## Fluency Reviews
  ### 1. Fluency: Streamlined Campaign Management, Needs 24/7 Availability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob V. | paid media strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I love how Fluency dramatically simplifies campaign management for me at Microsoft and Google by automating the process and allowing us to pace campaigns without manual intervention. The interface, admittedly initially challenging, becomes very easy and intuitive with use, which is great. The blueprint creation and settings replicator features stand out as exceptionally useful, especially in saving time by automating campaign types and making it easy to replicate bidding strategies and location targeting efficiently. These capabilities have enabled us to manage campaigns without needing to create them manually, just flipping a switch. The platform's offerings and the ability to save time while enhancing campaign pacing are invaluable. Overall, Fluency's platform is comprehensive and compelling enough that I would definitely choose it again, reflecting a perfect recommendation likelihood of ten out of ten.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I don't like that the software shuts down for a couple of hours around 10 PM to midnight PST, which could be due to maintenance. This downtime is inconvenient for me, as I often work late at night and would appreciate the software being available 24/7, or pushing back the maintenance window to 2/3am. Extending the availability into the early morning hours would be beneficial for anyone working late.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use the product to automate campaign creation, saving time and pacing campaigns automatically, which eliminates the need for manual intervention.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Jacob, thank you for the thoughtful review! It's great to hear how helpful Fluency is and how you would recommend our solution to others! Thanks for sharing your constructive feedback, this is the first time we're hearing this feedback and I confirmed with the team this shouldn't be happening so it doesn't impact important work times. If you're experiencing this issue regularly, please work with your AE to resolve. Thank you!

  ### 2. Intuitive, Automated Campaign Management with Outstanding Fluency Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kat T. | Major Accounts , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I’ve had a great experience working with Fluency. The platform is intuitive and makes it easy to manage and optimize campaigns at scale, which is critical in a fast-paced automotive environment. The automation and reporting capabilities help streamline workflows and provide clear visibility into performance, allowing us to make smarter, data-driven decisions for our clients.

What really stands out is the support team. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping troubleshoot issues or identify opportunities for improvement. It feels like a true partnership rather than just a vendor relationship.

Overall, Fluency has been a valuable tool in helping us deliver consistent results and maintain strong performance across our accounts.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Nothing honestly, I promise!! I think its such a helpful platform

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency solves the challenge of managing and optimizing large-scale digital advertising campaigns efficiently. In automotive especially, where we’re handling multiple accounts, varying budgets, and constantly shifting inventory, it can be difficult to maintain consistency and performance without the right tools in place.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Kat! Thank you for taking the time to write this thoughtful review. It’s fantastic to hear that we've become such a vital partner in helping you manage the complexities of your automotive campaigns and helping your team make smarter, data-driven decisions at scale. We’re especially proud that our support team has earned your trust as a true partner, and we look forward to continuing to help you drive consistent, high-performance results for your clients!

  ### 3. Time-Saving with Great Performance Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Temarya B. | Social Media Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I use Fluency to manage paid media for automotive accounts, and I find it helpful for keeping everything in one place, checking performance, and making optimizations. I really like the visibility it provides, allowing me to quickly spot trends and performance across large key group accounts. Fluency saves me a lot of time on day-to-day checks and significantly cuts my work time in half by 50%. Additionally, the Fluency support team was very helpful, making the initial setup more manageable.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The UI can take some time getting used to, especially for new users. Also, the platform speed could be improved when publishing blueprint changes.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fluency to manage paid media, keeping everything centralized, checking performance, and optimizing easily. It saves time, provides great visibility, and helps me quickly spot trends across accounts, cutting my work time in half.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Thank you for your great feedback, Temarya! We're so glad to hear that Fluency has helped streamline your campaign management and provided clear insights through our analytics dashboard. Thank you for being a valued part of our Fluency community.

  ### 4. Elevates Troubleshooting with AI Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I find the MUSE AI suggestions extremely beneficial for diagnosing issues when troubleshooting, as they break down the issue when alerts or errors don't provide much information. The suggestions help me determine if the issue falls within Fluency or outside of it, and some even break down the information being sent to the provider via API. BluePrints are also a key feature I use regularly, as they run campaigns across multiple channels. They allow for automation across numerous accounts running the same campaign while enabling customization for specific accounts through tags.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Notifications being cleared in a more timely manner. For instance, a notification will pop up & then we'll go into the account & resolve the issue triggering the notification but the notification will still show for a week or more. You can mute them but that's not enough as the Notification is still there. It was very involved. There were a lot of discussions across a multitude of products. Fluency had more frustrations with us than we did with them. Our organization needs a lot of automated customization and there are a bunch of moving parts.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fluency to manage digital advertising and troubleshoot issues. It solves setup, efficiency, BP, API, and reporting problems. MUSE AI helps pinpoint diagnostic issues, and BluePrints automate campaigns, allowing customization across accounts.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Rebecca, thanks for sharing your positive experience with Muse AI and Blueprints! Regarding the notification delays you mentioned, our system is designed to clear those alerts immediately once an issue is resolved, so we recommend reaching out to your AE directly to investigate why these are persisting in your specific dashboard and ensure your workspace stays organized.

  ### 5. Fluency Streamlined Account Pacing and Bulk Client Launches

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mayra H. | Paid Media Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency has helped with account pacing and with launching new clients in bulk. The onboarding process and ongoing support have been essential for meeting our integration goals and getting the setup items in place so we can make the most of the products offered.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The least helpful part is that not all partner settings are integrated into Fluency. For example, with Google Ads, some product listing settings still aren’t visible in the Fluency UI.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency has been a big help with budgeting and pacing across a large volume of accounts. Using Blueprints has saved time when launching new accounts and campaigns, and it has also reduced user errors in ad copy while cutting down on QA time.

**Official Response from Trinity Yue:**

> Hi Mayra, thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us—we deeply value your input and perspective on areas where we can further improve.

It was great to hear that you enjoyed using Blueprints for bulk client launches and that our platform has been a big help with budgeting and pacing across your accounts. We're also thrilled that our onboarding and support teams have been essential in meeting your integration goals!

