Ease of cloud deployments. Pricing model for clients in the cloud. The Intelligent Data Capture solutions. Ease of basic configuration.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

Worklfow does not have enough built-in actions or rules. It requires too much scripting. Pre-configured cloud solutions are not transferrable to on-premise.

We are a reseller and leverage DocuWare to solve our clients business challenges using process automation and content services using DocuWare.

System is accessible from anywhere an internet connection is available.

There were some issues with the notifications this past weeks, but it seems to be resolved.

We are able to process documents in many different departments within our company. We are currently using the product for HR document storage and retention policies, as well as AP Invoice processing and matching.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

Docuware allows users to obtain and examine Document papers in a single, easy-to-use platform. The user interface is simple and easy to use.  If there is a problem with file access, there is always another file online on the backup disk since Docuware rapidly synchronizes the two.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

The program is somewhat costly. The technical support is ineffective. Because Docuware's capabilities do not allow complex logic, it is challenging to create a complex workflow.

**What problems is DocuWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docuware Reduces time constraints, and the query while searching makes it easier to locate what you're looking for than an old dusty file cabinet full of old, unreadable, or even fading documents.

The ability to scan documents and have them automatically route to the appropriate individual or department is extremely helpful. The search feature is also very useful.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

There are a few things that I dislike about DocuWare. First, the software can be a bit complex and difficult to learn. Second, customer support can be a bit spotty at times. Finally, the pricing can be a bit high for some users.

DocuWare is simple, easy, and effective. Our new users coming on board have no issues learning the ropes and quickly take control of their document trays and learn how to navigate the file cabinets with ease.

The cost to increase storage while on the Grandfathered plan is expensive, but it allows us to have unlimited users. We currently needed to add to storage modules to house our data which is growing.

Streamline your file uploads for quick search capability online, anywhere, then DocuWare is for you.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

I love how customer service-oriented this company is. When my company asked for me to find a solution like Docuware offers, I made many phone calls to multiple vendors. Docuware was the only one able to explain their product to me in a way that I, as an IT person, could understand. During their software implementation, our Docuware project manager was always a quick phone call or e-mail away to resolve any issues we experienced. After implementing the software, the very few problems we encounter get quickly resolved by their help desk team. I have been impressed with this company and will gladly recommend them to others looking for automation solutions.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

Nothing bad I can say about this company.

**What problems is DocuWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AP and invoice Automation. Invoicing was a headache for our AP team to organize just by email. Invoices would go lost; invoices would go past due occasionally due to this problem. No longer an issue.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

I have been in Document Management since the 90s and have been exposed to many higher-priced solutions. DocuWare's user Interface is by far the best in the industry. Training my clients on both Administrative and End User functions, consistently yield positive comments.  Easy to understand screens that are built from the user's perspective, not the programmers.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

Lack of integration points, but that is being worked out over the last few years.

Take a quick tour or demo with a DocuWare professional and you will see what a nice product they have.

moving into digital storage and retrieval. i can retrieve items in just seconds with no help. Instead of files and file cabinets. The response time for getting documents to other co-workers who are not on the system astounds them how quick and accurate

i still have to review daily for "indexes to be reviewed"  where not complete scans lay awaiting completion

the help desk from our supplier Impact is great . any docuware issues we run into are assisted professionally by docuware trained help desk.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

Most people think of docuware as a database of documents. However, with Docuware forms I can collect any random data I want. Then I can use that data any way I want.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

My biggest complaint with docuware cloud was user administration however with Docuware 7 the cloud can sync with active directory. Now my biggest complaint is that it is slow.

**Recommendations to others considering DocuWare:**

If you are going to integrate with other systems make sure you find out what is required by the other systems before you start building file cabinets

**What problems is DocuWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to use paper for everything. We have 9 different locations and the paper would take forever for snails to deliver it between sites. Not only that but for some things that needed approval from several different people it could get lost between people. Now with Docuware workflows things are put in docuware and instantly directed to the person or people that need to act.

I would opt for the cloud version of DocuWare - so many more benefits available than on prem version.

Docuware is accessible from wherever I am, it's extremely fast, and my support team is amazing.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

If the mobile app can be improved to function like the cloud version, it would be even better.

If you have an AP or AR department, Docuware is a necessity. Especially with a multi-divisional organization.

No issues, many benefits. Accessibility of my documents, quick searchability, workflows and document routing are all benefits I've experienced since installing it.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

Scanning is a breeze and finding files afterwards is made simple.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

I am quite new to Docuware so did take a little getting used to. Docuware software is easy to use. Only dislike is the way things are set up, can make searching for documents a bit hard. I think this could be corrected internally with the people using the program and our tech team, if we change some of our settings.

**Recommendations to others considering DocuWare:**

Am new to docuware. Used to other programs that big corporations use for storing documents internally, or even just use of paper copies rather than scanning software. Docuware makes scanning, storing, and searching quick and easy. I think anyone, regardless of previous experience would be able to use this software without any issues.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

I love that it is web-based, so I can now store things either from work, or when working remotely at home. File cabinet store fields can easily be changed, and you can create as many fields as is humanly necessary to be able to search on. File cabinets are also created really easily - you don't have to be an IT person to understand how to create, edit or work within DocuWare.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

The only thing I dislike is that there need to be more options are far as exporting documents out of Docuware. I would love to be able to export out with all details used to store the document. Some of the search options need to be tweaked a little in order to be able to search for exactly what you are wanting.

