I love using DocuWare! It is such an amazing and easy to use platform! It securely stores all the documents from my company that my team works with! What do you dislike about DocuWare? One thing I don't like about DocuWare is the significant cost when it comes to expanding storage. I personally don't like when cloud storage is any amount of money. This service does wonders however and it is actually incredibly worth it. Thanks to this my team can work remotely and never have to deal with the stress of traveling to the office! I think that in general it's good, the tool is intuitive, but there are certain functions that are hard to find or that you have to navigate very specifically, meaning, many clicks to reach them. I have recently found that you can highlight all of the invoices you wish to fill in a certain location and they will load one after another without having to select the file destination for each one. IIf well configured in every aspect, Docuware can come in to help translate the paper-based stream into a fully digital (paperless) stream. There are no limits. After the first test flow, our company tried its hand at forms management, thus eliminating a whole series of internal documents and forms that had no digital trail. These forms can be correlated to external or internal Db for retrieval of one or more data. In our case, an integration between ERP and Docuware is a must. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
