**What do you like best about EBizCharge?**

We appreciate the support.  Using Sage 50 software there are various updates through the year.  Sage is a lot like Microsoft, in that their updates commonly cause issues with other software.  If the updates terminate a connection or operation with eBizCharge, they are easy to contact and their Tech Support people will use Team Viewer to correct all our computers.  We get back up and running quickly.

**What do you dislike about EBizCharge?**

I have yet to find any frustrations.  Sage 50 offers a built-in credit card payment service that may be more efficient in day-to-day operations, but if you have any trouble or questions you are going to spend a lot of time researching an answer or getting help on the phone.  It would be nice if eBizCharge could be more integrated with Sage 50, so if you open Sage, eBizCharge is immediately opened and connected.

**What problems is EBizCharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Credit card process is easy to do and easy to follow.  Researching past charges and credits are easy to find.  The transfer of funds is quick and also predictable.  Once the charge is approved, we know when to expect the funds to show up in our account.

Nothing really.  Sometimes their response was slow, but that's mainly because I was in a rush.  Their average response time is good.

Being PCI compliant is a big deal.  So I am grateful for the support they provide.

EBiz is much cheaper than a lot of competitors, and has a quick turn-around time.

**What do you dislike about EBizCharge?**

I have had issues with length of processing payments. Sometimes it can take days to receive funds. This can be a problem because we rely on the money to pay our employees and vendors. Even a few days late can cause big issues.

**Recommendations to others considering EBizCharge:**

EBiz has great support and a quick turn-around time for processing credit cards. Their flat rate will save you money.

**What problems is EBizCharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EBiz has made it easy to process payments from customers. It runs seamless from our Quickbooks, and I can process a payment in seconds. This is great because I do not want to delay the customers.

What I like the best is that we can preauthorize an order before sending it back to shipping to be processed.  We no longer spend time on orders that their card won't go through.

I really can't think of anything I dislike.

As stated above, we are no longer  spending time on orders that their payment will not go through.  We are able to only focus on orders that are preauthorized.

**What do you like best about EBizCharge?**

My Account Reps have been incredible to work with.  Years ago when I first started with EBiz my rep was instrumental in transitioning us from our former processing company to EBiz.  We worked with EBiz developers to integrate their API into our software solution.  We now process over a thousand transactions in just a few minutes.  My new account rep has continued to be extremely supportive and helpful in transitioning us into our Portal and I am looking forward to a continued great working relationship.

**What do you dislike about EBizCharge?**

Prior to my new Account Rep reaching out to me a period of time transpired before I was introduced to EBiz's new API and features.  I will say however, I never had issues with the system.

**Recommendations to others considering EBizCharge:**

My advice is to give them a call and at least find out more information about their product and services.  They have been the best credit card processing company I have ever worked with.

We were able to automate our software solution we have been developing and have saved countless labor hours in the process.  EBiz's development team is very helpful and find answers to our problems.  Currently we are working on a new Portal and migrating data from the old EBiz API into their new one.  I am grateful for their support.

**What do you like best about EBizCharge?**

We appreciate the savings compared to our previous processing company we were using. It is also more efficient for applying payments in Quickbooks.

**What do you dislike about EBizCharge?**

We have two different batches, one through Quickbooks and one through a virtual terminal connected to our website. It would be nice if we could have one streamlined batch, but other than that, everything else is very easy to use.

This is saving the accountant money by taking less time to process payments and the cost savings is significant.

I wish there was a more detailed explanation on the use of both website and Ebiz mobile app.

The Customer support is amazing. The set up was easy, and most importantly they are available 24/7 as I run a 24 hour business.

the benefits is what I know I will be paying in fees, compared to other merchants. I like the fact that i'm now able to provide refunds through Limo Anywhere now, and looking forward to new tech between Ebiz and Limo Anywhere.

**What do you like best about EBizCharge?**

When Sage was beginning to monopolize how you could charge credit cards by requiring users to go through Sage Payment Solutions there rates were astronomical. They also didn't pass enough data in certain circumstances to allow you to get tier 3 interchange (more data that's given, less risk you are, the lower the interchange rate). CBS found a solution, hired Sage Master developers and were one of (if not the) first to have an integrated solution into Sage. I've had 5 different CC companies quote us, none of them touch what CBS can offer in terms of rates and keeping us at tier 3. I don't even let other CC companies quote us anymore because they just don't compare. If you get a chance ask for Matt Rogers, he's one of the sharpest, straight up sales reps i've ever dealt with.

