HR case management software helps organizations and HR personnel file, manage, and resolve all cases and requests employees submit effectively and confidentially. These HR solutions include features that help organizations create custom HR workflows, convert paper forms into digital content, provide reports and dashboards, and more.

While some HR case management software functionalities overlap with HR service delivery software, it also has features that manages highly sensitive cases involving employee relations like workplace violence, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, grievances, etc. Many also provide anonymous whistleblowing functionality to protect employees from retaliation. These products often include application integration tools (APIs) to integrate with a variety of business solutions, such as CRM software and core HR software.
