## Fluency Reviews
  ### 1. Automation-Driven Efficiency with Some Bugs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James M. | Paid Search Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like how Fluency makes the process automated, giving us more time to work on other tasks. It allows for easy bid management, campaign creation, and automated Ad updating. The automation capabilities help by letting us create a blueprint that launches a preset of campaigns for all our accounts. Switching to Fluency was influenced by its Blueprint and automation capabilities, and the initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There are bugs we experience from time to time with Fluency, as well as Fluency sometimes not saving or overwriting changes we make in Google Ads. There is a specific bug that I experience daily—when I try to add multiple campaigns to a shared budget group, I keep getting an error message and have to refresh the page multiple times to get the campaigns into the budget group.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Fluency allows for easy bid management, campaign creation, and automated Ad updating, saving us time to work on other tasks. The blueprint feature launches preset campaigns across accounts efficiently.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi there, thanks for taking the time to leave a review! Glad Fluency is helping you save a ton of time on campaign and account creation!

  ### 2. Comprehensive Reporting and Attribution That Drives Actionable Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mackenzie B. | Marketing Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

What I like most about Fluency is its comprehensive reporting and attribution capabilities. It makes it easy to pinpoint top-performing marketing sources, monitor leasing performance, and surface actionable insights that help guide strategy and optimize results.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

While Fluency offers strong reporting capabilities, I’d like to see more flexibility in dashboard customization, simpler cross-property reporting, and a more streamlined export process for monthly client reporting. Improvements in these areas would reduce the amount of manual work involved in reporting and help boost overall efficiency.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency addresses the challenge of consolidating marketing and leasing performance data into a single platform, giving me a centralized view of campaign performance, lead sources, and conversion metrics. With everything in one place, it’s easier to see what’s driving results, track trends across multiple properties, and produce more efficient, data-driven monthly reporting. Overall, it saves me time, improves visibility into marketing performance, and supports stronger strategic recommendations for clients and property teams.

  ### 3. Fluency’s Intuitive Layout Makes Training and Customization Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peyton B. | Sr Ad Operations Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like Fluency because of its layout. I feel like it is very intuitive and easy to learn which is very helpful for me as I train people on how to use it. There are a lot of settings and customizations everywhere, but because of how everything is organized it is easy to remember on how to find what you need.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I would say sometimes the updates can be a bit shocking, but that is to be expected with any update. It is also important to keep in mind that Dealer.com is just one of many companies Fluency supports and we are quite different from a lot of those I am sure.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We constantly work with Fluency to help add new products, update performance, and tweak things that we find along the way that help our day-to-day run smoother

  ### 4. Fluency Gives Non-Technical Teams Clear Campaign Visibility and Control

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Beyond the obvious, often-discussed capabilities, as a non-technical team member who doesn’t actively launch or manage campaigns, I’ve found it to be an incredible tool. It’s helped provide clearer visibility for clients and has also given my team more autonomy.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I think the most helpful part of Fluency is how it lets you scale campaigns while still maintaining almost full control over them. As a non-technical team member, it’s been even more of a game-changer for me because I can check how campaigns are performing, review creatives, and not just rely on KPIs in a Looker dashboard. It makes me feel like I’m actually part of the campaign without risking messing anything up.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s scalable, but it also gives me real confidence in my campaigns. I’m on the customer success side and don’t have the technical knowledge to run campaigns, and I also don’t have access to Meta Ads Manager. Before, we were basically blind to all of that. Now I feel like I have full visibility, and I don’t have to assign every task to the campaign manager anymore. I really love being able to handle those things myself.

  ### 5. Efficient Reporting Dashboard, but Calls and Character Limits Hold It Back

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I really like the dashboard, particularly the ability to view and download a variety of reports and keyword data in one place. It makes monitoring month-over-month performance incredibly easy and efficient. I also appreciate having access to the Fluency analysts, who can provide deeper analysis and actionable recommendations whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I would appreciate the opportunity to meet with the analysts on calls to review performance and discuss insights in more detail. I also find the character limits for promotional specials challenging, as it can be difficult to include all required compliance language while still staying within the allotted space. Expanding those limits would make it easier to communicate offers accurately and effectively.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really like the overall performance and the way Fluency manages its campaigns. Budget adjustments are straightforward and easy to implement, which helps us stay agile. I also appreciate the integrated dashboard, as it gives us the ability to make updates ourselves—such as adjusting campaigns and adding keywords or neighborhoods—without having to submit a ticket. This self-service functionality saves time and makes campaign management much more efficient.

  ### 6. Affordable, but too hands-off—ticket-only support and fragmented dashboard slow us down

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The best thing about Fluency is the cost.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I don't like that the platform feels very hands-off in the sense that I have to manage and implement many of the changes on my own. The clients I work with who have chosen Fluency typically do so because the cost to run SEM is lower compared to competitor vendor rates. However, one thing I appreciate about other SEM vendors is that they review performance with me, proactively share recommendations, and, once we agree on changes, they typically implement those updates on my behalf.

With Fluency, I first have to submit a ticket to connect with the team rather than being able to communicate directly via email. While all of the representatives I have worked with have been helpful, responses often come through individually or separately, which can make the overall conversation and previous recommendations difficult to track.

Additionally, when I agree with a recommendation, Fluency requires me to go into the platform and make the updates myself. I am often juggling multiple priorities at once, so it can be challenging to approve a recommendation and then receive instructions to navigate to several different areas of the platform to implement the change myself.

In many cases, I am not fully familiar with the technical process behind implementing the recommendation, so I spend additional time trying to determine where to go, how to make the change correctly, and whether I have implemented it as intended. This can make what initially seems like a simple optimization much more time-consuming. I would prefer a more hands-on approach where, once a recommendation is reviewed and approved, the Fluency team can implement the agreed-upon changes on my behalf.

