I appreciate that Membrain is very customizable. We're in the construction industry that has several competing CRM programs but we've stuck with Membrain for over 10 years due to the customer support, flexibility, and value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Inability to use or report from custom fields, depending on where you're exporting from. Inability to break down the annual goal into different sizes of quarterly goals. (We have certain quarters requiring more sales, Membrain divides the annual goal evenly)
Can't export history (wins/archive/etc) from a contact. Would like to export our employees win history as a means to verify resumes we use on proposals.
Would like to see more flexibility in the layout on sales projects and contacts. (E.G. - when you create dashboards and have the ability to move them around on the view and change the size, etc.)
