**What do you like best about Kibo Commerce?**

It is one of the ideal onnicanl tools for any company that wants a profitable trading system that lasts over time. This is software capable of creating a trading style that focuses on what the customer is really looking for and that also takes into account your interests, it is easily manageable in physical commerce areas or online sales, all with the same efficiency and security, in addition, its ordering system is what benefits my organization because it is easy to have everything organized and show real data in real time both dispatches and even inventories

The functions of this solution are aimed at companies that work directly with clients, this means that more than a digital system, it is a system capable of simplifying sales and administratively controlling all business resources, so it is quite good for my work. I don't have something that I want to change or that I don't like

For years it has been the ideal tool to complete dispatches or create better ways of customer service with a friendly interface and systems that help us in commercial tasks from start to finish, since its display system is quite centralized, which helps us get the data directly

We have used KIBO Commerce and it is a one solution for all your e-commerce problems.  Also, it provided excellent support by providing personalized support to us. It has more features than any other platform and also, it is user-friendly software that is easy to understand & work on.

So Far, we have not found any downside to using Kibo Commerce.

Friendly environment not a lot of menus on the system thata have to click on, easy to understand on a agent environment, give the customers or orders information on just one screen

**What do you dislike about Kibo Commerce?**

If someone clicks on the incorrect screen creates a mayor bug on the system, we are not able to leave notes on the customer level just on the orders, not all the features works properly and we are not able to create bundles with any type of item as a subscription, has yo be a pre-charge bundle already set up on the system. Also creates multiple accounts for the same customer instead to link everything to the same email address

**What problems is Kibo Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

That on the same window we are able to search subscriptions, order installments and items lot codes. Now if a customer update the card online, updates for everything instead of new orders

Kibo eCommerce platform is quite user-friendly and contains excellent features for proper order management. Inventory control, order sourcing, managing approval matrices, managing supplier qualification and ensuring appropriate documentation are some of the cool features of this application.

One of the significant drawbacks of this program is its flexibility in managing custom integration. It is incredibly heavy-handed and rigid. It would be great to see some of these issues resolved.

The many OOTB features are excellent. Numerous components in Kibo can be used straight out of the box without special coding. Additionally, you can add original code using the modifiability API. They have a well-thought-out plan for including additional features.

**What do you dislike about Kibo Commerce?**

Personalized Order attributes and Custom Customer attributes cannot determine if there is an actual discount. Updates to the Customer section require custom code, which increases complexity.

Providing our dealers with a platform to view and accept customer orders, Kibo operates effectively in a B2B2C environment. We love that someone out there monitors our sites constantly and handles all the technical hardware factors of hosting your own sites.

I like the rich OOTB features.   Kibo already has many features that you can use out of the box without adding custom code.   Plus, you can add custom code thru the extensibility API.   They have a solid roadmap for adding new features.  They are easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Kibo Commerce?**

Discount cannot be determined by custom Order attributes or custom Customer attributes directly.   Need custom code to update the Customer segment (which adds complexity).

Their out of the box capabilities were very robust and their order management and inventory capabilities we found very capable. 

Their presentation was excellent and working with them was excellent.

The language capabilities was challenging for our company but it is on their roadmap to fix

I love the API connectivity and flexibility so that my developers are free to build out the business logic that we need.  Kibo provides 80% of what we need OOTB, and we can build the rest.

**What do you dislike about Kibo Commerce?**

Kibo needs to provide better developer support tools in order to deliver on the promise.  Documentation is still lagging, likely because they spent resources on acquisition rather than updating the documents, and samples of code are not as ubiquitous as they should be.  When one of my developers runs into an issue, we have trouble getting an answer about how to get un-stuck.

Kibo provides great ability to scale sites and tools to support our business.  We're not dependent upon other resources to get what we need on our timeline rather than theirs.

With multiple acquisitions under the hood and many platforms to integrate into the UCP, Kibo has a lot of ground to cover in terms of integration work.
The marketplace for plugins and extensions is modest; thus, material SI-type work must be accounted for in implementations.
Kibo environments/infrastructure are complex and require expert partner knowledge for implementations - although this has improved much in 2021

We're a premium Kibo Solutions Implementation partner for over 10 years. We see Kibo used by a range of our clients from mid-market to global brands and distributors. OMS functionality is one of the best on the market today, flexibility in terms of customizations to be done to support the most exotic cases is a huge benefit.

