**What do you like best about Fresh Relevance?**

The ability to show customers relevant products in real time has been really useful and it's really easy to add content into email builds. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. The support from Fresh Relevance has always been great, the support team work to fix any issues promptly and the organisation as a whole is helpful with training, upskilling and troubleshooting.

I haven't experienced any downsides to using Fresh Relevance

**What problems is Fresh Relevance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to show customers products that they want to see in a way that is much more personalised than what we could achieve with email alone. We can target emails based on specific categories, but only with Fresh Relevance can we show customer products in that category that match colours that they like to buy or products similar to what they have purchased in the past. And the fact that the product is shown live based on current website stock means that we don't have to worry about customers clicking through and then being disappointed if a product is out of stock.

**What do you like best about Fresh Relevance?**

We've worked with Fresh Relevance for just shy of 5 years now and we're delighted with the product. There personalisation options are endless both on and off site. Browser & basket abandonment email performance since using Fresh Relevance have strongly become our best converting acquisition channels for the business thanks to the tools within the Fresh Relevance platform, and its seamless integration with our ESP DotDigital makes things so much easier too!

The technical support team at Fresh Relevance are second to none, always willing to help with any issues you may have with very quick turn around times. Through multiple site re launches over the years the team have always been on hand before, during and after site launches to make sure the integration with the platform worked the same, if not better.

Looking forward to what the next few years brings with our partnership.

**What do you dislike about Fresh Relevance?**

You have to come into Fresh Relevance with a good to decent knowledge of HTML/CSS/Jinja to use the product to its full potential from the off, as the templates avaibale can sometimes be a little limited and not quite what your  business may need from their library.  That being said once you have templates completed its then relativly straight forward to use and again the support team are always on hand to help with any issues.

1. Capturing email signups through strategically placed popovers with the use of dynamic messaging for better engagement, to increase our marketing database. 
2. Showing relevant products and promotions to customers based on their past behaviour across our websites, to increase website conversion to lead and booking.
3. Re engaging with customers who have left the website through browser and basket abandonment emails to bring in addition leads and bookings.

Fresh Relevance offers a whole host of options to improve customer experience and boost comerce accross multiple channels. Incredibly easy to use and intuative platform with great guidance and support when it comes to the more complicated implementations.

We have experienced some delays while using the profesional services team to create content for us. We have always been happy with the results but ideally would like to see this team expanded to better cope with demand.

Fresh Relevance helps to to create a more bespoke cross channel e-commerce experience for our clients so we can not only meet their needs but with the help of their built in AI options anticipate them.

**What do you like best about Fresh Relevance?**

Fresh Relevance has been a game changer for us. When we started our journey with them 3 years ago, our conversion was low, due to trying to serve all customers with a universal experience and serving none of them well as a result.
FR has enabled us to continuously evolve our experiences to become increasingly personalised. We have more than doubled our conversion rate as a result.
The Fresh team are amazing, they couldn't have been more helpful.

Not a criticism of Fresh Relevance itself, but personalisation doesn't happen by magic. It takes time to imagine and build the different experiences that we want to serve different customers.
But if you're willing to invest that time and effort, the rewards are huge,

The biggest problem we had prior to Fresh Relevance was low conversion. By serving different experiences to different users based on their needs, we have doubled our conversion rate.

**What do you like best about Fresh Relevance?**

Having used Fresh Relevance at a previous company when we started having conversations about personalisation internally, I recommended Fresh Relevance. We are only just scratching the service with the capabilities of the platform but already we see a 32% increase in revenue on campaign emails versus not using Fresh Relevance. I look forward to seeing what else we can do with the platform in the coming months.

The platform is further complemented by a great account manager, helpful customer service team and regular webinars.

It can be quite a daunting task getting set-up and there's so many things you can do but that being said, the team are really helpful in helping you do so and they've spent a lot of time putting together great resources too.

We are able to fully personlise campaigns and flows to deliver personalised content to the user. Our best sellers can change quickly depending on the weather and other factors too so it really helps that it's generated at the point of opening.

**What do you like best about Fresh Relevance?**

The flexibility of Fresh Relevance to inject and modify content on the site according to simple business and marketing rules. Whilst there are expensive and complicated CDP/CXPs on the market, Fresh Relevance accomplishes all of our needs with very little complicated setup or development required, and their support team are excellent in supporting us to make the most of the platform - it's rare you come across a SAS provider who want you to push the envelope of the product - but not only do they support it, but Fresh have actively encouraged us.

