Regarding your concerns about OCR performance, the accuracy of OCR can greatly depend on the quality of the scans and the specific settings used during the OCR process. DocuWare’s OCR is designed to deliver good results in over 24 languages globally. If you are experiencing less-than-ideal OCR results, it may be helpful to review the scan quality or adjust the OCR settings to better suit your specific documents. Our support team (support.americas@docuware.com) would be happy to assist you with optimizing these settings for improved accuracy.

As for the integration capabilities, we are sorry to hear that they have not met your expectations. DocuWare offers a variety of integration options including direct interfaces for major applications like Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and SAP. We also provide configuration-based connections, connectors on a modern iPaaS platform for low-code integrations, and REST-based programming interfaces. What do you like best about DocuWare?

DocuWare allows me to keep track of orders without having to track down POs, Invoices, etc. The status of every order is right at my fingertips! If there is a billing question, I can find the order information in seconds, rather than having to search through a physical file cabinet and hope that the documents are correctly organized. What do you dislike about DocuWare?

The web forms do not give us a lot of options for customization. The appearance is clunky at best, especially for a web form in 2023. I would lofe to see the ability to customize the fonts for fields, as well as a better way to structure the form than snap to place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DocuWare?

We like DocuWare's ability to efficiently store (paper or electronic) documents, streamline processes and reduce paper. The intelligent search function makes it easy to quickly find any file, which saves valuable time. In addition, integration with other systems, such as ERP and CRM, improves interdepartmental communication and information management. Workflow - keeps us so organized. We especially like the reminders emails.
