What do you like best about Feefo?

The ease of implementation combined with the ongoing support. Most platforms sign you up and then disappear, but Feefo feels genuinely partnered. Our account manager David Darby has been consistently hands-on in the 4 years since we launched on the platform - with regular check-ins and practical guidance that’s helped us embed reviews properly across the business rather than treating it as a bolt-on.

From a systems point of view, Feefo integrates cleanly into our customer journey and operational workflows, giving us structured feedback at scale without adding admin. What do you dislike about Feefo?

Honestly, there’s nothing standout negative. Like any platform, there are always areas you’d refine over time, but nothing that’s materially impacted our experience or adoption. Compared to many tools in this space, Feefo has been refreshingly straightforward to roll out and maintain.

If anything, the biggest challenge is internal rather than platform-led - making sure teams consistently act on feedback, which is more about change management than the software itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Feefo?

Feefo has been a great partner of ours for over over five years. We've had a great relationship with our account manager for a long time, which is rare these days with software companies. They have responsive support, are frequently updating the service with new enhancements, and provide everything our small business needs as a review aggregator at a good price. We use the product every day and it's always been very stable and reliable. Any technical issues we've experience over the years were resolved by feefo quickly. What do you dislike about Feefo?

Some new features they implement, which I think should be included in our subscription for free, are behind a pay wall.

Our Feefo business reviews page displays on Google searches lower than some of their competitors. Meaning potential customers searching for business reviews about our company will see another reviews company show first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