**What do you dislike about Fresh Relevance?**

We've found (as a high volume retailer) that historically, during peak demands Fresh Relevance has sometimes struggled to scale with needs. I understand these issues are largely resolved today, but it's something to flag.

**What problems is Fresh Relevance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to apply rules-based marketing content and product recommendations to our website. Our developers researched this issue and gave us a significant estimate for time to build and optimise with a clunky user interface. Fresh Relevance gave us this out of the box, and it means the developers can work on more complicated problems whilst we can trust that changing marketing assets, optimisation of product recommendations and social proofing are all covered by Fresh Relevance.

The system and terminology can be a bit clunky. Sometimes difficult to get your head around it. But their recent upgrades have been very welcome.

The team are friendly, helpful and always available to answer questions. They have been incredibly supportive as we've experienced changes within our team and work process. The platform is easy to navigate and has many tools and webinars available to help gain confidence across the platform.

So far, the only thing I can complain about is how extensive the service is! There are so many different areas and options that I don't feel like I'm fully utilising the service yet, as I haven't had the chance to explore all the other blocks and features. However, the team have been so helpful with creating a plan to move forward. I've been attending different webinars, as recommended to me by the team, to gain confidence in each section so I can make progress. Every webinar leaves me with a million ideas on what we can do next. I am confident we're working towards a comprehensive CRM plan.

We're currently working to improve email sign ups and gather more data on our customers so that we can provide a more tailored and personalised service. We have already seen great results with our abandoned basket and browsing process.

Fresh Relevance offers a range of easy-to-use features to drive additional revenue from both email and web channels. We have used cart, browse, post-purchase and product recommendations which have added considerbaly to our ecommerce revenue.

So far there haven't been any features which I dislike about Fresh Relevance. The team is regularly rolling out new features and there are regular training sessions which help make the platform easy to use.

Fresh Relevance allows us to easily add important e-commerce journeys such as cart recovery, browse recovery and post-purchase to our mix. The product recommendations engine is also helping us expand the level of personalisation across various campaigns.

The insights it provides us.  Being able to segment data based on individual behaviours is extremely useful for us i.e. what brands customers are interested in etc. Being able to send personalised emails to customers based on previous interactions with our website ensures we can be extremely targeted in our approach resulting in increased  conversion rates.

We have been with Fresh Relevance for several years now and have not found another more powerful solution than what Fresh Relevance provides. The platform can be quite daunting at the beginning, especially understanding all the features that FR provides.

How we can email the right people at the right time.  Too many people receive mass emails, but we can send personalised targeted ones.

The Fresh Relevance programme easily allows us to create personalised and tailored product recommendations, triggered emails and pop-ups on our website with ease! The ability to be able to add these to our website and emails through the Fresh Relevance software regardless of any external software is so much more straight forward than any other we have found. The support offered from the team is also great, they are always there for any technical support when needed!

More templates/options on the smart blocks builder would be quite helpful. Whilst the majority of things we were able to add easily with the pre-set options, there were some things that we had to delve into the code for.

1 - Abandon cart emails and product recommendations. Being able to personalise and target these to the correct people is great!

2 - Newsletter sign ups. Being able to produce tailored pop-overs and send relevant emails to increase our mailing list.

Great customer support both from the technical support team and our account manager. All our issues are always resolved immediately.

Fresh Relevance product recommendations are quite accurate and have improved the overall user experience. The pop-over has helped us generate lots of new email sign-ups. Overall we're very happy with everything we have achieved thanks to the platform.

The interface could be more user friendly.

The platform requires some HTML / Jinja coding which can be difficult, however Fresh Relevance support team has been helping us with that.

Would be great if there were more detailed training videos.

I appreciate the support - especially when we do not have someone to write or adjust code; it helps to have the support of a great team behind us. Fresh relevance makes step-by-step guides to personalize the trigger emails, which helps any size company.

A little too much code involved, but I understand as it is all in backend stuff, and it requires code.

**What do you like best about Fresh Relevance?**

We are a CRM team that uses Fresh Relevance to enhance our email campaigns (from daily campaigns to customer journeys and automation). I find the customer service, training and help from account managers the most helpful. There are lots of possibilities with Fresh Relevance to personalise customer journeys, test content, elevate segments and get valuable insights. It makes our communications with our customers much more personal and creates a 1:1 conversation.

It's also very user friendly and (after a few training sessions with the team!) easy to understand. The basics are easy to understand for less experienced users, but there are also functions you can dive deeper into and endless customisation for experienced users.