Thank you also for your feedback highlighting where we can continue to improve. We appreciate hearing about your experience and your thoughts regarding the visibility of Google Ads product listing settings within the Fluency UI. We’ve shared these details with our product team as we continue to refine our partner integrations, and we hope to continue to partner directly with you to address your feedback.

  ### 6. Effective Budget Management, Limited Integration

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Catie C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I use Fluency for budget management across multiple client accounts and appreciate its ability to prevent overspending, which was a major issue before using it. I like that it's easy to filter and view data, and the ability to drill down and find exactly what I need is really useful. I can easily sort by specific client or account type. Fluency provides alerts for budgets and overspends, letting me see all client data aggregated in one place, which wasn't possible with just dashboards before.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

We would like to be able to bring in all of our marketing accounts. Right now we have some advertising that Fluency does not integrate with. StackAdapt not being integrated. We had help, there seemed to be some blueprint limitations and we were hoping to use it for reporting but that has not come to fruition.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fluency to prevent overspend issues and aggregate data in one place, allowing us to view all clients and stay within budget.

  ### 7. Fluency: Easy Ad Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carrie M. | Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I really appreciate how easy Fluency is to use. The ability to manage multiple accounts in one platform is a huge time-saver, especially since I'm handling about 50 rooftops. Fluency's notifications are incredibly helpful, as they alert me when something is broken, has gone wrong, or just as reminders. I also like that Fluency allows setting future budgets which saves me time. Although I wasn't the one to set it up, it was easy to learn because of the great resources available.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Sometimes I have a hard time updating the targeting because it won't always save. I think just having it work more often than not will make it less frustrating. I wish it integrated with TikTok.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency helps me manage my ad accounts efficiently by setting future budgets to save time. It's easy to use, allows me to manage multiple accounts seamlessly, and provides helpful notifications for issues and reminders, making ad management smoother.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Carrie, thanks for taking the time to leave a review! It’s great to hear that Fluency is helping you save time and become more efficient. We hear you on your feedback and excited to share that we’ve launched a partnership to offer TikTok Automotive Ads to our clients, with full availability and additional TikTok ad types coming to the platform in the next few months. Read more about that here! https://www.fluency.inc/news/tiktok-partners-with-fluency-to-grow-its-new-automotive-ads-category

  ### 8. Fluency: Powerful Reporting with Insightful Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexis W. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I love the notifications feature in Fluency because it allows us to set up custom notifications if any of our clients are underperforming on certain benchmarks and metrics. It also alerts us when campaigns have errors or there's no spend on an account. I also love the data explorer feature, as it provides visibility per channel, per practice area, and per account owner, which is great for having diverse visibility tailored to each unique client. This helps us make informed decisions fast and optimize campaigns quicker. Once everything was set up, managing several accounts was smooth and efficient with Fluency.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Only thing with Fluency right now that I don't have access to is the frequency metric in Data Explorer and being able to track a high or low frequency, and generate a report from it.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency consolidates our client data into one platform, allowing quick access to budget visibility and custom report building, enhancing our reporting capabilities.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Fluency! We're glad to hear that the notifications feature and data explorer have been valuable for managing your accounts efficiently. If you haven't already, we encourage you to reach out to your AE about getting set up with Data Explorer.

  ### 9. Optimizes PPC with Proactive Budget Reallocations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like how Fluency helps with budget pacing and reallocations, which allows me to prevent accounts from under pacing and move budgets between platforms proactively. I enjoy using Muse AI for applying optimizations where needed and find the alerts extremely helpful for flagging high CPLs and low conversion rates. Creating CIDs without needing to set up Gmail accounts using blueprints is a big plus. I appreciate the tool’s ability to check for negative keyword conflicts, which is beneficial for client retention overall.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Targeting is the worse because it is kind of unfriendly for LSA ads. The adding keywords feature could be improved, sometimes Fluency recommends adding terms that are not related to our ads or PAs.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency prevents my accounts from under pacing, reallocates budgets proactively, applies optimizations, and flags alerts for high CPLs and low conversion rates. It also aids in checking for negative keyword conflicts and supports client retention.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear Fluency is helping with budget pacing and reallocating effectively.

We'd love to explore your use case more here! As Blueprints generate customized content, it's primary use case is for generating and maintaining account specific "new" content, so importing isn't it's typical function. If you have a solution you're trying to accomplish, maybe there's a portion of the tool better suited to your needs! Reach out to your account representative and we'll help match you with the right solution.

  ### 10. In-House Vs. 3rd Party Ad Tech

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Updates by clients in other verticals. Coming from in-house Ad-Tech designed around a specific vert, there are features/updates/etc. that might have never been considered looking at needs within a silo (more or less). There are features/updates made that likely came from outside automotive that can allow for rethinking/retooling how we approach deployment.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

We are at the mercy of Fluency's ability to adapt features/functions/working API calls to partners (and working with partner platforms in general). Basis is a good example. Support was great across both the Basis and Fluency teams, but there were obvious gaps into who owned what and which part was breaking. We couldn't launch a Basis campaign without encountering errors and at time it seemed like a back and forth problem solve about which platform was causing the error. That's not something that can be passed to a client.

Fluency isn't slow for updates and great support helps bridge gaps. These same issues exist with in-house ad tech. However, the lines of communication for in-house updates and ownership are a lot clearer in house (including timelines).

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves a ton of time on manual deployment. Open to ad-hoc projects requests which helps streamline internal operations. It also helps to have a unified platform to build internal efficiencies like onboarding, training, support, etc.

Basically, when you have teams working out of a unified platform you're able to consolidate people operations and processes a lot easier compared to having everything live in separate workflows/platforms.