I also wish Fluency had one centralized dashboard where everything could be managed and viewed in one place. I would like to be able to access one space where I can navigate the Colab space to adjust budgets, and have a dedicated section to easily review campaign performance.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEM campaigns for my communities at a lower cost.

  ### 7. User-Friendly with Quick Setup

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Audrey G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like that Fluency is pretty user-friendly for the most part. When I go into it, I can see all of my neighborhood campaigns that are running in the budget spot, and it's easy to enter specials or concessions. It's really easy to make changes to the campaigns, which makes it quick for me, especially since my job involves a lot of tasks. With a click of a button, it's done. I also appreciate that Fluency provides good ROI and has a low management fee. The initial setup was really easy.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I do wish that we had a representative that we could talk to. Some of our campaigns that we wanna run are a bit more nuanced and having to submit a form to then have somebody go in and then get recommendations. That's the only thing is I wish I had a real human that I could talk to. Just providing us with a representative for Greystar or, like, specific markets within Greystar so that we could have somebody that we could talk to to adjust our campaigns as needed.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency helps me with AI-focused recommendations for budget allocations and running advertisements, making it easier and quicker.

  ### 8. Fluency: Efficient Hub for Campaign Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I use Fluency as the hub for all my campaigns, allowing me to update campaigns, add copy with broadcast messages, manage budgets, and handle targeting with ease. I really like how Fluency lets me keep everything in one place, eliminating the need to create things in different aspects. I appreciate being able to manage all different accounts in one place with just one login, which saves time and provides convenience. The platform is extremely user-friendly and easy to use. Despite occasional issues, the support system is great and helps quickly resolve problems, making Fluency more of a tool than a hindrance. Additionally, I appreciate the platform's ability to integrate with other services like Meta, Microsoft, and Google, enabling seamless results across platforms. Furthermore, the setup was straightforward, even for a user like me, and the academy's videos were very easy to follow. Overall, I believe Fluency is incredible for anyone in the industry needing to do campaigns, as it has saved me a lot of time compared to manually managing ads on ad platforms.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Sometimes I find that it doesn't connect correctly to the platforms, and it doesn't send back the message. So there's sometimes a disconnect. Also, if we make a mistake and do something within the platform and not in Fluency that Fluency takes over it because we run blueprints. The only thing it does not connect with is TikTok. And that I have to log in to do any campaign management. So it is more manual with TikTok.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency centralizes all campaign management tasks in one place, saving me time and effort. It's user-friendly, integrates well with other platforms, and allows quick problem resolution with a strong support system. It significantly reduces the manual workload I had as an ad manager.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Carrie, thanks for taking the time to leave a review! It’s great to hear that Fluency is helping you save time and become more efficient. We hear you on your feedback and excited to share that we’ve launched a partnership to offer TikTok Automotive Ads to our clients, with full availability and additional TikTok ad types coming to the platform in the next few months. ### 9. Streamlines Campaign Management, Minor Usability Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like that Fluency gives me a good overview of my accounts and has notifications that I can custom set so I can tailor them to exactly what I need. It helps with my budgets so I don't have to reconcile 200+ campaigns manually as it does it on its own. It also makes it easier for me to see how my campaigns are performing and how they can be better. Managing over 100 GLSA campaigns with Fluency saves me a lot of time that could be spent on performance instead of doing tedious busywork.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There are some functions that can be tough to navigate or understand what they mean. Accessibility like descriptions when hovering over an icon that links to another page or function, and a more in-depth glossary of terms would be helpful.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency handles budget pacing and ads management automatically for over 200 campaigns, saving me from manual reconciliations. It gives me an overview of performance and custom notifications, freeing up time for performance improvements rather than tedious work.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi there, thanks for sharing your feedback. Glad to hear Fluency is saving you time on budgeting and campaign management! Appreciate your feedback as well - just want to make sure you're aware of the the glossary of terms within our Help Center (see here: https://help.fluency.inc/en/articles/8444318-fluency-glossary-of-key-terms) if there's anything missing from that list, please let us know and we can consider adding it.

  ### 10. Fluency: Streamlined Campaign Management, Needs 24/7 Availability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob V. | paid media strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I love how Fluency dramatically simplifies campaign management for me at Microsoft and Google by automating the process and allowing us to pace campaigns without manual intervention. The interface, admittedly initially challenging, becomes very easy and intuitive with use, which is great. The blueprint creation and settings replicator features stand out as exceptionally useful, especially in saving time by automating campaign types and making it easy to replicate bidding strategies and location targeting efficiently. These capabilities have enabled us to manage campaigns without needing to create them manually, just flipping a switch. The platform's offerings and the ability to save time while enhancing campaign pacing are invaluable. Overall, Fluency's platform is comprehensive and compelling enough that I would definitely choose it again, reflecting a perfect recommendation likelihood of ten out of ten.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I don't like that the software shuts down for a couple of hours around 10 PM to midnight PST, which could be due to maintenance. This downtime is inconvenient for me, as I often work late at night and would appreciate the software being available 24/7, or pushing back the maintenance window to 2/3am. Extending the availability into the early morning hours would be beneficial for anyone working late.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use the product to automate campaign creation, saving time and pacing campaigns automatically, which eliminates the need for manual intervention.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Jacob, thank you for the thoughtful review! It's great to hear how helpful Fluency is and how you would recommend our solution to others! Thanks for sharing your constructive feedback, this is the first time we're hearing this feedback and I confirmed with the team this shouldn't be happening so it doesn't impact important work times. If you're experiencing this issue regularly, please work with your AE to resolve. Thank you!