All of the people we have worked with from Fresh Relevance are super attentive and helpful - no question is ever a silly question. Our account manager is brilliant at showing us step by step how to use features and is always interested in hearing the results from our email campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Fresh Relevance?**

Whilst we enjoy the Fresh Relevance platform, there are some functionality challenges outside of Fresh Relevance's control. In the areas within their control, they take feedback and improve the platform regularly.

**What problems is Fresh Relevance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit for our business is how easy it makes customisation for campaigns, and how easy it is to automate a personalised campaign and see the revenue come in. The segmentation side is also a massive benefit because we can see what customers are doing even if they aren't subscribed to our email, so we can pull broader insights to aid in our decisions.

**What do you like best about Fresh Relevance?**

Overall the team at Fresh Relevance are fantastic. No problem/querry is too big or too small for the support team, they always go the extra mile. The customer success managers are fantastic too. Ours creates a roadmap for the year and allocates us tasks to help make the most out of the platform in order to reach our goal of increasing conversion rate. Even though the business has been with Fresh Relevance for a number of years when I first joined, the team at Fresh Relevance gave me an onboarding session and I went to training sessions to learn how to get the most out of the platform, which I thought was great.

**What do you dislike about Fresh Relevance?**

It would be great if we had the option for the product recommendation information to be stored for more than 30 days and recognise the same products but in a different currency. The only way around this is to have the Data Import Module, which we are going to try but it is a time-consuming task and at the moment, we don't have the capacity in-house to look into this. So, would be great if customers just had the option to extend the 30 days to either 60 or 90 days, as all our 65,000 products do not get searched within a 30-day period.

The customer support and customer success teams are nothing short of incredible. Always quick to respond and support goes above and beyond to help us find solutions to any issues we come across. Our customer success team also goes above and beyind to make sure we are getting what we need out of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Fresh Relevance?**

The reporting in Fresh Relevance could be a little more robust. We also use another personalization platform that provides highly in-depth analytics and tracking tools that help us judge the success of our experiences.

**Recommendations to others considering Fresh Relevance:**

Wonderful support team and a lot of great features. The site editor is not the easiest to use, but I hope their new beta version, which sounds more intuitive, rolls out soon.

Our primary use for Fresh Relevance has been triggered emails. We see amazing results in saved revenue and membership signups from these. We are now branching out within the platform using product rec popups and are excited to see the results.

The highlights of Fresh Relevance have to include the support staff. They are quite possibly the most helpful team I have ever dealt with, they really set Fresh relevance apart from the competition. It also has to be said that the platform is the most dynamic platform out there. It has almost limitless potential if you put the effort in.

**What do you dislike about Fresh Relevance?**

There's not really anything to dislike as such, however, I feel they could offer more templates more often to prevent companies from seeking other personalisation companies for certain tasks.

Ensure you have a clear goal of what you want to achieve. Create a roadmap and execute it.

Custom landing page tests. We are able to deploy and test a variety of different ideas on site, which enable us to focus on KPI's we would like to set using a variety of methods before developing proprietary functions. All of our email templates use FR product recommendations as the options are so much more dynamic, efficient and customisable. The same can be said for the triggers from the program.

Occasionally there are some complexities to solutions but this I feel is a bigger issue only for custom sites, and is a common problem, but generally I feel supported in achieving my goals.

The most helpful element of Fresh is its ability to provide product recommendations with ease, regardless of external platform requirements. The support during and after setup has been incredible and there has not been a question asked that hasn't been answered. This has been extremely helpful, due to no prior knowledge of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Fresh Relevance?**

Things I dislike are the lack of troubleshooting automation when it comes to data imports, as this can be a real problem to break down when trying to implement product recommendations.
Jinja is also quite a large step-up in complexity when it comes to creating responsive HTML regions for both web and email.

Fresh is the perfect platform if you are looking to improve your customer conversion rate and relationship, as it gives you the tools to implement your own personalization strategy. While the price of this personalization tool is less expensive than its competitors, with that comes limited functionality. There are a number of web features we'd like to test before going down the path of very expensive re-design, but Fresh Relevance doesn't have the functionality to enable us to test. Their geotargeting is nascent at best and isn't tailored to a company with a US presence, which worries me long term.

There are two factors we're extremely happy with: the results and the customer service. 

Previous to Fresh Relevance, we'd long had difficulty finding a platform that could significantly improve Cart Abandon numbers. We've achieved this and more with Fresh Relevance. We mainly had Cart Abandon in mind when we signed up, but since then we've also been able to implement other programs including Browse Abandon and Email Personalisation to drive even more/better results. 