  ### 11. Scalable Solution with Room to Grow

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly W. | Client Success Performance Manager | Marketing Consultant | Fractional CMO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I really like the reporting dashboard. I like the heat map that shows the impressions, costs, and clicks by time of day, which allows me to better understand which of my clients are second string considerations versus initial consideration engagement. This helps me better tailor the messaging of the individual ads.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I find the blueprints in Fluency are highly limiting when it comes to providing the boutique and specific text in copy that our clients have come to expect. The setup was also a bit challenging as we had to dedicate a large amount of time and man hours, and it was a little bumpy. It seemed like a combination of how the product was sold and how our staff understood its functionality versus our expectations.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fluency to tackle scalability issues and manage daily and monthly budgets to avoid extra spending, while maximizing campaign output and reducing learning time.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Kelly, thank you for your positive feedback about the reporting dashboard and how it helps you tailor your ad messaging. It's great to hear that Fluency is helping you with scalability and budget management. We understand your concerns blueprints, and will have your AE work with you directly to solve any issues.

  ### 12. Efficient Campaign Management with Stellar UI/UX

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krishnendu D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I find Fluency really helps with efficient campaign management and cuts down on repetitive work. I love its easy UI, which makes navigating the entire system simple with less load time. The automation feature is great as it handles repetitive tasks like budget shifts or pausing underperforming campaigns, so I'm not constantly needing to monitor them. I appreciate the clear rules for budget and performance thresholds that ensure decisions are based on clear performance benchmarks for improved consistency. Detailed data for campaign monitoring is also a major plus, providing key insights and enhancing performance monitoring. The setup was very easy, thanks to a fantastic team that helped every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Some platform limitations compared to the original ad consoles and the reporting depth are issues. Certain campaign types or features don't clearly reflect in the system. For example, the way Fluency handles individual ad placement changes compared to meta ad group level placement controls is painful.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency makes campaign management efficient by reducing repetitive work through automation. It provides key insights, performance monitoring, uses clear rules for budgeting, and ensures decision consistency with performance thresholds. The easy-to-navigate UI/UX reduces load time, simplifying campaign management.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Krishnendu, we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. It is great to hear that our automation and intuitive UI are helping you maintain consistency and reclaim time from repetitive monitoring tasks. We also appreciate your specific feedback regarding reporting depth and Meta placement controls; we are constantly working to bridge those platform-specific gaps to ensure our tools provide the same granular control you find in native consoles.

  ### 13. Streamlined Client Management, Efficient Ad Campaigns

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Swizel F. | Digital Advertising Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I really like how Fluency helps me manage a bulk of clients all in one place, which makes it much easier than doing it manually. I can set up notifications and get updates about whether budgets are being paced correctly and if there are any issues or achievements. The daily emails are super handy, as they let me know which campaigns are performing well, which ones aren't, and I even get tips on the best keywords to target. I love having the option to choose between daily or weekly emails based on my needs. The team is incredibly supportive and helpful, offering a dedicated engineer to answer any questions I might have.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The UI/UX could be made a little bit simpler for people to understand.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency helps me manage all of my clients in one place, giving me reminders and cutting down my time significantly. It keeps me updated with emails about what's working or not, and helps with pacing budgets and selecting keywords.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Swizel, thanks so much for the thoughtful review. It’s wonderful to hear that our bulk management tools and automated pacing alerts are saving you significant time while keeping your client performance on track. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the UI, and we’re hard at work making the platform more intuitive so your experience is as seamless as the support you receive from our engineering team.

  ### 14. Smooth Budget Management, But Facebook Ad Filters Need Fixing

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan D. | Senior Social Media Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Easily being able to navigate to and from multiple clients. I also like the easy of being able to see all budgets at once and easily being able to make adjustments to them.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

When I switch to the ad level and already have filtered by Facebook, I had to delete the FB filter and re-add it to see the Facebook ads. Also adding creative for carousel cards can be time consuming.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its saving a lot of time by not having to build out ads manually, it makes onboarding new clients much easier and faster.

  ### 15. AI-Driven Insights Streamline Budget Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie O. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like Fluency because the AI insights it provides across all platforms like PPC, LSA, and social media help me make decisions on where to move the budget. It gives me high-level performance all in one view, which is really convenient. The initial setup was great!

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I wish there were integrations with Hubspot and Slack so that our team can use it across other teams. Even more integrations with tools like Claude and CRMs would be great. Or maybe there are more integrations available that I'm not aware of.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fluency to ensure we move budget before the end of the month based on performance, all in one place. The AI insights give me high-level performance across platforms like PPC, LSA, and social media, helping me decide where to move the budget.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Stephanie, thanks for leaving a review! Glad you're getting value out of Fluency and it's saving you time, especially with budgeting. Just wanted to make sure you saw Fluency has two CRM systems integrations, HubSpot and Salesforce. If you need help getting this set up, please let your AE know. More on integrations here: https://www.fluency.inc/partners-integrations

  ### 16. Fluency: The Ultimate Tool for Streamlined Budget Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas J. | AccountyManager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The thing that I love most about Fluency is its ability to pull all of the major metrics into one platform. I can see all of the major metrics like cost per lead, cost per conversion, the budgets, how much we've spent, and how much we're currently spending all in one place. It's kind of like a multi-tool, so I don't have to keep multiple tabs open on different websites and ad managers; all my data is in one spot.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I have not found anything that I don't like yet!

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fluency to manage client budgets with its pacing feature, adjusting budgets throughout the month as needed. It consolidates key metrics like cost per lead and ad spend, eliminating the need for multiple tabs and tools.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Hi Thomas, thanks you for the kind words—we're glad Fluency’s pacing tools are helping keep your clients happy

  ### 17. Streamlined Platform Experience with Amazing Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tymothé P. | Performance Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

the experience on the platform is really streamline and the support is really amazing !

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The fact that the blueprint is fully customizable is really great, but I feel like it’s hard to be autonomous afterward, since we can’t get a step-by-step guide unless we’re already very experienced with the platform. Maybe having a simplified, standard option would be helpful, and then a more complex version for specialists afterward?

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of campaigns to take care of, with many parameters to consider, and they handle it all.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Thank you for your positive feedback about the streamlined platform experience and amazing support! We understand your concern about autonomy, we appreciate your input on how we can enhance the experience. We are launching more in-depth training on Blueprints soon on Fluency Academy, so that could be beneficial too!

