I actually love the way this system tracks all files, newspaper. All documents may be downloaded and structured for later use to locate them. All scanned documents are able to be marked with various info so you are able to find them when you do not understand what you're searching for. I love that I don't always have papers flying everywhere. I can keep hard copies of files if I choose but with Docuware, I don't need to do that anymore. Docuware can sometimes be very glitchy. We'll create a path for a process and it never seems to work on the first try. Or maybe it will work but somehow it will "break" and the documents don't get to the right people in a timely fashion. This could potentially be user error but I'm not sure.