  ### 11. Intuitive, Automated Campaign Management with Outstanding Fluency Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kat T. | Major Accounts , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I’ve had a great experience working with Fluency. The platform is intuitive and makes it easy to manage and optimize campaigns at scale, which is critical in a fast-paced automotive environment. The automation and reporting capabilities help streamline workflows and provide clear visibility into performance, allowing us to make smarter, data-driven decisions for our clients.

What really stands out is the support team. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping troubleshoot issues or identify opportunities for improvement. It feels like a true partnership rather than just a vendor relationship.

Overall, Fluency has been a valuable tool in helping us deliver consistent results and maintain strong performance across our accounts.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Nothing honestly, I promise!! I think its such a helpful platform

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency solves the challenge of managing and optimizing large-scale digital advertising campaigns efficiently. In automotive especially, where we’re handling multiple accounts, varying budgets, and constantly shifting inventory, it can be difficult to maintain consistency and performance without the right tools in place.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Kat! Thank you for taking the time to write this thoughtful review. It’s fantastic to hear that we've become such a vital partner in helping you manage the complexities of your automotive campaigns and helping your team make smarter, data-driven decisions at scale. We’re especially proud that our support team has earned your trust as a true partner, and we look forward to continuing to help you drive consistent, high-performance results for your clients!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** McKenzie L. | Digital Advertising Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I love how pretty much everything is spelled out within Fluency, and if something pops up that you're unsure of, there are countless resources within Fluency to help you. Additionally, I love that it can create PowerPoint decks for me based off of the selected data that I choose. The usage of AI within Fluency has made things more seamless as well. This is my first time working within Fluency but it's been awesome so far.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Honestly there isn't much that I dislike. It's been great so far.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It covers all of my bases within digital advertising and even makes recommendations for campaigns and ads which is wonderful.

  ### 13. Time-Saving with Great Performance Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Temarya B. | Social Media Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I use Fluency to manage paid media for automotive accounts, and I find it helpful for keeping everything in one place, checking performance, and making optimizations. I really like the visibility it provides, allowing me to quickly spot trends and performance across large key group accounts. Fluency saves me a lot of time on day-to-day checks and significantly cuts my work time in half by 50%. Additionally, the Fluency support team was very helpful, making the initial setup more manageable.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The UI can take some time getting used to, especially for new users. Also, the platform speed could be improved when publishing blueprint changes.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fluency to manage paid media, keeping everything centralized, checking performance, and optimizing easily. It saves time, provides great visibility, and helps me quickly spot trends across accounts, cutting my work time in half.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Thank you for your great feedback, Temarya! We're so glad to hear that Fluency has helped streamline your campaign management and provided clear insights through our analytics dashboard. Thank you for being a valued part of our Fluency community.

  ### 14. Outstanding Support, Intuitive Campaign Edits, and Excellent Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The customer service is outstanding. The team takes the time to understand your goals and provides strategic recommendations on where to invest your marketing budget and which campaigns will deliver the greatest impact. I also really enjoy the platform—it's intuitive for making campaign edits, and the reporting capabilities are excellent, making it easy to track performance and measure results.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I would say the biggest thing is the way the reporting is broken out on the reports. I want to see each channel's performance and it not combined. I can filter it down in the platform but the reports combine the data at times.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The bidding strategies is one things and having to look at all optimizations regularly because the teams are on top of it and help make recommendations when there is underperformance.

  ### 15. Smooth Budget Management, But Facebook Ad Filters Need Fixing

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan D. | Senior Social Media Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Easily being able to navigate to and from multiple clients. I also like the easy of being able to see all budgets at once and easily being able to make adjustments to them.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

When I switch to the ad level and already have filtered by Facebook, I had to delete the FB filter and re-add it to see the Facebook ads. Also adding creative for carousel cards can be time consuming.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its saving a lot of time by not having to build out ads manually, it makes onboarding new clients much easier and faster.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Megan, thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry you're experiencing some difficulties... we have not been able to replicate the issue but recommend you get on a call with your AE to show us exactly what you're seeing so we can get to the bottom of it. After we solve the issue, we would appreciate if you took the time to update your review since it sounds like you're experiencing budget management benefits. Thanks!

  ### 16. Unmatched Capabilities That Can Double Capacity At Least

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie G. | Growth Operations, Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

It goes deeper with capabilities than any other software out there trying to do similar things. When used correctly, it can at minimum double capacity and likely even more.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

It's very complex and so when introducing newer specialists to it, it can be challenging for them to really wrap their heads around what it does and how to work within it.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes launches incredibly easy, pacing is a no brainer, and the custom notifications are a life saver compared to historically using manual reporting to identify issues.

  ### 17. Fluency Makes Managing 25+ Paid Search Accounts Easy and Less Stressful

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like how easy it is to operate within the UI. It also makes managing budget pacing way easier in bulk. The notifications tab is very helpful to see what exactly is happening at a more granular level as well. I would recommend Fluency to anyone who is managing multiple paid search accounts/campaigns. Fluency has helped make managing 25+ accounts way less stressful.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Having to pull from partners every time is a little annoying. I wish there was a way that it automatically pulled updates in, especially when managing so many different accounts.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency is helping myself and our company manage multiple client accounts at once. It helps us monitor pacing and ensure we are spending the client's budget in a responsible way.

  ### 18. Automated, ROI-Driven Optimizations That Keep Improving Daily

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harold . | Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like that the service is automated so changes are made almost daily dependent on performance metrics and ROI rather than having to get on a monthly review call to discuss optimizations.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I don't like how the specials are integrated, team members aren't notified when specials expire and so often times we don't know that a special isn't being shown until we go into Colab to make changes.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to onboard an SEM campaign at a low budget due to client restrictions with minimal fees.

