What do you like best?

Lo que más me gusta es que es muy fácil de utilizar una vez que ya aprendiste a utilizar el software (lo cual debo decir que es una tarea muy sencilla), el hecho de que pueda ver a detalle la información acerca de los pedidos realizados a mis proveedores me es de gran ayuda para organizar y mejorar una gran cantidad de procesos administrativos dentro de la empresa, otro punto que tienen a su favor es que posee un gran abanico de opciones que me permiten mejorar múltiples áreas de mi empresa, tales como la gestión, planificación, diseño e implementación, su equipo de atención al cliente es bastante receptivo y rápido a la hora de responder cualquier duda o inquietud que se presente, lo cual me garantiza que podré hacer un uso bastante fluido de esta aplicación sin temor a perder tanto tiempo en caso de que exista alguna falla. What do you dislike?

Creo que tiene algunos procesos que contienen una gran cantidad de pasos innecesarios, por lo menos en la parte de registro de ventas, piden una gran cantidad de información que a la hora de la verdad resulta innecesaria, por lo que esto se pudiera simplificar en gran medida. Me ha estado ayudando a mejorar de forma bastante general todos los procesos internos de mi compañía, de tal manera que los pueda optimizar de una forma más eficiente, lo cual nos ayuda a reducir tiempos de ejecución y de respuesta hacia los requerimientos del cliente, sin mencionar que también nos ayuda a mantener un mejor orden y control de las actividades desarrolladas en la empresa. What do you like best?

I love how easy to use this software is. I had used other plm softwares in the past and this one is by far the easiest one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All in one for apparel manufacturers.

What do you like best?

The product though complex has the power to really centralize the Design, sales, production, EDI, invoicing, returns...everything a garment manufacturer needs to run their business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The documentation is not as complete as it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I recommend ensuring you have a very well laid out implementation plan and that you know your business and processes very well. Once bad data starts going into any system, it can get very hard to straighten it out. If you don't understand your business and how it meshes with Blue Cherry in how it is setup and used, then you could end up adding some pains to your transition.

If you have a good plan and processes are streamlined and understood by non-siloed teams, then you should be ok. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have really been able to handle large orders, have been able to mesh the product development into the system, and are also now able to push product out to an integrated B2B eCommerce solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unless you spend more to upgrade you have limited capabilites in some instances. There have been a few glitches where IT had to file a Web track to get it resolved Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Well suited for Apparel Industry, multidimensional SKUs etc...Good wholesale apparel OMS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Not very robust over all, permissions are pretty bad, ok as wholesale OMS but not great for web or retail. Inventory allocation process could use work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