  ### 18. Comprehensive Campaign Management, Needs Visual Upgrade

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I appreciate how Fluency brings all the data and relevant KPIs into one platform, making it easier to track my client's digital advertising campaigns. I enjoy how it has everything all in one place, like the campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and creative, which really saves me time when gathering data to compare or create presentations. The initial setup was very easy, which was a pleasant experience.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I think it could be visually more appealing, or more client facing. I think the overall layout could be improved. Maybe a "presentation mode" that creates a dashboard that we could use in sharing with clients.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency consolidates all the data and KPIs I need, saving me time when gathering data to compare or create presentations.

**Official Response from Trinity Yue:**

> Hi Nick, thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with Fluency—we genuinely love hearing from our users and your feedback means a lot to us. It's great to know that having your campaign data, KPIs, and creative all in one place has been a real time-saver, especially when pulling together client presentations. ### 19. User-Friendly with Excellent Geo Targeting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammed S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I use Fluency to facilitate the process in the activation of social and programmatic campaigns. I appreciate that it allows for better geo targeting to segment consumers and direct them to the dealer they're closest to. The interface is very neat and user-friendly, and the menus allow me to avoid unnecessary manipulation on the app. Although the initial setup was quite complicated, I found that the trainings made it easy to grasp the concepts.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Little to no creative software. It would be great if we could make creatives directly in the platform. Initial setup was quite complicated.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fluency to facilitate the activation of social and programmatic campaigns with better geo-targeting, which segments consumers and directs them to their nearest dealer.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> We're happy to hear that you are benefiting from Fluency's user-friendly interface and excellent geo-targeting capabilities. We appreciate your feedback about the initial setup complexity. We are continuously working to enhance Fluency and will take your comments into account for future developments.

  ### 20. Lots of Valuable Tools, But It Is a Lift to Set Up for a Large Agency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like that Fluency puts all of our accounts and any concerns in one place. Pause/Enable is really helpful, and the custom notifications are huge for making sure we're flagging the things that matter to us. Fluency lets us build campaigns via template, take actions en masse across many or all accounts, and custom notifications warn us about issues quickly. It also allows us to stay compliant with strict OEM requirements and take sweeping actions that would be very time-consuming if done manually on Meta.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There's an ongoing bug where we can't add Instagram profiles. There also has been inconsistent levels of customer support. It was difficult. There was a learning curve, and our sheer volume of accounts made it a huge lift.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency lets us build campaigns via template, take mass actions, and stay compliant with OEM requirements. It centralizes accounts, provides custom notifications, and simplifies reporting, saving time on manual tasks.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi there, thank you for the detailed review... It's great to hear that Fluency is saving you time and helping you navigate those strict OEM compliance requirements on Meta. I also want to sincerely thank you for your candor regarding the challenges you’ve faced. We know that onboarding a high volume of accounts is a significant lift, and we’re sorry to hear that the learning curve and support experience haven’t always been seamless. We are actively working to make our support levels more consistent as we scale. Regarding the Instagram profile bug, I’d like to make sure we have this prioritized correctly for your account. Could you please reach out to your AE? We want to ensure that’s resolved so you can get back to full efficiency.

  ### 21. Streamlined Campaign Management and Budget Control

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parth P. | Social Advertising Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I really like that Fluency is just clean and very accessible; it's easy to read what's going on. It's integrated into our Salesforce budget, so I know I won't overspend. I also love that I can see how multiple accounts are performing by looking at just one summary page. It’s accessible because it’s not as siloed like Facebook Business Manager is set up. We can utilize Fluency AI to answer questions, and we have access to our dedicated Fluency support team. And it's easier to see all ad accounts in one place instead of searching through Facebook.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Very specifically when I'm looking at last month's budget on an ad account, the rows sometimes shuffle, so I'll have to sort by the spend column to see which campaigns I want to see. It will otherwise show me turned off and archived campaigns from years ago that I don't need to see. Another suggestion would be more recommendations based on ad performance, like 'this ad copy is not working for you, let's try something new.'

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fluency to manage campaigns efficiently, oversee budgets across multiple ad accounts, accept optimization suggestions, and easily access all ad accounts in one place. It integrates with Salesforce, helping avoid overspending and simplifies visibility of account performance compared to Facebook Business Manager.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Parth, thanks for taking the time to write a thoughtful review - it's great to hear Fluency is helping you manage your accounts with confidence and clarity! Regarding the shuffling rows, we would love to know if you’re seeing this in the Manage view or Data Explorer so we can look into a fix; in the meantime, while our performance recommendations are currently metric-based rather than copy-specific, we suggest setting up custom notifications to alert you the moment specific performance thresholds are hit so you can proactively test new creative. Thanks again!

  ### 22. Streamlined Media Management with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan G.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I appreciate managing paid media across multiple accounts and locations at a much more streamlined pace with Fluency. It saves our ad team time since we don't have to navigate to each individual account to spot metrics or get an idea of benchmarks. Fluency helps with budget pacing issues and makes it easy to launch campaigns and replicate successful ones using blueprints. The onboarding process was smooth as the team didn't rush us and took the time to explain features and fit them into our workflows. It feels like having a partner rather than just a platform. I find the reporting tools really valuable since they make it easy to see where campaigns stand and focus on important metrics. The setup was very easy!

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I'm not quite sure what could be improved, but maybe having a cheat sheet that's easy to reference outside of their academy could be helpful. Also, we use WhatConverts to track customer journeys from campaigns, but the two don't connect.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency streamlines managing paid media by saving us time navigating accounts, solving budget pacing issues, speeding up launches, and easily replicating successful campaigns.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Megan, thank you for your thorough and thoughtful review! It’s wonderful to hear that Blueprints and Budgeting have made your team more efficient and feel like a true partnership. For a quick-reference 'cheat sheet' to help with your workflows, we encourage you to explore the Fluency Help Center (if you haven't already) which is packed with searchable, step-by-step guides designed for exactly that purpose. Thanks again!

