Having access to performance metrics for all the ads we run—whether for a single account or across multiple accounts—is a real win, especially when it comes to discussing results with our clients.

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like the UI of Fluency. I also appreciate that it helps manage and streamline the process of making changes for over 100 accounts and it's good for project management. I use the bulk manage and portfolio features the most because of the number of accounts I handle. These tools help in streamlining processes and cut down the time spent on ads. The initial setup of Fluency was pretty easy.

I use Fluency for paid ads campaign management, which helps streamline the process of making changes for 100+ accounts. The bulk manage and portfolio features streamline processes and cut down the time spent on ads.

I like Fluency because it helps us manage the accounts at scale and saves time. It lets me know when something is incorrect or broken and ensures optimization. I find the amount of time it takes to resolve an issue on Fluency's end frustrating. Also, making the blueprints more simple would be helpful.

I like Fluency's easy interface which makes navigating and adjusting campaigns for performance straightforward. I enjoy the new AI tool that simplifies and compiles data, and it's really useful that it's client-facing, allowing me to copy/paste into an email if necessary. This tool also frees up time in my day to complete other tasks.

I do wish that we had a little more graphs and ability to pull more impactful reports that could be client facing.

I use Fluency for tracking campaigns and adjusting for performance, solving complex AdWords issues. The new AI tool simplifies and compiles data, saving me time and enabling client-facing communication.

It's a bit bulky and not user friendly. Everything needs to work exactly right or it doesnt work at all. A bit buggy at times too.

I really appreciate Fluency for its efficiency and time-saving automation, which has significantly reduced the time we spend creating and updating procedures. This used to take hours but now gets done in minutes. It also allows me to focus more on high-level strategy by shifting time from manual execution. Additionally, the robust budget management feature is something I like, and the initial setup process was smooth for me.

I think the workplace digital training could be improved. We want training from the company.

What I like best about Fluency is its seamless automation engine that’s specifically built for high-volume, multi-location businesses. It allows us to scale localized digital marketing campaigns across hundreds of locations with a high level of consistency and efficiency. The templating system is robust, making it easy to maintain brand control while still allowing for customization at the local level. Also, the integration with platforms like Google Ads and Meta is incredibly smooth, which saves our team hours of manual work each week.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

While Fluency is powerful, one area that could be improved is the learning curve for new users. The platform offers a lot of advanced features, but it can be overwhelming at first without proper onboarding or documentation. Additionally, while the automation is strong, more granular reporting and analytics capabilities—especially visual dashboards—would make it easier to evaluate performance at both macro and micro levels. Some occasional delays in syncing data with ad platforms have also been a minor challenge.

Fluency is solving the challenge of scaling digital advertising across dozens or even hundreds of locations without sacrificing customization or compliance. Before using Fluency, managing localized campaigns was time-consuming, error-prone, and required significant manual effort. **What do you like best about Fluency?**

I really value Fluency's ability to streamline budget pacing, which has significantly saved us time, allowing us to focus on optimizing other aspects of our projects. The platform's user-friendly design makes it simple to manage all of my accounts in one place and monitor their performance. Fluency's error notifications and the convenient notifications bar are incredibly useful for staying on top of any issues. Additionally, the different user interfaces make navigating the platform intuitive. The onboarding process was smooth and informative, with the team providing ample support through meetings on setting up accounts and using its features effectively. What truly sets Fluency apart is its extensive capabilities, which seem equipped to address all our operational pain points, contributing to a seamless workflow.

I find the blueprints feature in Fluency complex, particularly as we're still trying to iron out how to best build campaigns. Dealing with tags, account tags, and blueprint tags adds to the complexity, making it challenging to fully utilize the feature effectively.

- The pacing feature. I get to see how each campaign(s) are performing MoM. 
- We got see the overall performance of the shared budgets. Something Google only provides with filters. 
- The notifications are great, but there is still room for improvement.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

- I would like to see a feature at the account list and account level. Where you can see any notifications of issue that become present.
- Campaign stopped spending or drop in performance notifications need to be shows in real-time or at least one day notice. 
- There need to be a feature that you can update assets in bulk. For example, there is still no feature that allows us to update sitelinks in bulk. Which would be a huge help. 
- There need to be a feature at the within the account that shows the customer support ticket history. 
- There also need to be  a feature that shows you the bulk receipts at the account level, and allows the easy to cancel them if necessary. 
- It crashes too much recently. That needs to be solved. 
 - Sometimes the pull from partners action delays and times hours. That is not great when we need to close tasks/cases. I loose confidence on my changes reverting. 
- The Muse AI to troubleshoot needs to be more specific on what to look for when solving an issue.

Pacing budget MoM and at times identifying issues in the accounts. Performance analysis and optimization.

I find that Fluency makes managing budget pacing much easier, with everything listed in one area, which is efficient and saves me a lot of time, especially when it comes to math. Pacing tasks that used to take me an hour now only take about 5 minutes with Fluency.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I wish I didn't have to restructure all of my campaigns to have a daily budget in order to turn off read-only. I had to rebuild all of my campaigns that had lifetime budgets, but Fluency needs them to be daily budgets.

