Docuware allows users to obtain and examine Document papers in a single, easy-to-use platform. The user interface is simple and easy to use. If there is a problem with file access, there is always another file online on the backup disk since Docuware rapidly synchronizes the two. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The program is somewhat costly. The technical support is ineffective. Because Docuware's capabilities do not allow complex logic, it is challenging to create a complex workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rather than being reliant on PDFs, DocuWare users can edit and archive documents in all Microsoft Office formats and in several others. Users can also archive and view a large number of file formats including AutoCAD, video, audio, email and raster formats like jpgs and tiffs. Making sure that our software is easy to use for people with various levels of computer savvy is important to us, and we would appreciate your input.