  ### 23. Efficient Budget Management, Needs Better Ad Copy Features

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim D.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I personally really like the budget pacing and ease of assigning shared budgets or editing budgets between multiple platforms. I can edit multiple platform strategies in one place, making it quick and easy to update the budgets and assign specific budgets to campaigns based on the strategy. The support provided from Fluency's team has always been great and really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I don't love the ad copy features. There are quite a few limitations and it's time-consuming when you have more than one broadcast to add for a single campaign. If you add a broadcast, you can only do one headline or one description. It's frustrating and the feature glitches a lot. You will filter for a specific model and when you go to review, it pulls other models and you have to refresh a lot.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency solves budget management issues and automates daily tasks. I can quickly update and assign campaign budgets across platforms, which simplifies adjustments and strategy execution.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Kim, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We deeply value your perspective on where we can improve. Good news is we have a broadcast enhancement ticket in the queue ready for engineering to ensure we're continuing to make the broadcast experience better. Once that's officially released, we would appreciate it if you took the time to update your review if your experience improves. Thanks again!

  ### 24. Fluency Streamlines Multi-Dealership Paid Search with Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsey B. | Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency is particularly strong for managing paid search at scale across multiple dealerships. The platform does a good job automating structure, bidding, and OEM-specific requirements, which saves a significant amount of time compared to building and managing campaigns manually. For automotive advertisers, the inventory-driven approach and alignment with dealer websites and feeds is very valuable. It allows teams to focus more on strategy and optimization rather than repetitive setup work.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Some parts of the platform can feel a bit less flexible when deeper customization is required, particularly for more nuanced strategies or unique market conditions. The reporting is generally solid, but at times it still takes extra exports or some manual analysis to get the exact views and details stakeholders are looking for. There’s also a learning curve for new users, given the number of features and workflows to navigate.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency addresses the challenge of efficiently managing paid search across a large number of automotive accounts while still maintaining consistency and compliance. It streamlines campaign creation, budgeting, and optimization, reducing errors and helping ensure budgets are fully utilized. As a result, operations are more scalable, pacing control is stronger, and overall efficiency has improved for both agency teams and dealer clients.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Lindsey, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! We're happy to hear Fluency addresses the challenge of efficiently managing paid search across a large number of automotive accounts while still maintaining consistency and compliance. We also appreciate your feedback on reporting flexibility and the learning curve, as we are actively working to improve our platform and simplify the onboarding experience (and growing our Fluency Academy cert program!)

  ### 25. Efficient Google Ads Management with Fluency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casey V.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like that Fluency does the pacing automatically, which is a big time saver for me. Coming from a position where I was doing it manually, this feature frees up time for me to do other things within certain accounts, so I’m not bogged down by mundane manual tasks. It's really helpful as a pacing tool, providing one dashboard to compare and contrast metrics across multiple accounts.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Some of the filter views are a little bit difficult and take some getting used to. Additionally, initially setting up Fluency is tough, as there are always hurdles with a new platform, including learning how things work, where things are located, and organizing new spreadsheets.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fluency as a pacing tool for Google Ads, which provides one dashboard for multiple accounts and metrics comparison. It saves time by automating tasks I used to do manually, freeing me to focus on more important activities.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Casey, thank you for taking the time to leave a review! While we're glad to hear our automated pacing is saving you significant time and providing a clear view across your accounts, we appreciate your honest feedback on the initial setup and filter views as we work to make our platform even more intuitive for new user. Fluency Academy works to eliminate some of the headaches around learning how things work, where things are located, etc.

  ### 26. Fluency: Bulk Management Made Effortless Despite Occasional Integration Glitches

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jacob l. | ppc speciaist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like how Fluency allows me to make bulk edits across accounts, which makes managing multiple accounts a lot easier. The ability to preplan and set things like ad copies and budgets for next month saves time and effort. Having the broadcast tool to automate these actions is particularly useful. I also appreciate the settings replicator tool, which lets me replicate settings across campaigns for different elements like locations, saving me a lot of time. This preplanned stuff really simplifies my work, especially given the nature of the advertising industry.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Sometimes Fluency makes errors when communicating with Google Ads and pushes through incorrect edits. This can be a big problem if it goes unchecked. It's not a major issue, but when it happens, it's quite a problem.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency lets me manage more accounts by providing aggregated views and bulk management, which is crucial for handling multiple accounts. I like the bulk edit feature and the settings replicator, which make planning and campaign management easier and save time.

**Official Response from Mike Lane:**

> Hi Jacob, thank you for your feedback! We’re so glad to hear that Fluency is helping you manage your workload more efficiently. Thank you for also sharing your concerns about occasional glitches, I'll be sure to share this directly with the team so we can continue to optimize the user experience. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts—we’re excited to keep supporting your success in managing account loads!

  ### 27. Streamlines Campaign Management with Robust Templates

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole W.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like Fluency because it helps make the process of building paid search campaigns manually in Google a lot easier. I also enjoy how we can just manage them, and it paces for us, showing if there is an issue like if it's pacing behind or if URLs aren't working. The templates built into Fluency are valuable, allowing us to upload the website URL, which helps in creating ad groups and ads way easier than doing it manually with ad copy. This is especially beneficial for managing multiple clients and getting campaigns up quickly. I also think Fluency has better templates compared to Hoot and doesn't randomly pause ads like Hoot does.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Sometimes it doesn't alert us when a URL is disapproved directly in Google for policy or destination URLs, so we have to manually fix it or put in a Fluency support ticket. Sometimes there are technical issues where URLs aren't directing to the correct website pages, and if we can't implement a tag, we'll have to contact Fluency support, which sometimes takes days to get an answer. Also, there's a bit of a learning curve just because it's a new platform, but it's not too bad.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency simplifies building paid search campaigns for multiple clients by providing templates that make it easier than manual setup, especially with ad copy. It helps manage campaigns, pace them appropriately, and identify issues like pacing or URL errors. This accelerates launching campaigns.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Nicole, thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us, it's great to hear that Fluency is making campaign management more efficient for you and your team. We also deeply value your input and perspective on areas where we can further improve, if you haven't already please escalate your concerns on support response times to your AE. Also regarding the learning curve, not sure if you went through Fluency Academy, but it has been a huge asset in eliminating any stress around ramping up with the platform.