Fluency makes managing pacing easier by listing everything in one area. It's efficient and saves me a lot of time on math, reducing pacing tasks from an hour to just 5 minutes.

I like that Fluency's dashboard is easy to understand and navigate, and I appreciate being able to see everything clearly. The photos and verbiage that will go onto the ads are great. I also found the setup process to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I find the character limit difficult because the new pricing and fee transparency guidelines require more text. The character limit should be expanded from 90 characters to about 150 characters.

I use Fluency for PPC ad campaigns because it's AI-driven and gives real-time data for fast adjustments, and its dashboard is easy to understand and helps me see everything.

How sensitive it can be with what you need for the automation. If one thing is off, it breaks.

Like accidentally using a ":" instead of a ";" in coding which makes it also harder to find where the error lie.

I like the pacing section of the budget groups in Fluency because it shows what is pacing on-track or slow. It helps me by letting me know which campaigns are struggling, so I can check them to see what's wrong. The initial setup of Fluency is pretty simple for the most part.

The catalog connection could be faster or the errors after updating creative.

I like how easy it is to navigate between accounts in Fluency. The budget view, campaign view, and overview page with easy-to-find KPIs are great features that I find especially useful. The initial setup was also easy, which is a big plus for me.

RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is THE feature for this platform. It allows users to build blueprints for repeatable processes that save time without QA concerns. If your company specializes in a particular vertical or verticals, this platform would allow 2-3x the workload per account owner/ analyst. I, alongside my entire department, use this platform throughout the day, 5 days a week.

Feature requests are not guaranteed. There needs to be a large enough adoption for clients to service requests. This isn't a deal breaker as they support virtually all standard features you would find in Google or Meta platforms.

The time taken to build campaigns, make bulk changes, schedule changes, and update ad copy is shortened through a plethora of features in the platform. It gives time back to focus on metrics and optimizations (the important things).

The adoption of Fluency in our department has been beneficial and has cut time on repetitive tasks like duplicating ads, managing limited-time offers, and adjusting budgets for rollover. Working in the automotive space means that we are constantly changing offers, and running expired ones can be detrimental. The broadcast feature has been a godsend in allowing us to schedule ad copy to expire when we need it to. Not having to duplicate ads monthly for 40+ accounts has given me so much time back.

We've encountered several issues, including ad sets randomly pausing, broadcast copy being incorrectly set as the always-on ad copy, and changes made in Fluency not syncing properly with Ads Manager.

I like how available our representative is for support.

I find that you cannot find the same views (one that comes to mind is i cannot see the search terms by ad group, they come all as one campaign). 

I also really dislike that you can't see if you've excluded or added a keyword. 

I also really don't like that paused budgets don't count towards your total spend even if you've seen spend that month.

On the search side, Fluency has many options for ways to pace budgets on accounts and gives you a nice platform to see all accounts and campaigns together. There is a nice AI Insights tool that helps you to track performance and view recommendations for improvement.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There is a very lengthy training course needed to get up to speed on how to use the platform. It does seem to be a newer tool and bugs or issues arise from time to time, although they are pretty quick to develop solutions. I don't think it does a good job on paid social pacing - depending on the type of campaigns you are building. First, it only includes Meta, so for all other social platforms you have to manage campaigns natively anyway. Plus, Meta is very spot on when it comes to pacing and rarely overspends budget, but in our test cases, Fluency never prevented overspend. Also, the tool cannot manage lifetime budgets in Meta, which many types of ads require and for many clients is the preferred way to manage spend.

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency gives me the tools I need to scale automotive campaigns across dozens of rooftops without sacrificing control or compliance. The Blueprint system is especially powerful—it lets me standardize naming conventions, targeting, and asset structure across accounts while automating updates through Broadcast and Bulk Manage. I also rely on external data sources to dynamically pull in inventory feeds and segment campaigns by location or vehicle type, which is crucial for running efficient VLAs and Performance Max campaigns. Fluency’s built-in tools for handling platform compliance—like ad punctuation rules and character limits—have saved me a ton of time and prevented disapprovals. It’s the only platform I’ve used that truly balances automation with granular control.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

While Fluency is incredibly powerful, its flexibility can sometimes come with a learning curve—especially when setting up advanced Blueprints or working with complex polling sources. Documentation is improving, but some features still require trial and error or direct support from the Fluency team. I’d also like to see more robust preview or validation tools before pushing bulk updates, to reduce the risk of human error when managing campaigns at scale.

Fluency is solving the challenge of managing high volumes of ad campaigns across multiple dealership rooftops with limited manual effort. It streamlines the setup and maintenance of Google and Meta campaigns through automation, data-driven inventory syncing, and standardized Blueprints. This has drastically reduced the time I spend on repetitive tasks like ad copy updates, budget adjustments, and policy compliance fixes. It also ensures that campaigns stay live, accurate, and aligned with the latest inventory—ultimately improving efficiency, reducing disapprovals, and increasing ROI for my clients.

That said, once you’re familiar with it, the features can still deliver value—just be prepared for a bit of a learning curve.