  ### 19. Meta Budget Limits and a Steep Learning Curve Reduce Fluency’s Efficiency

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Budget management is the most helpful tool. I also like being able to use a Blueprint to push out a mass number of campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The downside of using Fluency is that we have to work off daily budgets for Meta rather than Lifetime budgets. In my experience, lifetime budgets allow agency's to be able to match planned spend more exactly.

I have spent a lot of time in Ads Manager for many years. I am very familiar with how it works and what is needed to make optimizations. The lack of familiarity and education I have with Fluency on how to complete "hands to keyboard" actions makes it less efficient for my particular use case.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Budget management & mass campaign builds

  ### 20. Clean, Modern UI and Program, could decrease clicks in user journey

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like the clean UI and the overall design of the software, it feels modern and well-thought out.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There are often too many additional clicks when there shouldn't be. For example, when filtering budget, instead of just click the filter button, I have to click into the filter and then click descending and then click apply. That really affects my work flow and time over the course of a day. Decreasing the clicks needed would improve the user journey for me and my team.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency allows me to utilize ad creation and maintenance for both Meta and Google Ads all in one platform, which is helpful when making account-level changes and looking at trends and changes across the account.

  ### 21. Elevates Troubleshooting with AI Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I find the MUSE AI suggestions extremely beneficial for diagnosing issues when troubleshooting, as they break down the issue when alerts or errors don't provide much information. The suggestions help me determine if the issue falls within Fluency or outside of it, and some even break down the information being sent to the provider via API. BluePrints are also a key feature I use regularly, as they run campaigns across multiple channels. They allow for automation across numerous accounts running the same campaign while enabling customization for specific accounts through tags.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Notifications being cleared in a more timely manner. For instance, a notification will pop up & then we'll go into the account & resolve the issue triggering the notification but the notification will still show for a week or more. You can mute them but that's not enough as the Notification is still there. It was very involved. There were a lot of discussions across a multitude of products. Fluency had more frustrations with us than we did with them. Our organization needs a lot of automated customization and there are a bunch of moving parts.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fluency to manage digital advertising and troubleshoot issues. It solves setup, efficiency, BP, API, and reporting problems. MUSE AI helps pinpoint diagnostic issues, and BluePrints automate campaigns, allowing customization across accounts.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Rebecca, thanks for sharing your positive experience with Muse AI and Blueprints! Regarding the notification delays you mentioned, our system is designed to clear those alerts immediately once an issue is resolved, so we recommend reaching out to your AE directly to investigate why these are persisting in your specific dashboard and ensure your workspace stays organized.

  ### 22. Fluency Streamlined Account Pacing and Bulk Client Launches

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mayra H. | Paid Media Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency has helped with account pacing and with launching new clients in bulk. The onboarding process and ongoing support have been essential for meeting our integration goals and getting the setup items in place so we can make the most of the products offered.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The least helpful part is that not all partner settings are integrated into Fluency. For example, with Google Ads, some product listing settings still aren’t visible in the Fluency UI.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency has been a big help with budgeting and pacing across a large volume of accounts. Using Blueprints has saved time when launching new accounts and campaigns, and it has also reduced user errors in ad copy while cutting down on QA time.

**Official Response from Trinity Yue:**

> Hi Mayra, thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us—we deeply value your input and perspective on areas where we can further improve.

It was great to hear that you enjoyed using Blueprints for bulk client launches and that our platform has been a big help with budgeting and pacing across your accounts. We're also thrilled that our onboarding and support teams have been essential in meeting your integration goals!

Thank you also for your feedback highlighting where we can continue to improve. We appreciate hearing about your experience and your thoughts regarding the visibility of Google Ads product listing settings within the Fluency UI. We’ve shared these details with our product team as we continue to refine our partner integrations, and we hope to continue to partner directly with you to address your feedback.

  ### 23. Effortless Ad Management with Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna D. | Advertising Strategist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I love the landscape of Fluency and the quick automation it provides, especially for advanced downloads. It helps us look at portfolios from a larger scale and offers so many great tools to make the job more seamless. It lets us do our job much faster while keeping things organized. The initial setup was pretty easy too.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Specifically the geo targeting - It does not allow us to replicate geos to other channels that are not the same as the one you are replicating it off of

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fluency to manage advertising profiles more seamlessly, view portfolios on a larger scale, and improve workflow with quick automation and advanced downloads, making our job faster and more organized.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Anna, it’s wonderful to hear that our automation and Muse AI are accelerating your production, and we’re fully committed to refining our AI accuracy to ensure you have 100% confidence in every insight generated. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review!

  ### 24. Effective Budget Management, Limited Integration

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Catie C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I use Fluency for budget management across multiple client accounts and appreciate its ability to prevent overspending, which was a major issue before using it. I like that it's easy to filter and view data, and the ability to drill down and find exactly what I need is really useful. I can easily sort by specific client or account type. Fluency provides alerts for budgets and overspends, letting me see all client data aggregated in one place, which wasn't possible with just dashboards before.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

We would like to be able to bring in all of our marketing accounts. Right now we have some advertising that Fluency does not integrate with. StackAdapt not being integrated. We had help, there seemed to be some blueprint limitations and we were hoping to use it for reporting but that has not come to fruition.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fluency to prevent overspend issues and aggregate data in one place, allowing us to view all clients and stay within budget.

