EBizCharge provides online and mobile credit card processing, unlimited transaction history, customizable reports, electronic invoicing, secure encryption and tokenization, and more.

How do you position yourself against your competitors?

Proprietary software, EBizCharge, is developed by a dedicated IT team and is supported in house. The gateway is able to qualify cards at lower rates saving merchants at least 15% to 43% on processing costs every month. Their solutions fit small and mid size business and integrates with POS systems, ERP/CRM systems, accounting software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Acumatica, Oracle, Netsuite, Epicor, Sage and eCommerce and online shopping: Magento, WooCommerece, Shopify, and more.

EBizCharge is PCI compliant and uses the two methods of data encryption and data tokenization to transfer information. What do you like best?

The POS system is very simple to use, I like the transaction history tab, it allows me to pull up receipts and verify amounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

We appreciate the support. Using Sage 50 software there are various updates through the year. Sage is a lot like Microsoft, in that their updates commonly cause issues with other software. If the updates terminate a connection or operation with eBizCharge, they are easy to contact and their Tech Support people will use Team Viewer to correct all our computers. What do you dislike?

I have yet to find any frustrations. Sage 50 offers a built-in credit card payment service that may be more efficient in day-to-day operations, but if you have any trouble or questions you are going to spend a lot of time researching an answer or getting help on the phone. It would be nice if eBizCharge could be more integrated with Sage 50, so if you open Sage, eBizCharge is immediately opened and connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Credit card process is easy to do and easy to follow. Researching past charges and credits are easy to find. The transfer of funds is quick and also predictable. Once the charge is approved, we know when to expect the funds to show up in our account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

What do you like best?

EBiz is much cheaper than a lot of competitors, and has a quick turn-around time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I have had issues with length of processing payments. Sometimes it can take days to receive funds. This can be a problem because we rely on the money to pay our employees and vendors. Even a few days late can cause big issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

What I like the best is that we can preauthorize an order before sending it back to shipping to be processed. We no longer spend time on orders that their card won't go through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

My Account Reps have been incredible to work with. Years ago when I first started with EBiz my rep was instrumental in transitioning us from our former processing company to EBiz. We worked with EBiz developers to integrate their API into our software solution. We now process over a thousand transactions in just a few minutes. My new account rep has continued to be extremely supportive and helpful in transitioning us into our Portal and I am looking forward to a continued great working relationship. What do you dislike?

What do you like best?

We appreciate the savings compared to our previous processing company we were using. It is also more efficient for applying payments in Quickbooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

We have two different batches, one through Quickbooks and one through a virtual terminal connected to our website. It would be nice if we could have one streamlined batch, but other than that, everything else is very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

When Sage was beginning to monopolize how you could charge credit cards by requiring users to go through Sage Payment Solutions there rates were astronomical. They also didn't pass enough data in certain circumstances to allow you to get tier 3 interchange (more data that's given, less risk you are, the lower the interchange rate). CBS found a solution, hired Sage Master developers and were one of (if not the) first to have an integrated solution into Sage. I've had 5 different CC companies quote us, none of them touch what CBS can offer in terms of rates and keeping us at tier 3. I don't even let other CC companies quote us anymore because they just don't compare. If you get a chance ask for Matt Rogers, he's one of the sharpest, straight up sales reps i've ever dealt with. What do you dislike?

Sometimes they get busy and you have to wait for support. Generally not to long. I think in 4 years we've been down twice which isn't great but for an average it's really pretty descent. Development can sometimes be a little slow but i've seen that with most software companies to be honest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Better integration than what Sage even had (or at least it was last time I looked). We used to have a ton of cards decline and not find out until after the Sales Order Update was ran at the end of the day which meant we had product on it's way to customers who hadn't truely paid. Now we have everything set to pre-authorize the cards. It'll even do it if the invoicers forgets and just "Accepts" the invoice without clicking "pre-auth". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Works with older Sage systems (Mas 200/Mas90)

TLS 2.0 compliant even on older Sage systems they can make this work

Competitive rates - Much better than the rates we used to get processing through Sage Directly.

Support is based in the U.S. easy to get a hold of
