Document storage and workflow are the features particularly useful. **What do you dislike about LaborSoft?** I have to write reports for senior management, which are based on certain figures such as case resolution time, and that is uninteresting for me. **What problems is LaborSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** I must say that thanks to LaborSoft we were able to improve all the aspects related to the employee relations in our company. Its eliminated the disarray of paper documents and a plethora of emails. ### 3. Everything is promptly open in one spot, putting forth defense recovery a breeze. **What do you dislike about LaborSoft?** Producing reports that give wise information on patterns or case goal times can be a bulky interaction. The pre-assembled reports are fundamental and don't offer a lot of customization. **What problems is LaborSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** LaborSoft has smoothed out our whole representative relations process. This means more joyful workers and less possible lawful issues for the organization. ### 4. Product fulfills my wants/expectations. **Recommendations to others considering LaborSoft:** I do recommend it, yes. **What problems is LaborSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ease of scheduling and knowing the schedules of counterparts I am financially benefitting as time is money Production is complimented.
