Currently, for the end user of the company, the graphical screen of the Web part is really easy to understand, without much unnecessary information, beyond what the user really needs to filter and find their documents. The import of electronic documents to DocuWare is another great feature, it can be done simply by printing the document through the DocuWare printer, a health supplement that directs the document directly to the user's default tray, or even to a particular tray if rules are set for it. **What do you dislike about DocuWare?** I have absolutely nothing to complain about regarding the team. I am happy because it works in a very unexpected way, it works very well, it allows me to edit, send emails electronic and receive them with the use of their tools everything is more secure. **What do you dislike about DocuWare?** I have no problems with docuware it has certain issues that need improvement as when sending documents or emails it is a very old system and sending emails can be boring. **Recommendations to others considering DocuWare:** I recommend previously we used our common mail services but with this there is more security and content for that reason I recommend it.