  ### 28. Saves Time with Easy UI/UX and Seamless Multi-Platform Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adnan J. | Senior Paid Search Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Saving significant amounts of time, multi platform integration and easy to use Ui/UX. Helps view performance targets across multiple clients all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There isn’t too much to complain about on this front. One area that could be improved, though, is having more in-depth video tutorials.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency has saved significant time for me and my team members. We can make bulk edits in real time, and refining our strategies is easier than ever.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Adnan, glad to hear that Fluency’s multi-platform integration and bulk editing capabilities are saving your team significant time while providing a clear view of performance across all your clients. We also appreciate your suggestion for more in-depth video tutorials, as we are always looking for ways to expand our resources and ensure our users can fully master every aspect of the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts!

  ### 29. Great Team!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pauline K. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The support team is always around — you never feel alone. They answer all questions and concerns promptly. As for ease of use, there’s definitely an adjustment period, but they offer great tools and resources to help you get started.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I would have appreciated a bit more structured guidance — for example, instead of just asking ‘What do you need from us?’, it would have been helpful to hear ‘Here’s what we have, here’s what we typically recommend, and here’s how we can adapt it for you.’ We felt we needed a bit more direct advice on best practices and typical setups. The implementation required a few meetings.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping us get a clear overview of all our accounts and keeps us notified of any changes or alerts, with different levels of urgency. This makes it much easier to stay on top of everything and respond quickly when needed.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Pauline, thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. Glad to hear Fluency is helping you stay on top of your workflows and priorities! Regarding your feedback around guidance, would encourage you to provide that sentiment to your AE - I know our team is always looking to go the extra mile for our partners and can provide direct advice and best practices if that's your preferred way of operating!

  ### 30. Streamlined Campaigns with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyndal S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like the people, the logic, and the blueprints in Fluency. Josh, our point of contact, is really nice, understanding, and helpful. The logic of tags is very straightforward, which I appreciate. The blueprints really make my role easier and save me a lot of time when running the same campaigns repeatedly.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The way meta is built within specific accounts is so glitchy and has many problems. It's not very clear what the issue is. We get random ads errors for real meta reasons, but there's no way of knowing the real reason. I also feel like Fluency should not let you do things that Meta won't accept. The initial setup was confusing, but the team was helpful.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency helps me save time on repetitive campaigns. I appreciate the straightforward logic of tags and the blueprints that make my role easier.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Kyndal, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. So glad Josh has been so supportive and that Blueprints is making your role easier! We hear your feedback on what could be better and I shared this feedback directly with our team to see how we can improve this experience for you!

  ### 31. Efficient Budget Management, Some Troubling Errors

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I think the budget management is very helpful. It allows our internal budget systems to sync directly, reducing the area for human error. Because it's connected directly into our internal budget systems, it provides an opportunity to circumvent human error when applying those budgets. Additionally, it allows the information to go directly from system to system, which circumvents a lot of issues.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

We run into errors a lot. Oftentimes, they are brand new to us. Errors that have not been mentioned to us before. We have to do a lot, a lot, a lot of troubleshooting things that we would not typically run into if we were working directly in Meta.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency keeps everything in one place to track data and provides immediate control over budget management. It syncs directly with our internal budget systems, reducing human error and streamlining processes.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Nicole, thank you for sharing such detailed feedback; we're glad to hear that the direct sync with your internal budget systems is successfully reducing human error and streamlining your operations. While we aim for a seamless experience, the error messages you're seeing are direct pass-throughs from Meta's API, which can unfortunately differ from the alerts found within their native platform. Please know we empathize with the frustration this troubleshooting causes, and we are actively dedicating more engineering resources specifically to our Meta integration to improve error clarity and smooth out these platform-specific hurdles.

  ### 32. Easy Downloads and Custom Reports for Daily Pacing Checks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikki I. | Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I check the pacing every day. It is easy to download. I build my own report to show only the accounts I am responsible for.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Our account spends search only Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, only when their offices are open. It is tough to spend the full budget due to what appears the system isn't designed for this type of campaign.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I check the pacing daily. It is nice to work with the campaign manager on what needs to be tweaked in order to spend their entire campaign amount. Love the individual pacing option. And how you can combine campaigns for better spend.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Nikki, thanks for taking the time to leave the review! Glad to hear Fluency is helping to solve your pacing challenges. Regarding your feedback, please note our budget management is designed to catch up on underspend by the end of the month and we have other features that can also help with underspend. Such as, underspend mitigation, target % spend, fast recovery, etc. This should help solve for those specific campaign issues. Feel free to discuss further with your AE!

  ### 33. Great Automation for Teams, But Pacing Settings Need Improvement

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isaac N. | Associate Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The automation is great when covering for employees that our out of office. It's nice knowing the pacing is set up in that way. I also like how you can group campaigns together.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The pacing settings are difficult. Google does daily pacing, I wish Fluency would allow daily pacing settings. I think the platform creates a lot more work to keep everything smooth, and errors can go on longer without being detected due to the automation.
I think Fluency would also be more helpful for large scale accounts with analysts making changes in platform. I have a bunch of small accounts and I run the campaigns currently without an analyst under me, it is easier for me to just manage in Google Ads. So that part might be a me problem haha!

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None, my boss made us upload our accounts. The only two things I can truly think is a benefit is 1.) automation when someone is gone for a week on vacation 2.) if you have a huge account where having everything just run automated is good enough. Outside of that, I think it's easier to do things in Google Ads.

  ### 34. Robust Marketing Asset with Scalable Solutions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohit P.

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I really appreciate Fluency for its robust ecosystem tools specifically designed for marketing agencies. These tools, along with its blueprint, which I find to be a game changer, make launching and maintaining over 100 campaigns significantly quicker, essentially in minutes. The automation aspect greatly reduces the chance of human error. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy for me since my team was already using it.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I think the learning curve can be made easier. Plus, it is such a robust system. If material related to it were easier to understand and SOPs were clearer, then boom, it would be a product with no chinks in its armor.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency handles our scalability challenges, automates processes to reduce human error, and speeds up launching and maintaining over 100 campaigns in minutes.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Mohit, thanks for leaving a review! Glad to hear Fluency is solving for your scalability challenges! Thanks for your feedback about the learning curve as well - want to make sure you have two of our greatest resources for minimizing the impact of that curve: Fluency Academy (https://help.fluency.inc/en/articles/10592377-fluency-academy-quick-start-guide) and The Fluency Help Center (https://help.fluency.inc/en/) in case you don't have them at the ready. Thanks again!

