I dislike the admin dashboard bloat. Critical B2B/multi-vendor features like vendor catalog approval and commission calculations are buried in nested, non-intuitive menus, making navigation a hassle. There’s no customizable admin workspace, which means I waste 10–15 minutes a day on navigation alone. Also, the vendor portal has a steep learning curve. Third-party vendors struggle with basic tasks like bulk SKU uploads and order status tracking. There's a lack of guided onboarding, causing a flood of vendor support tickets. The B2B buyer portal has UX inconsistencies, making it confusing for buyers who interact with both B2B and DTC storefronts, requiring extra brand alignment work.