**Recommendations to others considering DocuWare:**

The possibilities are really endless when it comes to being able to store, organize and search within this application. There are many store options when using the desktop software. There are many more options when it comes to viewing and downloading information from DocuWare. Because it is web-based, items can be retrieved from anywhere that you can connect to your network, and they can be downloaded in several different formats. Not to mention, since it is web-based, there are no issues with overfilling your storage space.

**What problems is DocuWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has become a place for me to store all of my valuable work documents and has come in very handy in audit times. And, I can customize as many store fields as I want to, to be able to sort my documents the way I need for different purposes. It is easy to understand and easy to use, especially when you are put on the spot to find something fast. As long as you have stored items correctly, it is one of the best audit tools I have.

Our HR use this application in the process of hiring new employees. The HR department in Home Health Care Services requires a lot of paper works and verifications before allowing the aides to work. Before aide have to fill up one application, then another application, then a few questionnaires. A lot of information is identical. With DW, HR spends 15 minutes filling up all forms necessary. With DW workflow, I know an applicant's status and never miss or lost a single paper. Hiring with DW cut the processing time by 60%.

DocuWare gives me quick access to look up a student's record. I can answer either a graduation verification or an alumni question on graduation date or whether or not I have an immunization in SECONDS.  This product makes me work smarter not harder.

My cons are very user-based.  I don't like the scrolling capability in the search results and wish I could more easily see the doucments in a file (like blow up the thumbnails).

Again, I am able to do graduation verifications in just a matter of how long it takes me to type in the alumni's name.  During Covid and working from home it has been a life saver that I can do every aspect of my job from my home.

We use docuware as a simple workflow management system as well as a paperless system. My favorite part is being able to search via full text. This allows documents to be found in the event a search field was typed incorrectly.

Sometimes the system will lock up if a user works a little too fast for it.

**Recommendations to others considering DocuWare:**

Request tutorials rather that having someone come on site to train. the tutorials are more helpful and anyone can really set this up on their own especially if they are are familiar with technology.

As a business, we have a lot of calls from customers disputing certain charges. With docuware, other departments are able to answer certain questions by being able to look up documentation and backup within docuware, rather than having to transfer a customer over to another employee.

You knew in being able to save information, files or data. However, it offered us a secondary function allowing us to send files from emails but not any email system is possible with encryption, this means that it prevents any email from being tracked and allowing it to reach the client safely, which for us is perfect because the sending of invoices is safe so that the client is calm about their data.

I think the features that it has offered us are very good, much more complete because it also offers us to send emails and save files, that is, it is very detailed, in my opinion, its use and detailed is pleasant.

A software with several features that allow us not only to save information in the clouds but also to use it to send emai.This is one of the main features it offers and I find it extremely professional because it keeps everything safe, preventing third parties from stealing information for me. It is extremely important to maintain security, it is incredible I love how it works, the ease of sending emails and uploading them is handled.

It definitely works in a correct way, I do not think it has a negative point against it, however I think they can improve its interface something more futuristic or newer, it feels very old although it does not affect the use or the program, it can improve to give the user a new interface .

I recommend because we have seen very different results from other types of software that handle the same characteristics. The negative point is the interface does not interfere with its operation but it would be perfect to improve it, even so it works I recommend it.

I like the system because it allows me to keep all my information protected in the cloud in a cloud that is totally different from the normal processes that some programs like Azure or dropbox have implemented among others, because this is a totally different system where we can send emails or receiving emails and all this process encrypted to avoid the loss of information or theft and in turn saving information in the cloud is an extra tool which is essential for us when sending emails to use this information without having to upload it again, which saves us time.

The system has been very necessary to improve the capabilities of sending an email taking the information much closer if the need to upload files or documents each time an email is sent, when the email is being sent it is much easier to have it at hand. hand, however there are points in which it must improve as the servers and on all the mail interface it is very obsolete and it is not pleasant like other mail services.

Obviously I recommend the service because until now it has given favorable results and optimal solutions to be able to provide secure emails and that they reach the destination in a correct way without loss of information, however the point that must be updated or improved to make a service much more optimal is its interface.

The work team saves a lot of time, also providing the opportunity to eliminate the use of paper in our offices and allows them to work from anywhere.

This system that we use is to keep all the information protected in a site very similar to the cloud because it has the same protection mechanism but with other additional tools since we can also send information and emails with any data that we keep stored in the base, it is a system that for us has been very brilliant in the sense that we can keep all the information protected and also at hand to be able to send an email safely.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

It is clear that this system of Docuware and sending emails is very different from any regular mail, whether it is Gmail or Outlook, because this is a little more obsolete, its tools are old but they do their job, we can be used to their system much more updated and therefore may be a negative point for the software since we get used to it again but to something old.

I recommend the system and the service because it worked very well and has given favorable results and we are happy with what it has shown us, so far without problems.