  ### 35. Effortlessly Manages Marketing Budgets with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leah B.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I love Fluency because it's super easy to use and makes managing client marketing budgets a breeze. It saves tons of time when presenting info to the client by showing all campaigns in one area with the main KPIs. I love the awesome customer support and the time it saves with tedious tasks. It's easy to show the clients all the data, like spend, cost, and conversions, in one area, making it less overwhelming. The setup was super easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

No cons at this point, its super helpful with clients and reporting

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fluency to manage clients' marketing budgets efficiently. It saves me tons of time when presenting information by consolidating all campaign data in one area, displaying main KPIs, and making presentations less overwhelming for clients.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Leah, we appreciate your review! We're happy to hear Fluency is saving you time, streamlining budget management, and making presentations less stressful for clients. Thanks again for taking the time to share about your positive experience!

  ### 36. Fluency is a lifesaver when it comes to making your social campaigns stay on track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elena P. | Billing and Accounts Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

Fluency makes sure all campaigns follow their pacing strategies and they don't overspend on all social platforms. It is very easy to use and I simply love the ability to generate a custom budget proposal for clients. You can go in to the platform, input your suggested budget increases and it will allow you to download a PDF that you can send to clients for review. Then when the client approves, we can go back into the platform and publish the changes, as they’ll be already inputted and ready to go.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I like everything but if I have to note one thing is that I would like to be able to manage TikTok campaigns through Fluency sometime in the future.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since we moved to Fluency we haven't had any campaign overspend. It has helped us tremendously with budget and pacing

  ### 37. Efficient, User-Friendly, Yet Needs Prompt Support

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like the ease of use of Fluency and the ability to access content fairly fast. The removal of manual work also stands out, as it lets my team scale much faster than using traditional software.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I think Fluency could improve by providing enhancements on a quarterly basis and having someone available quickly to fix problems or issues.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fluency for centralizing and improving process efficiency in digital advertising, delivering ease of use, fast content access, reducing manual work, and letting the team scale quicker than traditional software.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Jose, thank you so much for your feedback! Glad to hear that our automation is helping your team eliminate manual tasks and scale your digital advertising efforts more efficiently. We also appreciate your input regarding update frequency and support speed, and we are committed to refining our processes to ensure you have the timely enhancements and assistance you need.

  ### 38. Powerful Automation That Replaced Our Manual Work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah C. | Vice President, Media Planning and Account Strategy, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The automation for my team that was once done manually

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

It is a bit technical and not as user friendly as I'd like it to be

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automatic pacing, automatic notifications across our dig ad accounts for improvement opportunities, and building blueprints where we can easily launch campaigns and net new accounts

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Sarah, we're glad to hear that our automation features have been beneficial for your team! Thanks for sharing your feedback.

  ### 39. All Key Client Metrics in One Screen

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I love that I can keep an eye on my clients’ most vital metrics all on one screen. Ad spend, conversions, budget, and a bunch more are right where I need them.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

So far, using templates has been challenging because they don’t fit well with how our campaigns are set up.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me time by giving me clear, searchable views of the key metrics I need. It also helps me keep an eye on performance across multiple clients much more easily than before.

**Official Response from Trinity Yue:**

> Hi there, thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us—we deeply value your input and perspective on areas where we can further improve. It’s great to hear Fluency is saving you time by giving you all your clients’ vital metrics on one screen with clear, searchable views. Thank you also for flagging that templates don’t fit well with how your campaigns are set up.We hope to continue to partner directly with you to address your feedback—please reach out to your AE so we can learn more about your use case and explore solutions.

  ### 40. Partnership and Performance: Fluency Elevates Campaign Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Boyd H.

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I love the tool itself. It does everything we need and more, and we've only scratched the surface. But what I love more is the partnership we have with our Fluency team. They've been amazing in helping us understand our challenges and come up with solutions for those challenges.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I can't think of anything I dislike about the tool. I think it's more about what features and tools we need to prioritize and understanding how those features and tools can benefit our business. The tool itself is amazing and almost perfect in every way. But there's a lot of ability to customize, and we've only scratched the surface.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Fluency to automate budget pacing, improve campaign performance, and scale tens of thousands of campaigns on Google Ads, Basis, and Meta.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Boyd, thanks for your thoughtful review! Glad to hear Fluency is making a difference and you've found value in our partnership (I know the feeling is mutual and our team agrees!)

  ### 41. All Our Accounts in One Dashboard—Mass Changes Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like having all of my accounts in a dashboard with the metrics that we use to determine success. Fluency allows our team to make mass changes since we manage large volumes of accounts in the same industry & use customized ad scheduling.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Since my campaigns use ad schedules & don't run 24/7, the pacing in the account dashboard is not correct and we're unable to add the adjusted pacing to the account dashboard (which is correct & calculated based on what days the accounts run)

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to see at a glance which accounts I need to take a deep dive into and quickly see priority metrics. This saves time going into the publisher all the time and focus my time more efficiently

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We're thrilled to hear that Fluency is helping you manage your accounts more efficiently and make mass changes easily. We understand the importance of accurate pacing in your campaigns and we appreciate your insight on this matter. Our team is constantly working on improving our platform, and we will definitely take your feedback into consideration for future updates. If you have any further suggestions or need assistance with anything else, please feel free to reach out to us. We're here to help and ensure you have a seamless experience with Fluency.

  ### 42. Streamlines Facebook Ad Management with Key Improvements Needed

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elena M.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like that Fluency puts all my accounts and campaigns in one place, which is super helpful for managing them efficiently. I find it really helpful to make budget changes easily, especially since these changes link to other platforms. I also appreciate the Blueprints feature that aligns with compliance, ensuring our ads will be approved. Plus, the notifications are useful for identifying problems early on.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There are often errors that arise without reason. Or something will not spend without an error. Sometimes issues are not identified.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency manages all my Facebook ad accounts and campaigns in one place, allowing bulk edits and easy budget changes linked to platforms. It provides compliance-aligned Blueprints for ad approval and notifications to identify problems.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Elena, it’s awesome to see Fluency is helping you stay on top of your campaigns and budgets in one place. We’re particularly glad the Blueprints are giving you that extra layer of compliance security.