Nice intuitive tool, that allows bunch of ecommerce related things. Many retailers around the world use it very successfully and without any issues. great customer service and account management.

**What do you dislike about Kibo Commerce?**

Some complicated implementations require lots of development work. Technical support, even though knowledgeable, often times require going to engineering team or professional services. Some of the essentials tools are not even on the roadmap for development.

**What do you like best about Kibo Commerce?**

The simple use of this platform. We are several stores around the region here and they were able to very quickly and seamlessly populate accounts for each one of our doors. They give me a simple way to look and manage all of my stores from a regional admin level. Fantastic experience over the last 4+ years. 

**What do you dislike about Kibo Commerce?**

Searching for returns can be hard to look up at times. I dislike that there is not more filtering features to find order#'s when email isn't available. ie. address, customer name, date, store fulfilled by.. etc. 

**What problems is Kibo Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has opened up our brick and mortar retail to a seamless ecommerce platform.

**What do you like best about Kibo Commerce?**

It has provided with good templated pages which help in customizing your pages or newsletters pretty easy. It has made hosting pretty easy as well and is very robust. 
They provide good customer services as well, which is definitely a plus.

I'm not a big fan of the parts of it where you can actually edit the content already posted. It also takes a lot of time sometimes. It can also be a little costly. But overall, I have enjoyed using it as it also works well on all the platforms I have tried it on.

It is a very helpful software for everyday use and management, and I highly recommend giving it a shot.

It has made the e-commerce and marketing side of management very easy for the team. It provides us with quick and easy solutions which are very helpful for customizing and shipping out our sales.

**What do you like best about Kibo Commerce?**

The out-of-box (OOB) features that come with the platform are fairly robust, and are more than enough to craete a professional, customized and feature-rich webstore.  Template driven pages with timers and preview make it easy to customize the site and allow for changes at any hour.  Built-in category structure and product groups are also very well engineered.  
The discount engine has come a long way, and I really haven't seen anything that is quite as good.  Managing discounts can be tricky, and ML has mastered it.  They truly do try to be best-of-breed, and provide all the latest technologies and features.  The caveat to this is that it may cost you.  (See dislike section.)
Having ML host our sites as well as provide the software has proven to be an excellent decision.  Very rarely is there any sort of hosting issue; and if there is, it is handled almost before we are aware of the problem.  Seamless is the right word here.

**What do you dislike about Kibo Commerce?**

Our biggest pet-peeve is that anything out of the ordinary, such as integration to a back-end system or an alternate pay method can be costly.  Support tickets can also be costly, depending on the cause of the problem.

**What problems is Kibo Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, Marketlive (now Kibo) provides us with a stable, professional set of websites to conduct our e-commerce business, and has done for for 11 years.  For the most part, it has helped us keep up with the ever-changing landscape that is the internet.

**What do you like best about Kibo Commerce?**

The ability to have a staging and live environment and many displays saved at once. 

The MPOC system have been a recent and great addition. That luckily is a lot better than the MarketLive product.

**What do you dislike about Kibo Commerce?**

Most of the product. The back end user interface is very complicated and very outdated. The actual process to update pages, products, and really just about anything required too many steps and too much time. On top of that, updates to the site frequently fail or come through improperly. 

**Recommendations to others considering Kibo Commerce:**

If you're going to choose Kibo, try to get onto one of their more modern platforms. That said, they're still developing their modern platforms and at this time, they're not able to support our website needs on any of them.

We use Kibo for our website and our MPOC system. We like the MPOC system a lot.

The platform is robust and easy to use, and their people are top-notch.  From project management, to strategy, to day-to-day tasks, they always provided quality support.

**What do you dislike about Kibo Commerce?**

At times, projects took a bit long to complete, but they were done correctly.  More recently, this seems to have been addressed and turnaround timing is very quick.

**Recommendations to others considering Kibo Commerce:**

Kibo offers a very robust, best-in-class e-commerce platform that has desirable features built into the product.    It is very easy for marketing team members to use the Admin tool to make updates and execute promotions on the site.  Everything can be scheduled to deploy at a specific date and time, which is great, you just set it and forget it.

Also, be sure to request Strategy sessions.  Their strategy team provided excellent guidance and helped us improve several marketing programs over the years.  


**What problems is Kibo Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to run a mid-sized e-commerce business with very few employees using the Kibo/MarketLive platform, and we were able to stay current with technology.  