  ### 25. Backpack Centralizes My Workload for Quick, Easy Data Reference

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

It puts a lot of my workload into one place for easy input and gives me a quick and easy way to reference basic data without having to switch between multiple dashboards

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

It was challenging to learn Backpack, however once I did understand it made it easier for me to utilize all of the benefits of Fluency

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage a LOT of accounts, and Fluency's automations save my company money in terms of the number of people it takes to manage all of our accounts. I can do twice the work in the same amount of time and really dig into problem accounts without worrying so much about how to manage my own time

  ### 26. Fluency: Powerful Reporting with Insightful Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexis W. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I love the notifications feature in Fluency because it allows us to set up custom notifications if any of our clients are underperforming on certain benchmarks and metrics. It also alerts us when campaigns have errors or there's no spend on an account. I also love the data explorer feature, as it provides visibility per channel, per practice area, and per account owner, which is great for having diverse visibility tailored to each unique client. This helps us make informed decisions fast and optimize campaigns quicker. Once everything was set up, managing several accounts was smooth and efficient with Fluency.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Only thing with Fluency right now that I don't have access to is the frequency metric in Data Explorer and being able to track a high or low frequency, and generate a report from it.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency consolidates our client data into one platform, allowing quick access to budget visibility and custom report building, enhancing our reporting capabilities.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Fluency! We're glad to hear that the notifications feature and data explorer have been valuable for managing your accounts efficiently. If you haven't already, we encourage you to reach out to your AE about getting set up with Data Explorer.

  ### 27. Optimizes PPC with Proactive Budget Reallocations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like how Fluency helps with budget pacing and reallocations, which allows me to prevent accounts from under pacing and move budgets between platforms proactively. I enjoy using Muse AI for applying optimizations where needed and find the alerts extremely helpful for flagging high CPLs and low conversion rates. Creating CIDs without needing to set up Gmail accounts using blueprints is a big plus. I appreciate the tool’s ability to check for negative keyword conflicts, which is beneficial for client retention overall.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Targeting is the worse because it is kind of unfriendly for LSA ads. The adding keywords feature could be improved, sometimes Fluency recommends adding terms that are not related to our ads or PAs.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency prevents my accounts from under pacing, reallocates budgets proactively, applies optimizations, and flags alerts for high CPLs and low conversion rates. It also aids in checking for negative keyword conflicts and supports client retention.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear Fluency is helping with budget pacing and reallocating effectively.

We'd love to explore your use case more here! As Blueprints generate customized content, it's primary use case is for generating and maintaining account specific "new" content, so importing isn't it's typical function. If you have a solution you're trying to accomplish, maybe there's a portion of the tool better suited to your needs! Reach out to your account representative and we'll help match you with the right solution.

  ### 28. In-House Vs. 3rd Party Ad Tech

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Updates by clients in other verticals. Coming from in-house Ad-Tech designed around a specific vert, there are features/updates/etc. that might have never been considered looking at needs within a silo (more or less). There are features/updates made that likely came from outside automotive that can allow for rethinking/retooling how we approach deployment.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

We are at the mercy of Fluency's ability to adapt features/functions/working API calls to partners (and working with partner platforms in general). Basis is a good example. Support was great across both the Basis and Fluency teams, but there were obvious gaps into who owned what and which part was breaking. We couldn't launch a Basis campaign without encountering errors and at time it seemed like a back and forth problem solve about which platform was causing the error. That's not something that can be passed to a client.

Fluency isn't slow for updates and great support helps bridge gaps. These same issues exist with in-house ad tech. However, the lines of communication for in-house updates and ownership are a lot clearer in house (including timelines).

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves a ton of time on manual deployment. Open to ad-hoc projects requests which helps streamline internal operations. It also helps to have a unified platform to build internal efficiencies like onboarding, training, support, etc.

Basically, when you have teams working out of a unified platform you're able to consolidate people operations and processes a lot easier compared to having everything live in separate workflows/platforms.

  ### 29. Scalable Solution with Room to Grow

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly W. | Client Success Performance Manager | Marketing Consultant | Fractional CMO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I really like the reporting dashboard. I like the heat map that shows the impressions, costs, and clicks by time of day, which allows me to better understand which of my clients are second string considerations versus initial consideration engagement. This helps me better tailor the messaging of the individual ads.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I find the blueprints in Fluency are highly limiting when it comes to providing the boutique and specific text in copy that our clients have come to expect. The setup was also a bit challenging as we had to dedicate a large amount of time and man hours, and it was a little bumpy. It seemed like a combination of how the product was sold and how our staff understood its functionality versus our expectations.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fluency to tackle scalability issues and manage daily and monthly budgets to avoid extra spending, while maximizing campaign output and reducing learning time.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Kelly, thank you for your positive feedback about the reporting dashboard and how it helps you tailor your ad messaging. It's great to hear that Fluency is helping you with scalability and budget management. We understand your concerns blueprints, and will have your AE work with you directly to solve any issues.

  ### 30. Efficient Campaign Management with Stellar UI/UX

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krishnendu D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I find Fluency really helps with efficient campaign management and cuts down on repetitive work. I love its easy UI, which makes navigating the entire system simple with less load time. The automation feature is great as it handles repetitive tasks like budget shifts or pausing underperforming campaigns, so I'm not constantly needing to monitor them. I appreciate the clear rules for budget and performance thresholds that ensure decisions are based on clear performance benchmarks for improved consistency. Detailed data for campaign monitoring is also a major plus, providing key insights and enhancing performance monitoring. The setup was very easy, thanks to a fantastic team that helped every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Some platform limitations compared to the original ad consoles and the reporting depth are issues. Certain campaign types or features don't clearly reflect in the system. For example, the way Fluency handles individual ad placement changes compared to meta ad group level placement controls is painful.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency makes campaign management efficient by reducing repetitive work through automation. It provides key insights, performance monitoring, uses clear rules for budgeting, and ensures decision consistency with performance thresholds. The easy-to-navigate UI/UX reduces load time, simplifying campaign management.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Krishnendu, we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. It is great to hear that our automation and intuitive UI are helping you maintain consistency and reclaim time from repetitive monitoring tasks. We also appreciate your specific feedback regarding reporting depth and Meta placement controls; we are constantly working to bridge those platform-specific gaps to ensure our tools provide the same granular control you find in native consoles.

