What do you like best about Membrain?

I appreciate that Membrain is very customizable. We're in the construction industry that has several competing CRM programs but we've stuck with Membrain for over 10 years due to the customer support, flexibility, and value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Membrain?

Inability to use or report from custom fields, depending on where you're exporting from. Inability to break down the annual goal into different sizes of quarterly goals. (We have certain quarters requiring more sales, Membrain divides the annual goal evenly)

Can't export history (wins/archive/etc) from a contact. Would like to export our employees win history as a means to verify resumes we use on proposals.

Would like to see more flexibility in the layout on sales projects and contacts. (E.G. - when you create dashboards and have the ability to move them around on the view and change the size, etc.)

What do you like best about Membrain?

What I appreciate most about Membrain is its intuitive design and high level of customization. I rely on it every day to monitor new projects and oversee customer accounts, and it adapts seamlessly to our unique requirements. The platform is very user-friendly, accessible from both my computer and my phone, and provides excellent visualization tools, including dashboards, graphs, and trend tracking. It enables me to keep all project and customer information organized and easily accessible in one place, which has significantly enhanced our team’s efficiency and collaboration. What do you dislike about Membrain?

Occasionally, the dashboards can be a little slow to load or respond, though I suspect this is due to the large volume of data I’m working with rather than an issue with the system itself. What do you like best about Membrain?

Mebrain is process software. It makes business operations, especially around growth, repeatable, predictable, and scaleable.

We've adopted the software in each part of our organization, and have built a core service offering around the product, paired with our IP and training, to sell to our primary customer.

The team is staffed by humans, versus large company drones. They'll take time to hear feedback, and sincerely care about helping you use and adopt the software.

There are quite a few integrations, including Zapier -- which makes it easy to get it talking. The API and webhook documentation is also public, and we've built our own hooks into the software straightforward enough.

Once people are trained, it is easy to see the impact of the software. Much like riding a bike, you are fine once you've practiced.

We use the software in our daily applications, as well with every sale and customer we support. It's the core of what we do.

When it comes to roll out, they have a structured onboarding plan (ClearPath) that should be mandatory, but you can choose to opt out of. When we onboard customers, we also provide an onboarding service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Membrain?

There is a learning curve, as with every software. Even with our offering, which makes the product fully customized, a customer will get out of membrain according to their investment.

you can't expect to get up and functional with only a couple hours of videos. You need to plan a structured onboarding.

What do you like best about Membrain?

Easy to use & really straight forward, the thing I like the most so far, is the active pipeline screen it always keep me on my toes with my active leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Membrain?

When I am on the active pipeline screen (is then one I use the most), when I place the mouse cursor on the sales projects shown a window pops out with the project information which is ok, but there's something missing that would be really helpful for me and my organization, that would be the project sales number. In order to get the SP-# I have to access the project and that's kind of a push back when I want to do a quick check.

Updating my review, the best thing of Membrain so far it's the flexibility when it comes to customization based on your needs, for example, the situation exposed in the previous paragraph was really easy to fix thanks to it's customization flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Membrain?

I use Membrain mainly for prospecting, pipeline management, account management, and reporting.

What I like the most is that the reports are very clear, the platform is highly customizable, and it really guides me step by step to be successful in what I do. On top of that, I can set up small milestones that I can customize along the way, which helps me always know I’m on the right track.

As for improvements, even though Membrain has all the information I need, sometimes it can be a bit difficult to find certain features or resources without digging into the academy.

What do you like best about Membrain?

I have not been using the system as long as my predecessor; however, I do enjoy all the customization that can be input in the system to help track any and all things related to sales. The support team is very helpful as it is a robust system that can do a lot. It may not be the easiest to use at first, but after you have everything setup as you like, it's easy to work with. There are some areas of the dashboard that are a little difficult to setup charts, etc. Part of this is due to how my predecessor defined tasks, etc.

We are curious to hear more about your experience and the difficulties you have encountered in creating graphs in the dashboard; we naturally want you to make the most out of this feature.

In terms of preset templates, this is something we already have in place, precisely to help you get started.

We offer prebuilt analytics views, such as the Active Pipeline, Performance, and Win/Loss Analysis views, as well as graph templates in Dashboards to start you off, which you then can fully customize to your liking. In Dashboards, when clicking "Create new graph" and selecting a module, you will find a templates gallery on the right-hand side of the dialogue.