On the customer service front, the FR team are really on the ball. Very quick to respond to support queries which is unusual and refreshing. The account support team are genuinely helpful, they constantly motivate us to keep on improving.

So overall, we're really happy both with the level of service and the results we're getting.

We don't dislike anything. The platform initially looked like it had a slightly steeper learning curve. But we were pleasantly surprised by the level of support from FR. Even trickier queries were easily and quickly resolved. The results speak for themselves so we're very happy.

The education and personalized help offered. The level of assitance they offer their clients is really top quality and so helpful. They also hold interactive webinars with their clients based around specific elements of their service and they link it back to individuals' aims or problems. All of the data we are able to extract is pricless to us and allows us to make changes large and small which we are already seeing the benefit of.

I like being able to tailor recommendations using a variety of different data sources. Being able to customise the trigger programs to show certain people relevant and personalised products is also key to our industry. Reporting is good and very helpful for being able to track the performance of certain triggers and blocks; the exporting of this data is also simple and easy.

**What do you dislike about Fresh Relevance?**

Often HTML coding / Jinja can be difficult and not user-friendly for those not versed in coding. The cart layout and smartblock layouts are easy to break if you're not exactly sure what you're doing, and fixing them can be a difficult process. The site editor can be very hit or miss. Often it can be very easy to place a block where you need it, but a lot of the time the mobile optimisation does not work correctly, and it can be very tricky to get the block in the correct place. I usually end up placing the slot HTML into a wordpress block instead.

Make sure you have a plan in place to make the most of the personalisation features, as well as having someone with coding knowledge to quickly and efficiently alter and create cart layouts and smart block layouts.

We stock a wide array of products and due to the nature of the many categories, the vast majority are often not relevant to a specific customer, so being able to find the minority of products that they are interested in purchasing and getting them to the forefront of their site experience. Some of our homepage banners are likely to be not interesting to certain customers, and so by using a slot with rules and multiple banners, we can ensure that the homepage is not cluttered with irrelevant info.

The reports available in the platform and the breakdowns provided, they're specific and give you the stats that are important to measure. They platform is easy to use with their drag and drop feature, setting up A/B Testing is also simple. Within the platform you can look at specific email address on the back end to see whether tests or triggers have been sent or whether they've been failed - so specific and helps you crunch down on the actual problem!

The platform is really easy to setup, has unparalleled support both during setup and after and enables email marketing setup time to be drastically reduced whilst increasing sales through 1:2:1 personalisation.

Certain parts of the platform are more focused towards general retail, this means that location based personalisation is focused around either drawn areas or physical shops which is not as useful when every product is in a different location rather than having lots of products at individual shops.

The best support of any platform I have worked with and very quick ROI which we had seen within the trial period. The time saving alone is worth the cost before you even factor in personalisation. Definitely worth asking for a trial and seeing how it can work for you.

Email build time has been shortened from hours to minutes. 24% increase in sales when comparing manually selected products to 1:2:1 personalised products. Dynamic triggers are much easier to build and can be far more intricate in the level of personalisation used.

Post-purchase experience has been really good. It's a product that could easily be something that you wouldn't know to use to its full potential, but Fresh Relevance really make sure you know what's possible and help you achieve that. They manage this with patient and fast-replying technical support and thorough and genuinely helpful account management  (without being pushing a sales agenda, which makes such a big difference in terms of trusting their advice).

The product has tons of ability to fulfil lots of different marketing automation goals and allows you to grow into different parts of the product without having to pay for all features. This makes it ideal for companies of our size and allows you to get quick wins from day one.

**What do you dislike about Fresh Relevance?**

1. The interface can be somewhat complex to understand sometimes. This is clearly a product interface that has evolved over time and it may be time for a revolution and simplification of the UI!
2. The inclusions of features in each module can seem arbitrary.
3. Would be nice to see more statistical analysis for AB tests, removing the complexity for the user and giving a clear winner based on an appropriate statistical significance, similar to Google Optimize.
4. Would be good to see Fresh Relevance pull in open rate data from 3rd party email providers, like Mandrill to help make AB test decisions on subject lines
5. Without the support of Fresh Relevance, it's not always obvious what you can achieve and how to achieve it. Might be good to have timely prompts within the app to mention features you're missing out on and what they can do for you.
6. Would be nice to see the default blocks automatically pull in CSS styles from your own website to avoid the complexity of customising them.
7. Would be nice to see a route to implement a block server side and client side. Client side is infinitely less complex and quick to setup, but server side with an API allows for much more customisation and a better integration. I believe server side is possible, but it's not super-clear on how to achieve this.

