**What do you like best about StoryStream?**

The customer success team are extremely knowledgable and hands on when it comes to solving our business needs.
The platform itself is simple to use and enables management of assets/feeds and tagging all to be done centrally and automatically be used on site.
It's helped us save manual effort curating our UGC content on site, and also helped us surface lots more 'real shoppers' via the tool and it's AI. 
The product team have also been quite proactive/listened to feedback and made changes that have really improved our experience.

**What do you dislike about StoryStream?**

Sometimes the content can be quite overwhelming, particularly with our generic tags and it being active wear! We've got extra help from the StoryStream team to help surface those 'better assets'.

**What do you like best about StoryStream?**

Our business needs are expertly addressed by the knowledgeable and hands-on customer success team. The platform is user-friendly and facilitates central management of assets, feeds, and tagging, which can be automatically used on site. By automating the curation of our UGC content, it has saved us manual effort and surfaced more genuine shoppers with the help of AI. Additionally, the product team has been responsive to feedback and made significant improvements to enhance our experience

**What do you like best about StoryStream?**

Storystream have been a key player in driving our UGC offering for Publicis Media clients, enabling integration of UGC content to any digital touchpoints by creating standout digital experiences.

**What do you dislike about StoryStream?**

There are other UGC players in the market that clients are currently using to enhance their UGC strategy. Storystream must continue to enrich its offering e.g Live Video Shopping and other commerce-related capabilities to continue to work with a broad range of clients in this space.

**What problems is StoryStream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their tool Tool allows our clients to identify, licence and add UGC to their brand and retailer sites. We use it as a self-serve tool, and they work closely with our  Commerce team on delivering UGC strategy for a key client. Acting as a great social proof point for anyone visiting the brand's owned site, enabling them to collect UGC, owned and third-party content in one place.

**What do you dislike about StoryStream?**

We haven't had many issues with StoryStream at all. Any problems that we've encountered have been on our side - couldn't give any truthful downsides. Very happy overall.

**What problems is StoryStream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When it came to innovative UGC, we were stuck at a crossroads until we found SToryStream. Our old platform was archaic, rigid and not great at all. StoryStream is user-friendly and we're loving getting to know the platform. Our UGC is presented in an attractive way that;'s fantastic for the user and there are many benefits of the product that we're still yet to experience really. Brilliant product for us and looking forward to utilsing it more as we expand our knowledge and use.

Whenever I need help the team are always happy to either point me in the right direction or solve an issue themselves. They are very approachable and I feel confident they are going to get back to me in a timely manner with a resolution or explanation for what I've reached out about.

I haven't experienced anything I dislike about StoryStream.

Helping to show customers the content displayed on social media on the same product pages so they can see the product on the website & on customers wearing that product too.

As I'm a nutritionist, it help me to boat up as and content on all the social media I have, with the good suggestions and content I end up getting good long term client.

The thing I don't like about the story stream is that I have to go through each and very single point from the website in order to understand the working. It would be great if some will one one can teach us very thing

As I have already mentioned before, it helped me to target the right client and it also suggested me good content and marketing strategie which me helped to have a long term diet client.

It is one bundled package for a seamless experience. This give the possibility and time to harness opportunities that lies ahead of us. The team is yong and dynamic who engages with partners and share insightful of the business.

Too new and early for me to comment on things I do not like. I am sure the team is doing great job, but never be complacent of the good job that is being done as a team. Important to value time, resource and customers.

StoryStream is able to offer me a buffet of ideas when it comes to content creation and of course they have be meaningful. There are meaningful reports which help in decision making at organization level

It's so user friendly and smooth to use and the best was that it has all the content suggestions for all different types of fields like marketing, data analysis etc

Nothing as such as it's not a very big problem anywhere to navigate through or stream content. Guidance in layman language is missing which is very important as it will help people understand easily.

Story stream has been really helpful for me due to the fact that it's so easy to use, it's extremely creative and gives out content that not only is catchy but also appealing

There's nothing to dislike as such. This platform has everything you are gonna need for your content to be creative, innovative and catchy. But it just takes a little bit of time to do it

I have been into content marketing for 5+ years now.  The way StoryStream offers content solutions that integrate with existing channels, and helps increase traffic and conversions is beyond amazing.

The customer support is unlike none other.

My experience has been great. Makes things so much simple. I have thourougly enjoyed using it. It turned out to be way more helpful than I imagined. Couldn't recommend it enough. A must-try for all marketers!

To be honest, I couldn't find a single thing that was not satisfactory. It was a smooth sailing for me.

**What do you like best about StoryStream?**

Storystream's customer success management has been exemplary, the UGC curation is comprehensive but easy to use and the development of the live shopping feature has been collaborative and steady which has helped the team at THG learn and grow with the new marketing and sales channel without it being forced.

**What do you dislike about StoryStream?**

Very little - collaboration can sometimes be 'over-collaboration' but I'd rather this than StoryStream producing work we can't and don't need - it's thorough

**What problems is StoryStream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StoryStream is solving a huge gap in our UGC curation and rights management as well as how we display the very best UGC on our websites to help increase conversion. We've seen huge success with a number of our beauty brands as well as customising these modules and widgets to look and feel really attractive to customers visiting our websites. They've also created a live shopping module which is allowing THG and its many brands to start the journey into regular livestreaming - which we project will be a huge driver of business for us in future.

**What do you like best about StoryStream?**

The java script makes it easy to set live. The display is excellent for the type of social content galleries I curate. I like the option of being able to schedule content, and the choice of tagging products or adding page links. The options for different types of galleries make it really flexible for publishing in different locations on the website. The way it saves previous tags and links makes it quicker for me to curate images and keeps it consistent for customers. And the ability to publish Instagram reels! They look brilliant!

