**What do you like best about Membrain?**

The user-friendly interface is not complicated to use, everyone can just sign up and start using Membrain. Also, I like the easy flow setup and clear steps, not to mention creating tasks and picking up client info from the internet on the fly. We were able to integrate it with Slack easily. It's got great customer support and using it frequently (Everyday) has never been easier

Nothing much it's a tool specialized in sales and only needed for it

**What do you like best about Membrain?**

Membrain allows me to stay present in meetings/calls and remain organized and on task when I'm not. My processes and next actions are easily staged for quick daily admin time, so I can focus on being the best consultant possible. I spend very little time keeping Membrain up-to-date and at a glance, I know the next actions for every deal,  prospect, and account and what my forecasted revenue is.

The best part is that Membrain allows me to easily configure people-first processes instead of trying to force our sales team into a solution-specific box.

**What do you dislike about Membrain?**

Getting custom report dashboards set up initially is a tad cumbersome but understandable, and the built-in dashboards are quite robust out of the gate.

Prioritization, mental focus, visibility, standard operating procedure, accountability.

**What do you like best about Membrain?**

Find the software easy on the eye with the whole process from lead to sale a simple process. 
Creating content for internal and external use is a big plus
The integration with Outlook and Teams is slick and works well for setting up meetings.
The lead qualifier feature is great for filtering out leads that don't fit.
Also love the option to allow customers and potentials book in time with Membrain Meet

**What do you dislike about Membrain?**

Can be slow at times.
Integrations with our Zoho accounts (though this can be done via Zapier) but would like to see financial data within a customer record.
The ticketing feature is quite new but in time would like a customer portal where users can log on to see and update the progress of their tickets

**What problems is Membrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main problems with our sales process is the turnover of staff and having to retrain. Membrain's approach by implementing coaching and content makes the whole process a lot simplier and ensures all users follow the same process. Having an integrated ticketing system ensures all information is in one place.

**What do you like best about Membrain?**

The Membrain CRM is a very robust CRM solution that can be customized to our specific business needs. Our company creates custom automation solutions for all manufacturing facilities, thus creating the need to develop unique process for the different business units we focus on.

**What do you dislike about Membrain?**

I don't have a dislike that stands out about the software. If I run into a challenge the customer support team always has the answer and is quick to assist me.

**What problems is Membrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company operates in three unique business areas; palletizing & logistics, the pallet industry, and manufacturing automation. The system solves the problem of needing different software to manage and supporting our sales team. Membrain allows us to operate in one software system, but manage all aspects of our sales needs.

The UI is excellent and easy to use.  Signing up for an account is easy and pricing is straightforward and easy to understand.

I havent found any yet.  It has been able to do everything that I have needed it to do and more so far.

one of the problems Membrain solves the problem of putting an understandable structure on a sales process and making it easy for any salesperson in the organisation to pick up a client from where it was left with a past salesperson.

**What do you like best about Membrain?**

Being able to embed a milestonne centric sales procress directly into the CRM including video to help users as they go. Easy of transitioning a a lead to sold to project. Having used all the heavy weights over the last two decades as a user and also having been in the Tier 1 & Teir 2 ERP integration space, this is by far the best milestone centric CRM system.

**What do you dislike about Membrain?**

Nothing really. It does what its suppose to do unlike some other CRMs which are over bloated and complicated.

Is super effective in managing the sales and project process saving time and money. Great transparency in the pipeline tracking and alerts. Keeps our projects on track.

**What do you like best about Membrain?**

The flexibility to work and optimise our different sales processes. Easy to create dashboards and engage the sales team.
One of our primary reasons was also the integration with Hubspot to create better synergies and follow-up between our marketing and sales teams. 

Easy access to support via Chat directly in the products which I consider a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Membrain?**

Room for improvement on duplicate handling to avoid manual corrections. 

The plus with flexibility also can create a complex onboarding for new salespeople in our team to be able to find the right way to use Membrain.