  ### 31. Streamlined Client Management, Efficient Ad Campaigns

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Swizel F. | Digital Advertising Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I really like how Fluency helps me manage a bulk of clients all in one place, which makes it much easier than doing it manually. I can set up notifications and get updates about whether budgets are being paced correctly and if there are any issues or achievements. The daily emails are super handy, as they let me know which campaigns are performing well, which ones aren't, and I even get tips on the best keywords to target. I love having the option to choose between daily or weekly emails based on my needs. The team is incredibly supportive and helpful, offering a dedicated engineer to answer any questions I might have.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The UI/UX could be made a little bit simpler for people to understand.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency helps me manage all of my clients in one place, giving me reminders and cutting down my time significantly. It keeps me updated with emails about what's working or not, and helps with pacing budgets and selecting keywords.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Swizel, thanks so much for the thoughtful review. It’s wonderful to hear that our bulk management tools and automated pacing alerts are saving you significant time while keeping your client performance on track. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the UI, and we’re hard at work making the platform more intuitive so your experience is as seamless as the support you receive from our engineering team.

  ### 32. easy to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly C. | performance insights coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like that fluency is user-friendly easy to use I can export data and use lots of filters to sort through and filter to what I need

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Fluency reporting seems to not exactly align with other reporting I have so I don't know if it's truly accurate and sometimes it can be a little confusing

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can use this easily to reporting and grab our spun numbers in the matter of seconds

  ### 33. Great product, and amazing customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruce D. | B2B Marketing Specialist | PPC Specialist | Data Management | Marketing Technologist, Outsourcing/Offshoring, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency is constantly updating their platform to accommodate the latest updates from various advertising channels

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Fluency has to juggle multiple channel updates independently, I wish they could update them all at once. This ain’t realistic so I’m still a huge fan!

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining processes that previously took a lot more time to achieve the same result (that we're now able to achieve with Fluency much quicker). Also, Fluency has a very robust "pacing tool" that is light years ahead of the competition.

  ### 34. AI-Driven Insights Streamline Budget Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie O. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like Fluency because the AI insights it provides across all platforms like PPC, LSA, and social media help me make decisions on where to move the budget. It gives me high-level performance all in one view, which is really convenient. The initial setup was great!

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I wish there were integrations with Hubspot and Slack so that our team can use it across other teams. Even more integrations with tools like Claude and CRMs would be great. Or maybe there are more integrations available that I'm not aware of.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fluency to ensure we move budget before the end of the month based on performance, all in one place. The AI insights give me high-level performance across platforms like PPC, LSA, and social media, helping me decide where to move the budget.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Stephanie, thanks for leaving a review! Glad you're getting value out of Fluency and it's saving you time, especially with budgeting. Just wanted to make sure you saw Fluency has two CRM systems integrations, HubSpot and Salesforce. If you need help getting this set up, please let your AE know. More on integrations here: https://www.fluency.inc/partners-integrations

  ### 35. Fluency Experience - Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like AI budgeting pacing, as it help me control monthly and overall spend much better, not to mention easier on my end. The software is also very user friendly with great costumer support. I use fluency to review my accounts once a day, and it is very easy to check. Implementation and integration is extremely easy as well with blueprint.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Some settings are hard to find, which makes the experience feel less fluid.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re making improvements to our implementation blueprints. Once that work is complete, it should be helpful for new launches.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! Feel free to clarify further on which settings are specifically hard to find and we can prioritize improving that experience for you.

  ### 36. Outstanding Support Team and Muse AI Tool.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt D. | Performance Media Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like the support team the best. I also think Muse, its AI tool is pretty good and getting better.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The UI/UX is not great. Not knowing if a problem is on my end, partner end, or fluency end is also frustrating.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping build blueprints and launch multiple stores at once.

  ### 37. Fluency: The Ultimate Tool for Streamlined Budget Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas J. | AccountyManager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The thing that I love most about Fluency is its ability to pull all of the major metrics into one platform. I can see all of the major metrics like cost per lead, cost per conversion, the budgets, how much we've spent, and how much we're currently spending all in one place. It's kind of like a multi-tool, so I don't have to keep multiple tabs open on different websites and ad managers; all my data is in one spot.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I have not found anything that I don't like yet!

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fluency to manage client budgets with its pacing feature, adjusting budgets throughout the month as needed. It consolidates key metrics like cost per lead and ad spend, eliminating the need for multiple tabs and tools.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Hi Thomas, thanks you for the kind words—we're glad Fluency’s pacing tools are helping keep your clients happy

  ### 38. Streamlined Platform Experience with Amazing Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tymothé P. | Performance Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

the experience on the platform is really streamline and the support is really amazing !

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The fact that the blueprint is fully customizable is really great, but I feel like it’s hard to be autonomous afterward, since we can’t get a step-by-step guide unless we’re already very experienced with the platform. Maybe having a simplified, standard option would be helpful, and then a more complex version for specialists afterward?

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of campaigns to take care of, with many parameters to consider, and they handle it all.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Thank you for your positive feedback about the streamlined platform experience and amazing support! We understand your concern about autonomy, we appreciate your input on how we can enhance the experience. We are launching more in-depth training on Blueprints soon on Fluency Academy, so that could be beneficial too!