We’re sorry to hear that some errors have been difficult to track down lately. We want the platform to be as "set and forget" as possible, so hearing about spend issues without notifications is very helpful for our product team. We’d love to take a closer look at those accounts with you to see if we can improve our alerting for those specific scenarios.

  ### 43. Fluency Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabby B. | Social Media Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I love how its very easy to use and makes having a large number of accounts easy to manage

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I feel like I wish there was a little more ai integration to simplify ad build out

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having to build out ads each month

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Gabby, thanks for leaving a review! Happy to hear you find Fluency easy to use and an asset in streamlining account management. We're always looking to grow our solution, so we appreciate the feedback as well. Stay tuned for future updates!

  ### 44. Effortless Cross-Platform Ad Data Viewing with Simple Filters

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angelina D. | Data Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

What I appreciate about Fluency is that it allows you to view your ad data across different platforms. You simply need to use the filter to select the platform you want to see.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

In my experience, there is no option to bulk download the keyword report when it covers multiple campaigns. As a result, I have to export the keyword report for each campaign individually and then manually combine them, which is quite time-consuming. Additionally, there is no product report feature similar to what Google Ads offers. We are still encountering challenges with the Ad review process. I hope these aspects will be improved so that the platform can offer features more in line with what is already available elsewhere.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have access to historical data, which allows us to review past information as needed.

  ### 45. Fluency is very useful & efficiency

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like how convenient it is for managing my budget spend. I appreciate the efficiency of Customer Support. You can search up your query to see if it has been answered before. The implementation problem was smooth and easy to maneuver. Fluency is a part of the daily use, it is a software that is a part of my daily process. It has been comfortably integrated in my daily routine.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

The downside of fluency is the bulk manage options. I would like to be able to make easier bulk changes to ads

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

under & no spend. It helps it tracking campaigns that aren't spending.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi there, thanks for your review! We're happy hear that Fluency has become a seamless part of your daily routine and is helping you stay on top of budget management. Could you please elaborate on the specific bulk editing features or workflows you find most frustrating so we can work on improving that experience for you? Thanks again!

  ### 46. An Integral HTML5 Ad QA Environment for Our Workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob S. | Web Developer II, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The ad QA environment is an integral part of our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

There are a few bugs in the QA environment. I emailed about them last week. Preview Account data fails to load consistently. Reload Table button resets the query. Unable to open query results in new window, so we are forced to go 'back' to select additional results, however, going 'back' also resets the query.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to QA HTML5 ads. The testing environment aligns well with realtime user experience.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Jacob, thanks for taking the time to leave a review! We appreciate your feedback and are glad our ad QA environment is such an integral part of your workflow! Our support team is currently investigating the bugs you reported last week, including the loading and query reset issues, to ensure our environment remains a reliable space for your HTML5 ad testing.

  ### 47. Easy to use, once you get used to it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chap A. | Jr. Performance Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I like being able to see all my accounts in one place; being able to check performance, pacing, etc. The customizable dashboards, and notifications are really helpful too. Support is top-notch too.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Its a little tricky to get the hang of navigation, at first, but with a bit of use it becomes second nature.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having to constantly check, re-check, tweak, and optimize accounts and campaigns at scale. Bringing all my accounts, across multiple platforms, into one hime has been a gamechanger.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Chap, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Great to hear bringing all your accounts into one 'home' has been such a game-changer for your scaling efforts and that you’ve had a top-notch experience with our support team! While there can be a slight learning curve, we’re glad the navigation has become second nature and are always here to help if you ever need a quick refresher.

  ### 48. Errors, Weak Support, and Unannounced UI Changes Hurt the Experience

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew R. | Digital Onboarding Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The best part about fluency is having all your campaigns budgets easily in one place and blueprints.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

Lots of errors and our support has been lacking recently compared to back when Peter was our rep. Changes are also made to the interface without a heads up/our input. Many times, these changes are a negative experience such as not being able to replicate geos from traditional ppc campaigns to pmax campaigns.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency's main benefit is blueprints for our on program OEM clients.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Andrew, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. I escalated your concerns to the team - please note we try to have popups in the UI for various changes and we have in the past few months released a "What's New" section in the Help Center (https://help.fluency.inc/en/collections/8973890-what-s-new). We'll also be sure to proactively communicate larger changes. If there's anything else we can do to improve your experience using the platform, please let us know.

  ### 49. Customizable Ad Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

I appreciate Fluency's advanced management features and their customizability, which helps us tailor our work to client-specific needs. The onboarding process was very easy, which was great for our team.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

They could work on improving their UI notifications. They could increase the visibility and descriptiveness of the notifications that the UI provides for actions.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluency helps us maintain high quality management at scale. Its advanced management features and customizability allow us to tailor our work to client-specific needs.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Sam, we are glad to hear that you appreciate our advanced management features and customizability, as well as the ease of the onboarding process. We will take your feedback about UI notifications into consideration for future improvements. Thank you for sharing your experience with us!

  ### 50. Supportive Team, Easy-to-Use Product with Valuable Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin W. | Director of Digital, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluency?**

The team has been very supportive, and the product is easy to use. I really appreciate the insights it provides.

**What do you dislike about Fluency?**

I’d like to see more integrations with other DSPs. We work with several that aren’t part of Fluency yet, and that creates some duplicative workflow.

**What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping us scale and onboard more clients without adding headcount. It also provides strong campaign insights, so I can quickly see, at a high level, what’s happening across all of my customers.

**Official Response from Sierra Calabresi:**

> Hi Kevin, thanks for sharing your feedback! Glad you've found Fluency easy to use and that our team has been a good partner. In regards to DSPs, feel free to share which ones are missing specifically - we're continuing to grow our platform and integrations. Thanks!
