scale efficiently. Could you please elaborate on the specific inconsistencies you’re seeing with Google Ads so we can investigate the root cause for you?

 ### 37. Fluency's Muse AI: A Game-Changer for Digital Advertising

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily S. | Director of Digital Stratgies, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

As a digital advertising professional, finding tools that genuinely streamline operations and enhance performance is invaluable. Fluency's Muse AI has proven to be one such tool, revolutionizing the way I approach campaign management.

Unmatched Time Savings
One of Muse AI's standout features is its ability to automatically scan an account's website and generate broadcast messages. This automation eliminates the need for manual content creation, allowing me to focus on strategic decision-making. The time saved is substantial, enabling quicker responses to market changes and client needs.

Weather-Driven Insights
For businesses where weather conditions significantly impact performance, Muse AI's ability to analyze and report on weather-related trends is invaluable. This feature allows for more precise targeting and budgeting, ensuring campaigns are aligned with external factors that influence consumer behavior.

Seamless Integration and User-Friendly Interface
Muse AI integrates effortlessly into existing workflows, providing a user-friendly interface that simplifies complex tasks.Whether it's generating keyword recommendations or optimization insights, I dont know what I would do without Muse.

Fluency's Muse AI is an indispensable asset for digital advertising teams seeking efficiency and precision. Its automation capabilities, coupled with advanced analytics, empower professionals to deliver superior results in less time. For anyone in the industry looking to elevate their advertising operations, Muse AI is a must-have tool.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Constructive Feedback on Muse AI's Command Specificity

While I’m a big fan of Fluency’s Muse AI and the immense time savings it delivers, one challenge I’ve encountered is the need to phrase AI commands in a very specific way to get the desired outcome. It can be a bit tricky at times—especially when you're moving fast or aren’t sure exactly how to structure a prompt.

That said, Muse does a great job of helping you along the way. It often provides helpful prompts or suggestions that guide you toward better command structure, making the learning curve feel more manageable. Over time, you get more fluent in “speaking Muse,” and the tool really shines once you’re comfortable with its rhythm.

A bit more flexibility or natural language understanding would make the experience even smoother—but even with that slight friction, the productivity gains make it well worth the effort.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency is solving one of the biggest pain points in digital advertising: the manual, time-consuming work involved in building and managing campaigns across platforms. With tools like Muse AI, it automates complex tasks—like scanning a client’s website to generate messaging or analyzing external factors like weather—that would normally take hours of manual effort.

For me, that translates directly into time savings, faster turnaround for clients, and the ability to focus more on strategy rather than execution. It also minimizes human error and ensures campaigns stay aligned with real-time conditions, which has had a noticeable impact on performance. In short, Fluency helps me work smarter and deliver better results, faster.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Thanks for the feedback Emily. It is great to see you already consider it an indispensable asset. Muse will only continue to get better, especially how we interact with it!

 ### 38. Impressive Automation, But Blueprints and UI Need Flexibility

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The automation features are impressive and truly help simplify the process of launching a product. I find that it provides a well-organized pacing and a reliable notification system, which makes the whole experience smoother.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I find that the Blueprints are quite restrictive, which makes it unnecessarily hard to make quick changes to campaigns. I also wish the user interface were more intuitive, and that it was easier to move seamlessly between Fluency and the marketing platform.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are really meeting the need is simplifying launch steps of a campaign

 ### 39. Convenient Multi-Client Updates Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The convenience of being able to push out multiple updates to the same product across many clients.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Having to manually check if any updates failed.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending daily reports of ad pacing and what manual ads are still enabled.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi there, thanks for taking the time to write a review. We're happy to know Fluency is providing the convenience you need to manage updates across your entire client base and automate your daily pacing reports! Regarding your feedback on failed updates, we do surface all errors directly within our platform (typically in the notifications section) and we would love to learn more about whether you are finding it necessary to manually verify these within Fluency or if you're having to check the partner platforms directly?

 ### 40. Integrated and Helpful

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Henry C. | Performance Strategist, Paid Search, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Fluency has been a great help in managing budgets and campaigns for Google Ads. It's design is sleek and self explanatory so even if there are updates, it's not too hard to figure out what has changed.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

It can be a bit slow sometimes especially when I am attempting to refresh external sources of data and republishing campaigns leading to slower than expected working speeds.

Fluency has saved me from having to do a lot of manual work to alter budgets especially doing it in bulk.

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like how I can manage all my accounts in one dashboard. Making changes to multiple accounts at once is much easier than before. I am still learning the platform, and there's aw LOT to learn. But I also really like the message of the day to be able to share with clients. Dan has been amazing and patient teaching our team all about how to use Fluency