  ### 39. Helpful Automation and Solid Support, but Recommendations Miss Underspend Issues

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

When the automation works correctly, it can help relieve a lot of the manual input process and keep track of many accounts. Support is decently thorough as well in their responses.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Some of the recommendations have not been far enough to prevent underspend when certain campaigns of ours were gaining zero impressions. Fluency team still has yet to find an answer.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing way more accounts and their budgets than we reasonably could. Allows our department to take on more and manage properties with a leaner team.

  ### 40. Comprehensive Campaign Management, Needs Visual Upgrade

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I appreciate how Fluency brings all the data and relevant KPIs into one platform, making it easier to track my client's digital advertising campaigns. I enjoy how it has everything all in one place, like the campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and creative, which really saves me time when gathering data to compare or create presentations. The initial setup was very easy, which was a pleasant experience.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I think it could be visually more appealing, or more client facing. I think the overall layout could be improved. Maybe a "presentation mode" that creates a dashboard that we could use in sharing with clients.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency consolidates all the data and KPIs I need, saving me time when gathering data to compare or create presentations.

**Official Response from Trinity Yue:**

> Hi Nick, thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with Fluency—we genuinely love hearing from our users and your feedback means a lot to us. It's great to know that having your campaign data, KPIs, and creative all in one place has been a real time-saver, especially when pulling together client presentations. We're also really glad the onboarding experience felt seamless!

We appreciate hearing about your experience and your thoughts about the overall visual layout and the idea of a client-facing presentation mode. We hope to continue to partner directly with you to address your feedback.

  ### 41. User-Friendly with Excellent Geo Targeting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammed S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I use Fluency to facilitate the process in the activation of social and programmatic campaigns. I appreciate that it allows for better geo targeting to segment consumers and direct them to the dealer they're closest to. The interface is very neat and user-friendly, and the menus allow me to avoid unnecessary manipulation on the app. Although the initial setup was quite complicated, I found that the trainings made it easy to grasp the concepts.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Little to no creative software. It would be great if we could make creatives directly in the platform. Initial setup was quite complicated.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fluency to facilitate the activation of social and programmatic campaigns with better geo-targeting, which segments consumers and directs them to their nearest dealer.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> We're happy to hear that you are benefiting from Fluency's user-friendly interface and excellent geo-targeting capabilities. We appreciate your feedback about the initial setup complexity. We are continuously working to enhance Fluency and will take your comments into account for future developments.

**Reviewed by:** Haden V. | Paid Search Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I appreciate Fluency's ability to allow quick and impactful edits towards my Google Ads campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I haven't had many issues with Fluency - and issues that have happened were quickly fixed by support.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency allows my time to be used more efficiently throughout my day.

  ### 43. Fluency Created Space for Strategic Thinking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency is a tool that is taking us to the next level. When we looked at where we could improve as an agency, Fluency collectively let us check off a few of those boxes. We've already felt the impact and it's let us to focus more on strategy than wasting time on repeatable execution.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

This isn't a knock on the product, but more so that there is an upfront lift that takes time especially when you're new to the platform.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of our main issues was the amount of time spent swapping social media creative and doing basic campaign management. Fluency streamlines much of those efforts which creates more time for us to focus on what matters.

  ### 44. Fluency Review

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Adjusting budgets is very easy in the platform.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

When I make changes to campaigns in the Fluency platform, it takes a long time to push into platform. I don't think MuseAI is particularly helpful when it comes to blueprints. I also wish it was a little bit more intuitive with filters and showing all available selections, or even having multiple conditions like google ads does.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Launching campaigns has been a lot easier, and has been efficient in that aspect.

  ### 45. Lots of Valuable Tools, But It Is a Lift to Set Up for a Large Agency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like that Fluency puts all of our accounts and any concerns in one place. Pause/Enable is really helpful, and the custom notifications are huge for making sure we're flagging the things that matter to us. Fluency lets us build campaigns via template, take actions en masse across many or all accounts, and custom notifications warn us about issues quickly. It also allows us to stay compliant with strict OEM requirements and take sweeping actions that would be very time-consuming if done manually on Meta.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There's an ongoing bug where we can't add Instagram profiles. There also has been inconsistent levels of customer support. It was difficult. There was a learning curve, and our sheer volume of accounts made it a huge lift.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency lets us build campaigns via template, take mass actions, and stay compliant with OEM requirements. It centralizes accounts, provides custom notifications, and simplifies reporting, saving time on manual tasks.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi there, thank you for the detailed review... It's great to hear that Fluency is saving you time and helping you navigate those strict OEM compliance requirements on Meta. I also want to sincerely thank you for your candor regarding the challenges you’ve faced. We know that onboarding a high volume of accounts is a significant lift, and we’re sorry to hear that the learning curve and support experience haven’t always been seamless. We are actively working to make our support levels more consistent as we scale. Regarding the Instagram profile bug, I’d like to make sure we have this prioritized correctly for your account. Could you please reach out to your AE? We want to ensure that’s resolved so you can get back to full efficiency.

  ### 46. Streamlined Campaign Management and Budget Control

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parth P. | Social Advertising Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I really like that Fluency is just clean and very accessible; it's easy to read what's going on. It's integrated into our Salesforce budget, so I know I won't overspend. I also love that I can see how multiple accounts are performing by looking at just one summary page. It’s accessible because it’s not as siloed like Facebook Business Manager is set up. We can utilize Fluency AI to answer questions, and we have access to our dedicated Fluency support team. And it's easier to see all ad accounts in one place instead of searching through Facebook.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Very specifically when I'm looking at last month's budget on an ad account, the rows sometimes shuffle, so I'll have to sort by the spend column to see which campaigns I want to see. It will otherwise show me turned off and archived campaigns from years ago that I don't need to see. Another suggestion would be more recommendations based on ad performance, like 'this ad copy is not working for you, let's try something new.'