They were able to customize our site to solve all of our business needs including P.O. Box shipment that could be selected during checkout, custom length hemming service, source code logic requirements, among other requirements.

I highly recommend Kibo's new NG website platform! We worked with Kibo to build a completely custom website experience for our customers. We get consistently great feedback!

Reporting is a big issue and makes it difficult for marketing to track the effectiveness of campaigns and promo codes. KIBO is missing the big picture when it comes to the importance of analytics.

KIBO is a good platform and a great value if analytics arent a priority.  I hope one day soon Kibo will make the updates needed to provide more robust analytic tools.

**What do you like best about Kibo Commerce?**

We're a mid-market online pure play; Kibo eCommerce is a much more cost-effective solution for us than, say, Demandware or even Magento would be. It's highly flexible/customizable; integrations are generally just a matter of working with APIs, so we spend relatively little time/money on development. Content management is easy. They've made big strides in functionality around returns this year; it now works very smoothly. Also, the people at Kibo are great - from product managers to engineers to support analysts to our customer success advisor. I really enjoy working with them, and when we have a question or an issue, I feel like our voice is heard.

**What do you dislike about Kibo Commerce?**

We had a fairly significant number of open cases (bugs, feature requests, etc.), but Kibo recognized that this was an issue. Some reorganization of their customer success/support operations and improved communication enabled us to make solid headway on that backlog. It would be nice if we could replicate between our sandbox and production environments, or at least be able to make a fresh copy of our production tenant to use as a new sandbox; I'm told the latter should be feasible though. Reporting is a work in progress, but that isn't a big concern for us, as GA meets our needs. B2B tools aren't very robust, but that's in the works. We've had a couple of very brief instances of downtime this year, but nothing significant. Finally, our site performance could be better, but some of that falls on us (i.e., we could more effectively optimize our images).

**Recommendations to others considering Kibo Commerce:**

Demandware is the only other ecommerce platform with which I have experience, so I can only compare Kibo to that. Kibo eCommerce offers the functionality we need, and I'm excited about their roadmap for the future. Given its cost and ease of use, I'm very happy with Kibo and would absolutely recommend it to a mid-market business like ours.

**What problems is Kibo Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Kibo eCommerce as our ecommerce platform, to sell our products direct to consumer (B2B and B2C) across two brands. In the future, we might also utilize Kibo's Real-Time Individualization product.

Kibo is a robust ecommerce provider but it is more costly than Magento but it offers more bells and whistles.

**What do you like best about Kibo Commerce?**

Their support team is very friendly and helpful. Works with our data feeds. We've used Kibo for years and successfully processed many orders with them.

**What do you dislike about Kibo Commerce?**

- Their shopping cart checkout is not very customizable and hurts conversion rate (ie: not visually nice/converty, not very clear on shipping, can only make notes like "we don't ship to PO boxes" in fine print on a page before checkout so we still get many requests to PO boxes that we can't fulfill, etc.)
-The user interface is pretty archaic - they need to get with the times!
-The reporting they offer is limited
- They've been having internal issues that result in very long payment holds (where we sometimes can't ship an order till a day after it being purchased!) and unresponsiveness of tech support. This has only happened a few times, maybe they'll get it under control?


**Recommendations to others considering Kibo Commerce:**

If you're in communication with them, make sure you can initially set up a checkout process that you think will work - taking into consideration user journey and other best practices that promote conversion. We're looking in to Quivers which seems to be better for this and slightly less costly.

You can use it as you need, and easy to manage orders. Can find things based on location and pick and choose what orders we have or are able to fulfill. I also like the rating system that shows you how well you're doing.

**What do you dislike about Kibo Commerce?**

Doesn't have UPC's anymore in the product description, that's the easiest way to look items up in our inventory. Frustrating! Also sometimes we don't get reimbursed when a customer uses a promo code on the brand's website.

**Recommendations to others considering Kibo Commerce:**

Worth a try, no pressure to use it... you can just stop whenever you want. Lots of choices for orders and easy to fulfill. They show you what the shipping cost will be and you can decide if you want to fulfill the order or not. All the associated fees are shown and they will grade you based on performance of shipping speed and cancellation rate. Returns are easy, they contact you and send them in, money is refunded. Highly recommend this program!

**What problems is Kibo Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On slower days for online sales, this helps fill in the gaps. We're able to make extra money as we are able to fill the orders. We're seeing an increase in sales when it's slower on eBay or our personal website.