Room for more standard integrations to ex. ERP

Sales pipeline management and a better way to maximize and adjust our sales process to our different customer segments and products

It's just made for salesprocess. It's also made to easily tweak to your needs.  This means you can put in your sales pitches directly in the process. You can also put videos and other training material straight in the CRM, with links to this straight in the sales process.

This is a hard question as there is very little that doesn't work. Probably that they aren't always online on the chat...

It has turned into a processtool to make sure our sales people follow our sales process. We are not there yet, but long term we could sit someone new down infront of Membrain and it would train them how to sell according to our process, with very little input from us.

Membrain was recommended by our Sales Trainer/Coach who is exceptional!  It's incredibly easy to use and configure.  Once configured it walks sales reps through the sales process to ensure prospects and opportunities are fully qualified to keep the pipeline data clean and meaningful.  Setting and tracking sales goals are equally easy to do.

**What do you dislike about Membrain?**

It's possible I haven't set up the Outlook integration properly but I wish I could just email contacts from Outlook and copy a Membrain email address so the record is updated automatically.  That's the only thing I can think of.

Tracking prospect and customer data, notes, pipeline, and sales rep activities and performance.

How easy it is to create my own dashboards and track my progress in a visual way. It stores all the customer information I need and keeps me focused on my tasks.

Sometimes there can be duplication of dashboards but that is something that I can change.

Keepign track of customer correspondance

The possibility to work with and develop the sales and prospecting processes are fantastic. In our company we need to continuously develop and adapt our sales process to align with different customers buying journey. For this Membrain is the best I have ever came across.

**What do you dislike about Membrain?**

So far I really can't find a true downside for Membrain. Of course there is roome for improvement. Personally, I would appriciate a little bit more automation features But I believe it's important that you as a possible customer are aware of and understand the idea behind. If you don't do that you could possibly end up with a disappointment.

**Recommendations to others considering Membrain:**

Invest time into fully understanding the logic and idea behind Membrain. I personally believe that, especially, value selling companies has a lot to learn from the creators of Membrain.

Membrain is designed to help salespeople sell better. This design intent influences everything from the easy process setup to all the other add-ons and integrations. It's designed to improve the effectiveness of salespeople.

I've yet to find something about it that doesn't help me get better.

I know exactly where I stand on all deals, and my pipeline is accurate.  The processes and methodologies align with the strategy. I am more effective and focused. Also, account management is now actionable inside Membrain so we don't waste time building other reports and presentations that are never used again.

Membrain is the least redundant CRM I've used. The design is intuitive and modern, making it easy to use and pleasant to view. The features make sense and flow into each other.

**What do you dislike about Membrain?**

The app has no night mode! Automatic email importing is also a little finicky and unreliable but it works most of the time.

**What problems is Membrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Membrain solves our problem of tracking prospecting, sale cycles, and account management. Having one functional app for this purpose provides a central hub to conduct work out of.

Unlimited customizable process that work! It's very simple to make each process custom to your company, without unnecessary IT involvement. Adoption rates are high after our onboarding.

Nothing. It's working seamlessly. Once users were fully onboarded, it's become part of our daily activity use and our sales process.

Ease of use, Easy visualization, on the spot coaching...all customizable.  We can easily forget stages and steps in a sales process, but Membrain holds us to our processes and actually shortens the sales cycle.

How creative the CRM is,  it makes the sales process visually appealing and easy to navigate.  It grows with us and our growing sales team.

Nothing to really dislike at all, there are a few filters that i wish we could add but other than that small thing nothing.

If you are searching for a new CRM that's easy to use with up to date technology,  Membrain is for you.

I while I appreciate custom fields there are so many. I'd rather have less options to choose from. In a busy work day I don't have time to be so detailed

The prospecting tool, we tried it and it was not great or had the functionality we required.

**What do you like best about Membrain?**

Good to keep information organized, and easy to navigate even for new users. They are happy to communicate if we want to add new features to keep track of our business.

**What do you dislike about Membrain?**

We wanted to automate for specific data to be synced from Salesforce into Membrain, but it did not fully work out. The good side - it is really easy to import those data manually, and we did not have any errors while doing that.