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fluency to manage campaigns efficiently, oversee budgets across multiple ad accounts, accept optimization suggestions, and easily access all ad accounts in one place. It integrates with Salesforce, helping avoid overspending and simplifies visibility of account performance compared to Facebook Business Manager.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Parth, thanks for taking the time to write a thoughtful review - it's great to hear Fluency is helping you manage your accounts with confidence and clarity! Regarding the shuffling rows, we would love to know if you’re seeing this in the Manage view or Data Explorer so we can look into a fix; in the meantime, while our performance recommendations are currently metric-based rather than copy-specific, we suggest setting up custom notifications to alert you the moment specific performance thresholds are hit so you can proactively test new creative. Thanks again!

  ### 47. Streamlined Media Management with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan G.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I appreciate managing paid media across multiple accounts and locations at a much more streamlined pace with Fluency. It saves our ad team time since we don't have to navigate to each individual account to spot metrics or get an idea of benchmarks. Fluency helps with budget pacing issues and makes it easy to launch campaigns and replicate successful ones using blueprints. The onboarding process was smooth as the team didn't rush us and took the time to explain features and fit them into our workflows. It feels like having a partner rather than just a platform. I find the reporting tools really valuable since they make it easy to see where campaigns stand and focus on important metrics. The setup was very easy!

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I'm not quite sure what could be improved, but maybe having a cheat sheet that's easy to reference outside of their academy could be helpful. Also, we use WhatConverts to track customer journeys from campaigns, but the two don't connect.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency streamlines managing paid media by saving us time navigating accounts, solving budget pacing issues, speeding up launches, and easily replicating successful campaigns.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Megan, thank you for your thorough and thoughtful review! It’s wonderful to hear that Blueprints and Budgeting have made your team more efficient and feel like a true partnership. For a quick-reference 'cheat sheet' to help with your workflows, we encourage you to explore the Fluency Help Center (if you haven't already) which is packed with searchable, step-by-step guides designed for exactly that purpose. Thanks again!

  ### 48. Efficient Budget Management, Needs Better Ad Copy Features

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim D.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I personally really like the budget pacing and ease of assigning shared budgets or editing budgets between multiple platforms. I can edit multiple platform strategies in one place, making it quick and easy to update the budgets and assign specific budgets to campaigns based on the strategy. The support provided from Fluency's team has always been great and really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I don't love the ad copy features. There are quite a few limitations and it's time-consuming when you have more than one broadcast to add for a single campaign. If you add a broadcast, you can only do one headline or one description. It's frustrating and the feature glitches a lot. You will filter for a specific model and when you go to review, it pulls other models and you have to refresh a lot.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency solves budget management issues and automates daily tasks. I can quickly update and assign campaign budgets across platforms, which simplifies adjustments and strategy execution.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Kim, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We deeply value your perspective on where we can improve. Good news is we have a broadcast enhancement ticket in the queue ready for engineering to ensure we're continuing to make the broadcast experience better. Once that's officially released, we would appreciate it if you took the time to update your review if your experience improves. Thanks again!

  ### 49. Fluency Streamlines Multi-Dealership Paid Search with Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsey B. | Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency is particularly strong for managing paid search at scale across multiple dealerships. The platform does a good job automating structure, bidding, and OEM-specific requirements, which saves a significant amount of time compared to building and managing campaigns manually. For automotive advertisers, the inventory-driven approach and alignment with dealer websites and feeds is very valuable. It allows teams to focus more on strategy and optimization rather than repetitive setup work.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Some parts of the platform can feel a bit less flexible when deeper customization is required, particularly for more nuanced strategies or unique market conditions. The reporting is generally solid, but at times it still takes extra exports or some manual analysis to get the exact views and details stakeholders are looking for. There’s also a learning curve for new users, given the number of features and workflows to navigate.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency addresses the challenge of efficiently managing paid search across a large number of automotive accounts while still maintaining consistency and compliance. It streamlines campaign creation, budgeting, and optimization, reducing errors and helping ensure budgets are fully utilized. As a result, operations are more scalable, pacing control is stronger, and overall efficiency has improved for both agency teams and dealer clients.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Lindsey, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! We're happy to hear Fluency addresses the challenge of efficiently managing paid search across a large number of automotive accounts while still maintaining consistency and compliance. We also appreciate your feedback on reporting flexibility and the learning curve, as we are actively working to improve our platform and simplify the onboarding experience (and growing our Fluency Academy cert program!)

  ### 50. Efficient Google Ads Management with Fluency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casey V.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like that Fluency does the pacing automatically, which is a big time saver for me. Coming from a position where I was doing it manually, this feature frees up time for me to do other things within certain accounts, so I’m not bogged down by mundane manual tasks. It's really helpful as a pacing tool, providing one dashboard to compare and contrast metrics across multiple accounts.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Some of the filter views are a little bit difficult and take some getting used to. Additionally, initially setting up Fluency is tough, as there are always hurdles with a new platform, including learning how things work, where things are located, and organizing new spreadsheets.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fluency as a pacing tool for Google Ads, which provides one dashboard for multiple accounts and metrics comparison. It saves time by automating tasks I used to do manually, freeing me to focus on more important activities.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Casey, thank you for taking the time to leave a review! While we're glad to hear our automated pacing is saving you significant time and providing a clear view across your accounts, we appreciate your honest feedback on the initial setup and filter views as we work to make our platform even more intuitive for new user. Fluency Academy works to eliminate some of the headaches around learning how things work, where things are located, etc.