1. Adding personalised UI elements to our website without dev team involvement - a huge time saver.
2. Creating automated personalised triggered emails without involving the dev team - seen an increase in conversion rate that would have required significant internal developer time otherwise.
3.The ability to use machine learning to improve our customer experience as a small business without dev support is a huge win!
4. Being able to test and improve the elements added through FR based on data without needing devs.
5. Being able to recommend products to a customer automatically and much more accurately without needing any manual input has saved our product data team a lot of time

We started working with Fresh since beginning of 2020 and experience an extreme helpful team at their side. Both accountmanagement topics as well as technical challenges are covered quickly and with a high quality standard. Therefore we are able to implement their product in the right way and get the most out of it. In addition, we clearly notice Fresh Relevance acting as a true partner which cares about looking further than to what they commited themselves legally seen. Both in our bi-weekly calls with our accountmanager as well as with the technical team, we experience them looking ahead of things and proactively think how to solve certain challenges, not only on their side, but also on the side of our other partners we work together with. This stands for true partnership in our belief!

Fresh Relevance is great because it gives you complete autonomy over FE styling, functionality and website placement. It allows marketers to make actionable changes without the usual barriers of external or internal teams. The UI is easy to use, however does require some minor knowledge of coding. Basic HTML is enough to be able to make most of the changes an Ecom/Marketing team requires. The support team are great and really helpful and the online resources are great too. This is a game changing integration for an Ecom team looking to focus on website optimisation!

**What do you dislike about Fresh Relevance?**

Not a huge negative but we have had some struggles with updating some of the default code to ensure all our requirements are fulfilled. However the support team have been really helpful and we have utilised some development hours with our agency to get us off the ground. Once this has been implemented once we will have complete autonomy!

**Recommendations to others considering Fresh Relevance:**

Great integration if you have some resource to be able to focus on this tool! You really can implement anything and AB/MVT test at the touch of a button [or a few buttons]! If you're looking for an integration which does all the implementation for you, or aren't happy to get stuck in, this software might not be for you. However they do offer a managed program which may be more supported.

Our experience so far has been more of the onboarding process, as opposed to testing and implementation. We have managed to increase CR by utilising the product recommendations, however there are so many more exciting things to come! The other great thing about FR is that they send around an ebook which gives you suggestions and ideas of what to implement next - the possibilities really are endless and in your complete control!

Fresh Relevance is a fantastic form of retargeting your site users. There is endless formulas to what you can do. Engage your site visitors on a level that most other softwares can not do.

Almost anything is possible with it, and their support is second to none.

You do require some HTML knowledge in order to build recommendations spots that will fit into your website - but once they are built - everything is easy to tweak.

**Recommendations to others considering Fresh Relevance:**

Go for it! They are really helpful - they get to understand your data and is really easy to test and implement new features. Like anything though - good data management is a must. While they can grab data from the site on products - sending data is better. Never fear though about what you cannot do with Fresh. They have a fantastic support team who are always there to help you with any help you need, I've not stumped them with a question yet! It just opens up the possibilities of what we can do on site and in email, and once setup, can avoid havign to rely on IT support.

We initially started with basket abandonment features - but this year we have swiftly moved onto the ability to automate discount spots, sale banners, upsells on our product page and automated discount, free delivery and new product spots across the site.

Some of the usability within Fresh can be a little tricky to work around, not always the most obviously solution. Can also be hard when multiple people work on the same smart blocks/slots when changes are made eg. Clone a smartblock.

**What do you like best about Fresh Relevance?**

The best thing about Fresh hands down is the support, which comes from literally all avenues. The support team are quick, they really take time to explain things and help you to set anything up you need. Account management talk to you like you're the only person in the room, analyse everything you're doing in depth and help you to see what you're missing whether that be tools or strategy. Everybody goes the extra mile and follows up any open issues. Plus the events are always super cool and everybody is lovely and passionate in person.

**What do you dislike about Fresh Relevance?**

The only dislike is not using more features quicker

**What problems is Fresh Relevance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acquisition has vastly improved due to our data capture work. We can see these customers going on to order and be very engaged with us. We'll be doing even more of this in the near future. Also just generally optimising/personalising/simplifying our email marketing is saving us time and money and creating more revenue overall. We're literally giving our customers a better experience with our company.