**What do you dislike about EBizCharge?**

Sometimes they get busy and you have to wait for support. Generally not to long. I think in 4 years we've been down twice which isn't great but for an average it's really pretty descent. Development can sometimes be a little slow but i've seen that with most software companies to be honest.

**What problems is EBizCharge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better integration than what Sage even had (or at least it was last time I looked). We used to have a ton of cards decline and not find out until after the Sales Order Update was ran at the end of the day which meant we had product on it's way to customers who hadn't truely paid. Now we have everything set to pre-authorize the cards. It'll even do it if the invoicers forgets and just "Accepts" the invoice without clicking "pre-auth".

There really isn't anything I dislike about the software or services from Ebiz. I've used several other payment processors and gateways and this one checks all the right boxes for us.

I really like the fact that we can log in ourselves & store credit card info for our customers.   Also, I like that we can store multiple credit cards for an individual customer.  This is especially helpful as most of our customers order quite regularly and they use multiple credit cards.  Also, we have put the software on 2 computers,  now it is easier to do a transaction since I don't have to leave my workstation.  I was not aware that we could do this until recently.

**What do you dislike about EBizCharge?**

Rarely, a transaction does not post to our bank account the following day after the transaction even though it is before the cut-off.  I addressed this with them, and they moved our cut-off time so this does not seem to happen anymore.

**Recommendations to others considering EBizCharge:**

It can't hurt to try it.  We are very satisfied with the pricing structure & that we are paid the following day on most every transaction. They even bought out my contract with my old processor when we started with them.

We have numerous customers that previously had difficulty keeping their account current (paying on time).  Since accepting credit cards, these customers pay at time of purchase so there is no risk of past due invoices.

Customer service responds fast to our questions or need for support.  The cost savings with lower processing fees is boosts our bottom line.  EBizCharge userfriendly platform is a pleasure to work with. The option of being able to process credit cards from my mobile device is crucial to securing available funds helps avoid dealing with declined POS transactions.

No complaints so far.  I was interested in their online data service for QB, but its costly.  I guess same day funding would be a plus.  The industry choice for our service is not listed in the drop down below.  We are a Limousine Service not a Trucking or Railroad company.

EBizCharge delivers what they promise.  Their friendly CSR staff and IT department quickly resolve support issues/questions.

The ease of voiding a credit card with the option to release funds immediately insures satifaction to our customers.  Our customers also like receiving an email receipt upon completion of processing their credit card.  The reporting options make the accounting procedures for deposits easy to reconcile.  Can update customer credit card numbers fast and easy.  PCI compliance requirements are easily completed.  Data security on the EBiz Charge platform offers the small business operator a piece of mind.

I like eBizCharge because they have a very good user interface for Automatic Recurring Billing customers, which is essential for the business that I run, because I have customers that I bill monthly.  Also, the daily Recurring Billing and Batch reports that I receive by email let me know at a glance who got billed and who declined, so I can take appropriate action.  I also like having a web-based interface rather than running it on my own computer and having the database there, so I can access the billing database when I'm out-of-town.  Finally, I have always gotten paid in a timely manner, and Tech Support has always been available to answer my questions.

**What do you dislike about EBizCharge?**

The only issue I have is that the Automatic Recurring Billing is always initiated at the same time each day, and that time cannot be changed, and the customers who previously declined are auto-billed a half-hour after everyone else.  I would like to be able to control this schedule, but that is only a minor issue.

I highly recommend it.

We are using EBizCharge together with the QuickBooks and also the Dynamics NAV/Business Central integrations. It is great to be able to use the same credit card gateway together with a variety of different ERP systems and be able to utilize the full functionality the gateway offers seamlessly integrated into software systems.

A great benefit is also the robust Connect portal that allows our customers to pay their invoices online without having to provide their credit card information to us at all. This provides us the added benefit of not having to worry about PCI compliance, since this is handled by the gateway and the software integrations.

**What do you dislike about EBizCharge?**

It has sometimes taken some time to get answers from the support team, but this has improved greatly recently. The support team is very helpful and caring.

**Recommendations to others considering EBizCharge:**

You should get a quote and compare the pricing with your current provider. You will find that you most certainly can save money. Also, ask for an integration with your ERP system, they have a large variety of integrations.

I have had a good experience. Initially we had some issues getting the correct funder to run our cards based off our business model, and that was frustrating, as it was unexpected.  Yet Bill Broger and Scott Longacre worked diligently to make sure we were paired with the correct funder, so we could process seamlessly.

Credit card processing for my small business.  Many customers are happy that I take numerous credit cards.
