Kechie not only helped us in these fields but exceeded our expectations by miles! We needed to have a system that clearly outlines who picked certain SKUs, who placed certain SKUs back in locations and accurate times when a user executed these actions are recorded and updated immediately in the system. Our warehouse management team is notified immediately for clarity which has saved us so much time and money. Our sales team has broken sales records left and right with Kechies CRM. Even though we have only been using Kechie for a few months our workflow has become significantly more efficient and the clarity among different projects, leads etc. has been business changing for us. We are on track to have a record breaking quarter thanks to this software. The ease of use is so simple I can not stress this enough. Most of the people on our team are not the most tech savvy out there but they are practically pros at using the software already thanks to our project manager which was assigned to us when we decided to use Kechie. Another reason why this program is easy to use is that they have documentation and video on every single module which is such a relief coming from an ERP that hardly had any documentation. Lastly, the fact that I can change any field in the software and it updates immediately has helped us so much. Since we have thousands of SKUs (some unique) being able to change attributes on the fly has been a dream for us! If you could not tell from my review above, Kechie is simply fantastic and I would recommend this software to any one no matter what industry you are in. PS: You always get the latest version of the software no matter how long you have been using Kechie unlike some ERP systems on the market. **What do you dislike about Kechie ERP?** The only thing I wish Kechie had would be a multicurrency option since we operate in different countries. The good thing is, our project manager notified us that this feature will be available early next year for everyone using Kechie which is a blessing for our company. Not to mention it is free for everyone using this software and not having to pay for an additional fee to have it implemented is such a relief for us. **What problems is Kechie ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Across the board, Kechie has solved our executive teams two biggest issues: Efficiency and record keeping. Our business has never ran smoother since switching over to Kechie. ### 8. I refer to them as my genie in a bottle. Whatever I can think of to enhance our implementation, they are on it right away and the change is usually implemented within just a few days. Unlike other ERP systems, you get to work with the people who developed the software when customizing your implementation and that in my opinion is the key difference between a 6-month implementation and an 18-month implementation. **What do you dislike about Kechie ERP?** The user interface is probably the only area for improvement for this software. It is a very fast application and extremely flexible and versatile to accommodate just about any type of company in North America, however, this ability to customize everything under the sun comes with a price. The UI can be a little difficult to navigate for a new user and the graphical elements of the software need some work to make it a little more pleasing to the eyes. They are continuously improving their software though and I'm sure this is one area that they will be focussing on improving soon. There's not much else to improve! **Recommendations to others considering Kechie ERP:** Take it from someone who evaluated over 10 of the top ERP systems on the market in great detail, Kechie has the most features for the best value and the fastest and most thoughtful implementation around. There is no beating the service you will receive from the amazing team behind Kechie and you can rest assured that there is very little that this software can't do. **What problems is Kechie ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kechie is the foundation to everything that we do. From integrating our eCommerce sites and B2B portal with our unique back-end processes to managing all aspects of our bookkeeping/accounting, customer service, customer relationship management, procurement, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving operations. Kechie was built around the way we do business instead of building our business to suit Kechie's capabilities. I never imagined that we could have one system to manage just about every aspect of our business. ### 15.
