I also dislike that it is difficult to change the filing system. The tags must be very specific and that can make it difficult to search up documents and files that you have uploaded. Recommendations to others considering DocuWare: If you know what you want your filing system and know exactly how you want it organized, Docuware might be a good fit for you. They have people to come meet with you and the person to person contact and customer service is good to have. However, it does mean that sometimes it takes some time to get things done. While DocuWare allows users to scan, store and retrieve documents, it has additional features and functionality for workflow automation.
