Whenever I need assistance, their Support team responds within minutes. We have it set up so users are linked with our system to automatically bring in new employees. This saves us time, since we no longer have to manually enter users. Mostly it has been contained to our learning and development team but not it is more open where anyone can create their own trainings. Now we have a wide range of topics and course that are available.
