A growth path can be implemented and also a benchmarking tool can be implemented if you have employees that are best in class. **What do you dislike about empower by AdviserPlus?** What would be helpful is that there is no learning management tool implemented. This could increase the functionality of HR Case manager as it now only benefits reviewing time management, and that is it. **What problems is empower by AdviserPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are no actual problems with HR case manager as we have implemented an additional feature for learning management and the performance of employees. Now we only do the limited manual configuration. ### 2.