**What do you dislike about StoryStream?**

A couple of improvements would be the ability to move content around within a gallery more easily i.e. dragging images into position rather than selecting images to 'move to top'. Possibly quite niche to my particular use, but I would also love to be able to pin content in a specific position i.e. pin a reel/promo panel so it remained in the middle of the gallery even when scheduled content continued to go live around it. In terms of current functionality, on the whole, I think it works well. These bits would just be really helpful additions :)

**What problems is StoryStream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The team we work with are super responsive whenever we need support and always come through with what they say we're going to do i.e. following up on QBR actions. They proactively support efficient ways of working, which has helped us create a pretty smooth BAU process. With this support I can now schedule content to publish at real scale i.e. new images every few days for around a month in advance if I want - as the only person in the business currently publishing content on the site, this has been invaluable. The content has been really well received both internally and through customer interactions. The insights provided to us by Story Stream have supported conversations within internal teams, helping me get more galleries live, across more locations because we can demonstrate the £££ value of them as well as how great they look.

**What do you like best about StoryStream?**

I use StoryStream primarily for engaging with audience on Instagram and directing our audience to upload media to our StoryStream landing page for things like giveaways and features.

**What do you dislike about StoryStream?**

It is great for content curation but I prefer using a different brand for content publishing and scheduling due to not having as many features, and the content tools don't really offer more than what in-app offers.

**What problems is StoryStream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StoryStream helps us track our followers' content when they mention us as well as provide an easier way to get permission to repurpose and use that content without having to reach out, exchange emails, and send a pesky adobe pdf fillable form.

**What do you like best about StoryStream?**

The simplicity behind getting UGC from instagram. Also knowing that if i have any issues i can just drop james an Email and he'll give guidance/advice is really reassuring.

**What do you dislike about StoryStream?**

I haven't had loads of expierence with using StoryStream, I wouldn't say there are any negatives. I think it's complicated if you want to change the order of a mosaic, so would be great if there was a simple process, but i haven't personally tried it yet.

It's increasing the engagement we have from followers on instagram as they will tag us into their posts. It also adds a personal touch to the website where customers can go on and potentially see their own image on the mosaic.

Storystream has offered our business an easy way of integrating the UCG of social media and adding it onto our website to promite reviews from our real life customers.

**What do you dislike about StoryStream?**

The downside would be sifting through all of the content you can be tagged in trying to find the right content we'd like to promote. It would be good if there was a better way to identify content relevant to specific markets.

Integrating UGC into the website means that our customers can see reviews from our real-life customers, giving genuine feedback about their experiences with our products. Our customers can also draw inspiration from how other customers are accessorising or using their vehicles

StoryStream is an incredibly intuitive application that simplifies navigation within e-commerce.It is a user-friendly platform that dramatically simplified my social media and e-commerce work.

I think the Application can add information about various other industries as well by including multiple sectors and not concentrating on Fashion and Retail alone .

Easy to use, account teams are amazing to work with, super easy to find high-quality UGC content and share to other places

The extra steps to request permissions. It would be great if it was a 1-button request vs. copy and pasting onto the comments of each UGC you want to use

Easy to find specific content, great that legal permissions are included in the platform

The team feel like an extension of our own team. They are always very supportive and bring great ideas to the table, whilst also being willing to push new innovations.
The platform is easy to use and provides us with the control we need to present the best experience to our customer, without the heavy lifting.

Storystream allows us to collect the best high quality content and curate it into stories, locations and messages to inspire the customer at the right point in the journey. Storystream has been a vital contributor to the development of our user-generated content (UGC) service for Publicis Media customers, enabling the seamless integration of UGC into all digital touchpoints.

StoryStream's user-friendly interface makes it simple for both novice and experienced users to utilise.

Not any things to point out right now. Extremely happy with that.

StoryStreams UGC platform is, in my opinion, the best on the market. The tool is incredible at pulling through content from numerous social media sources, with obtaining the rights very straight forward. The team at StoryStream are experts and are always on hand to give help if needed. Their latest live video shopping feature will be huge (if used correctly!!!) and I'm excited to see who out of our clients makes use of it.

It would be great to see StoryStream expand more into international markets so that we have more use cases to use for our international clients and to see how people interact with UGC across the globe.

StoryStream is solving a big issue for us - showing people on our ecommerce sites the authenticity of the products, how good they are in real life and giving that personal reccomendation. This has driven conversion massively, and we have seen an uplift in site dwell times and revenue too.

I love that it's an all-in-one solution - you can request rights and publish on the same platform, saving time otherwise spent hunting down UGC.

**What do you dislike about StoryStream?**

It could be more "self-serve" dev-wise - thankfully, we have an incredible support team, but it could be beneficial if it were a little more user-friendly on the dev/output end. It would also be beneficial if we could easily see where the images were coming from - with very country-specific differences in our vehicles, there is a lot of time spent double/triple checking that the vehicles pictures are indeed Canadian spec.

The StoryStream platform is the best User Generated Content (UGC) solution we have found on the market and is being widely used by our customers.  Their use of AI helps automate working with large volumes of UGC quickly and their rights management tools means helps us ensure compliance.

**What do you dislike about StoryStream?**

The platform is focused on larger enterprise clients, I think some of our smaller customers could benefit, so some self-serve features would be useful.

**What problems is StoryStream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients need to create increasing volumes of content to post on social, and the nature of the content needs to feel authentic and trustworthy.  We all know the benefits UGC offers but being able to scale using it in a compliant way is key and provides a lot of value. We have a great relationship with the team at Storystream and our relationship is continuing to go from strength to strength. Just wish that I could commit more time and budget to working with them.