**What problems is Membrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping information organized - both for the Sales team and Account Managers. When the projects are handed over, it is really easy to follow up on all the necessary info to successfully work. Also, easy for Top managers to do an in-depth check of the progress/status of accounts.

The only problem with I find you can't edit headers according to your requirement also I understand it's data protection but fetching data in Excel form would be also easy

Our sales managers are now able to see areas in the sales process our account managers are having difficulty with and can help coach them through those obstacles.

**What do you dislike about Membrain?**

Some of the steps in the baseline sales process feels redundant.  Internally, we need to work on the timing of when an opportunity gets flagged as yellow or red based on our sales cycle, which is an internal issue we need to address rather than depending on the timing automatically set by Membrain.

**What problems is Membrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are now able to realize opportunities that may not be a good fit for us, or that we may not win, and we can move away from those opportunities and focus on others that we can win.

The system is very intuitive and easy to use. This is particularly helpful as I am an Admin and therefore am consistently changing processes, fields, views etc.

I would like to have rich text within the boxes when writing notes. It can look messy without proper formatting.

Membrain has solved the issue of missing notes and lack of consistency. The commercial team all now uploads notes and information which is then reviewed weekly.

If you are tired of the one size fits all bait and switch CRM options out there...Membrain is the option for you. 

I highly recommend paying a little extra for the additional onboarding and setup.  Brenda, Markie, Nate, and the rest of the team are truly amazing to work with.

Having a sales team that actually wants to use the system is refreshing. The UX experience is easy to follow, and the automation makes it easy for the team to close more deals with a repeatable and easy-to-follow process.

Love the feature that lets me know when my email was opened by prospect or customer.

One thing that comes to mind is the year of the task doesnt show up so when you see you have 3 tasks listed for the customer and one could be in two years maybe because it will time to renew their contract. The other two could be either over due or next week.  You see the month and date but not the year without opening the task.

Implement immediately.  This is by far the best one I have used.

No problems. Easy to use and operate.  I couldnt imagine a better CRM.

With Membrian´s possibility to use the  API connectivity, it provides a seamless workflow and is easy to use for everyone who has access to the system. Marketing, sales, support, and management. Including the Membrain app, we don't miss out on any interaction with our customers or in our internal communication. 
Our experience from the first contact to where we are now is very professional and well performed with fantastic support.

In all system there is room for improvment but so far there is nothing I would like to add. Membrain works continusly on improving the system and they are keeping us in the loop all the time.

Our team likes the customized prospecting activities and related timing. We can look at every prospect we have, what our activity needs to be and where we are in the process.

I wish that there were more integrations. Would be great if the team could download lead lists from LinkedIn and elsewhere. Also, as with any software, there is a learning curve.

We get tremendous support iwth Membrain. It is lackign some of the integrations that Salesforce has but is a terrific tool for the salespeople to help them manage their activity and the management team. The work of creating, refining, reporting on pipeline is much easier now.

**What problems is Membrain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Membrain's pipeline and activity tracker has been adopted by senior leadership, so we are no longer re-creating the wheel and coming up with our own sales reports. This has saved a ton of time and helped us get the entire team to maintain their individual pipelines so that we have accuracy.

**What do you like best about Membrain?**

Makes complex sales fun with a crips and clear process. The ability to integrate with various services and continously improve the way of working without a lot of work or cost is incredible. In my work as a sales manager with a team spread out geographically Membrain has become the natural and most important aspect of our sales collaboration. The team appreciates the guidance and structure and for myself I enjoy having both control and being able to change our way of working easily. We use the Sales Projects for our complex sales, Account Growth for our strategic account planning and follow up and product revenue import to track the actual value of our customers. And it just works!

**What do you dislike about Membrain?**

Hard to find anything to dislike since Membrain has really worked great in our organization. Sometimes the level of automation could be higher and thereby replacing the manual work done, but that is just a minor flaw.
