I use Membrain for official purposes, specifically to enhance our customer interface and plan sales strategies based on customer details. I find it very good for storing all the past details about customers, like previous discussions and current status, which can be accessed with a click. I appreciate that it helps me find client details and data without wasting time. Membrain is easy for future planning and allows me to store and share data and white papers effortlessly through email. I especially enjoy the sharing and collection of details, using features like whitepapers and presentations that can be shared with clients or within the team quickly, without needing to open a separate email.

I love how much this platform simplifies the CRM experience. It did take me a little time to adjust after moving from Salesforce, but I’d honestly hate to have to go back to the clunky monster that Salesforce felt like. The mobile app is much easier to use and makes it simple to add notes and fill in fields with voice-to-text. Overall, I really love it.
