What do you like best about Thryv?

Thryv has recently acquired Keap. While Keap has been a force in the small to medium business space, the merger has created some uncertainty. Keap is still continuing on and remains it's functionally the same 'self' but as a developer, I'm seeing many ask what it's future holds. But this merger creates greater stability for Keap and Thryv is working hard to make the pair a better service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thryv?

It seems that the appreciation and attention to developer community has been a bit dialed down. Developers, especially those that focus on integrations, only can make thryv/keap more useful and accessible to their customers and investing in the developer community can only help drive more sales. What do you like best about Thryv?

When i comes to marketing automation, Thryv is the best I have used. It comes with awesome features for lead capture, lead scoring and handles email marketing really well.

In addition to scheduling, the tool also makes it easy to design and build landing pages.

I like the social media marketing features and the fact that using and understanding Thryv is straightforward.

What do you like best about Thryv?

What I like best about Keap is how it brings everything together in one place—CRM, email marketing, automation, and payments. The automation workflows are incredibly powerful yet easy to set up, which saves me hours each week. I especially appreciate how simple it is to track leads, follow up automatically, and move contacts through different pipelines without anything slipping through the cracks.

The integration between contact records and email sequences is seamless, so I can personalize communication at scale while still making each client feel valued. What do you dislike about Thryv?

Keap is powerful, but the learning curve can feel steep at first—especially if you’re new to automation or CRMs. Some of the features are tucked away and take time to fully understand, so it can feel overwhelming until you get used to the system. The price point is also higher than some competitors, which may be tough for very small businesses or solopreneurs. We have been using Keap for quite a long time, and it has delivered good results in generating and managing leads. It has also helped us keep track of our leads, many of whom eventually become clients. Additionally, Keap provides regular reminders to connect with our contacts. What do you like best about Thryv?

Since acquiring Keap, Thryv has made some helpful upgrades to small functionalities within the email marketing and automations. Things are a bit more user-friendly and emails are more customizable. What do you dislike about Thryv?

This CRM needs to make it easier to acquire useful analytics to improve marketing and webpages. They began building some tools for a while, then abruptly removed them. What do you like best about Thryv?

I like that after moving under Thryv, everything feels a bit smoother. The CRM, emails, and automations still work the way I’m used to, but the platform feels more stable now. Guess they changed their name again. While they are still trying to find their selves regarding naming they have a solid understand of CRM and business operation software. Working at an organization that uses SalesForce, i miss the simplicity of Thryv. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They keep making updates that don't help our company at all, and there are bugs all the time. When contacting their support team, you have to teach them how to do what it is you're trying to do that is broken and they ALWAYS have to escalate it to a higher support member and get back to you.
