Highly customizable structure, but a learning curve for new users

That you can organize and set up a structure for almost exactly how you want the system or what you want so see. I also like the help from your support-team, very good educational and calm and helpful.

Customizable CRM with Outstanding Support

I really like Membrain for its flexibility and a wide range of features, which allows us to customize the CRM to suit our exact needs. Their customer support is excellent and has been very helpful in guiding us through the setup process step by step. It's impressive how they've taken our suggestions for minor additions on board and included them in their future development roadmap.
