It is such an amazing and easy to use platform! It securely stores all the documents from my company that my team works with! It also makes it so easy to view documents wherever you are! You are not limited to being in one location! It is so seamless to upload and view documents! **What do you dislike about DocuWare?** One thing I don't like about DocuWare is the significant cost when it comes to expanding storage. I personally don't like when cloud storage is any amount of money. This service does wonders however and it is actually incredibly worth it. However that doesn't change the fact that it still will cost you money and I am not a fan of this. Everything else about this service is amazing though! **What problems is DocuWare solving and how is that benefiting you?** DocuWare makes it so easy for my team to upload and access documents anywhere! Thanks to this my team can work remotely and never have to deal with the stress of traveling to the office! Its also amazing how all our documents are safe and secure so no one can mess with the government documents we work with! Its also so easy for new onboarding employees to get used to! ### 2. It helped my existing team work more efficiently and get more done with the same resources. It has a UI I like and they seem to be adding features like AI to improve the product more. Support helped with any problems and good to work with. **What do you dislike about DocuWare?** One thing worth keeping in mind is that the setup and overall workflow design require some upfront planning. To get the most value out of DocuWare, it really helps to start with a clear picture of your processes, your folder structure, and how user permissions should be set. As I use this on a daily basis to file and search I find that the system overall is very good. **What do you dislike about DocuWare?** prior to finding the hack mentioned it was the fact that you had to click into each one, but not it would be the fact that it doesn't always find the document you need in the search option if you are been vague **What problems is DocuWare solving and how is that benefiting you?** filing online allows people who are not at the office and connect remotely to be able to search for documents that would otherwise be filled in a specific location. ### 9. There are no limits. After the first test flow, our company tried its hand at forms management, thus eliminating a whole series of internal documents and forms that had no digital trail. These forms can be correlated to external or internal Db for retrieval of one or more data. In our case, an integration between ERP and Docuware is a must. **What do you dislike about DocuWare?** In our case we made use of the Cloud license.