It was definitely one of the main services that solved information problems due to the large number of files that we had on the computer. Saving Documents in the cloud is a process that can be very simple, however they are unique characteristics, Docuware allows us to save the information and be used to send by email when we need it. It is a system for saving documents, images or files that I They allow you to use it whenever you need and it will be at hand so we can send secure and encrypted emails I think it is great to keep loved tools in a single system.

Simply some of its usual problems may be the lack of complexity in the creation of emails because we come from emails such as Hotmail or Gmail it can be totally different from the use of Docuware, however it is a much older system but it has functionalities of these emails as the creation of a text, the introduction of images, it is only to adapt to the system.

This platform allows you to automate and establish continuous performance in addition to an intelligent digital workflow. Using it is very easy, its interface is organized and allows you to digitize documents with the services it provides in the cloud. The basic functions of document management for an administration is incredible.

The experience we have with Docuware is very good, the only detail it has is that we have many employees outside of an office, they travel a lot for commercial reasons and they are the main beneficiaries of a mobile application, unfortunately this does not happen at the moment they should improve this, and offer the user a more complete experience in all areas, but nevertheless we are happy with the results obtained.

We use this application to store documents, this allows us to eliminate all the accumulated paper files and maintain a more organized and clean record in addition to digitizing them. Also the time savings we have now is great, the tools and controls provided by this platform are easy to use and without it, the working hours are too many, for the registration process, documents and the application process. We generally use it to balance and control data processing.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

I actually love the way this system tracks all files, newspaper. All documents may be downloaded and structured for later use to locate them. All scanned documents are able to be marked with various info so you are able to find them when you do not understand what you're searching for. For safety reasons, different people might have various lock systems or maybe administrative controls put in between them.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this particular program.

I like I do not always distribute the files of mine. I can conserve a printout of the file in case I wish to, but I do not need to with Docuware. The power to save PDF files is quite effective since we cannot always create on an actual file. The download feature is actually great in case you simply want to display a specific number of files and never have to check out each one. Docuware has a great deal of details and it appears you are able to tailor the information on your business wants.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

Docuware can often be very buggy. We produce a route for this procedure, but it never appears to work the very first time. It might be a user mistake, however I am not sure.

In case you're looking for an affordable means to automate AP as well as invoice import, DocuWare is certainly the answer for you.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

I love that I don't always have papers flying everywhere.  I can keep hard copies of files if I choose but with Docuware, I don't need to do that anymore.  Having the ability to notate the PDF files is super helpful since we can't always write on the physical document itself.  The download function is great when you need to sift through a lot of papers easily without clicking through everything.  There is so much detail in Docuware and it seems you can edit very granularly to cater to the business's needs.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

Docuware can sometimes be very glitchy.  We'll create a path for a process and it never seems to work on the first try.  Or maybe it will work but somehow it will "break" and the documents don't get to the right people in a timely fashion.  This could potentially be user error but I'm not sure.  It would be super helpful if there were more beginner tutorials or classes available on how to get started with Docuware.

**What problems is DocuWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are definitely solving the problem of having papers everywhere.  Docuware gives us a place to log in and look up documents from yesterday or from years ago.  It's great to be able to search using the "*" and using a keyword.  I love that it pulls up all the possible files I could be needing.  Docuware has cleared up an awful lot of desk space for myself and my coworkers!

DocuWare, in the opinion of mine, is actually a really complete and service that is fast since it enables me to keep documents safely and make use of them when I want. The security of our files is very critical we've no problems with tracking or perhaps losing info to others. We have been making use of this service for much more than one year and we are pleased to see it really works in a different way: the security as well as support system is much more secure compared to our cloud system.

It goes against from some other storage methods in it gets to a level where it may be utilized for its own labor.

I like the workflow designer. It is pretty intuitive to use and helps organize tasks amongst teammates. I find it very easy to find documents in the system. The stamping system is a very nice feature as well.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

The weak part about the workflow is that it doesn't allow parallel tasks so if a user is a bottleneck the downstream users can't complete their tasks while waiting.

We make sure all the approvers of our loans review the required document before approving the loans and funding the borrower.

I actually love the fact that DocuWare is able to handle various kinds of documents and store lots of. We are able to access our DocuWare accounts from any unit and synchronize account options and file management, and that is extremely convenient. DocuWare is offered on a variety of operating systems, and that is quite handy for us! Many DocuWare functions are extremely useful.

The cost is actually great, however, not the just like for similar online magazines and switching os's. Moreover, DocuWare isn't as popular as some other platforms, so for several clients with DocuWare is hard.

You have to use DocuWare to produce a far more specific work as well as file sharing setting to stay away from personal contacts, messy email chains and meetings.

The system we use is actually created to protect all of the info on the site, a little as cloud computing, since it's the same safety mechanisms, but with extra resources. Because we are able to send out emails and messages with all of the information we've saved in the database of ours. This particular system is actually excellent for us since we are able to guard all info by sending it properly, anywhere, whenever!

Naturally, this particular Docuware and email process is quite distinct from regular emails, is this is Gmail as well as even still Outlook, since it's more out.
