What do you like best about DocuWare?

I like how user friendly DocuWare is and that it can be used on a mobile device for on-the-go poeple like myself. The upsides of DocuWare is the flexibility and customization for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DocuWare?

I think one of the best tools built in to Docuware is the forms. I have created many internal forms and some customer facing ones. This allows us to collect data from clients that we need to be at our Best. We are a mid sized Office Equipment dealer and we use these features for many facets of our business. We make network survey forms that allow us to get the info we need to configure the machines before delivery. It makes for a smooth transition when swapping out machines. We recently made Customer referral forms as well where customers we recently did business with us can refer someone they think might be interested in our products and services. What do you dislike about DocuWare?

There aren't many things I don't like about Docuware, but the learning curve can be a bit much for some people. Granted, they do offer their university to learn their products, but it may be challenging to some people as it is technology based skill building. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Networking and Telecommunications and I still find some of the subject matter challenging. The plus side to all of this is that their support is unwavering and very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DocuWare?

DocuWare's layout is very simple which contributes to the platforms ease of use and fast adoption rate.

It has the necessary integration with email, office etc as well as search capabilities to allow me to continue working in the application I am in (i.e. email, ERP, HR, Office) yet still store and go find documents in DocuWare quickly and easily.

It does an excellent job indexing information from documents and then leveraging that information to kick off a workflow or simply making that information available to upload into other systems.

DocuWare is a blank slate so while one could set it up on their own I would recommend having a professional Service engagement do the implementation. DocuWare can handle very complex workflows and so it is best left to experienced professionals. That being said it is quick to implement Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuWare?

It does take time to learn how to administer and build out new workflows. However, that is true for any application so I don't consider it a big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DocuWare?

DocuWare has always been the most outanding system to store and manage files and information.

I call it, 'The Perfect Library" where nothing is lost, everything is secure and those needing access are granted access using connections to existing security. For the last 25 years it has kept a solid grasp of their Document Management foundation and expanded the DocuWare world without comprimise.

DocuWare is simple to begin and offers a highly advanced capability which improves how information is captured, used, integrated and delivered. DocuWare's ability is not limited to a single set of connections but an open design allowing the design of highly advanced multiple connections which are then used by the average user on a day to day basis.

DocuWare begins with capture and ends with a well organized system that can be used to move images, data, messages and information in a ballet of workflows all designed to connect and integrate easily into existing systems and ready to connect to future systems. What do you dislike about DocuWare?

Innovation comes as such a rapid pace that it is difficult to absorbe all of the additions and capabilites as they are developed. There are news letters, blogs, videos etc but I had a magic wand I would create a common entrace way that summarizes all of this information and links to the complexities in commonly defined groups. What do you like best about DocuWare?

The best thing about DocuWare is when things are labeled correctly, I can find any document with the metadata and/or full-text search across 25 locations, 5 business units, and 900 employees. It is the ultimate self-service for pulling employee records, sales contracts, maintenance agreements, statements of work, or anything, for me, going back 18 years. For the folks importing and labeling documents, there are integrations and on-ramps making import simple and between intelligent indexing, click, indexing, OCR, AutoIndex, and workflow capturing your metadata is quite simple and easy. What do you dislike about DocuWare?
