**What do you like best about FaceUp?**

FaceUp genuinely contributed to a healthier workplace environment. We evaluated several whistleblowing platforms before choosing FaceUp, and the deciding factor was customization. We needed flexible anonymity options for different scenarios and customizable intake workflows. Some reports required full anonymity, others allowed two-way communication. FaceUp handled both without workarounds. Everything was traceable, which mattered when we needed to demonstrate due process.

**What do you dislike about FaceUp?**

Honestly, it was difficult to find anything to complain about. Our experience was entirely positive throughout.

**What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used FaceUp to encourage honest dialogue between staff and leadership. It replaced a completely manual process and gave our investigations team a clear, structured system for handling every case from intake to resolution. Nothing got lost, the audit trail was always ready, and the whole process was more transparent and audit-ready than anything we had before.

**What do you like best about FaceUp?**

We were looking for a tool that could help us with internal whistleblowing process that would be easy to implement and for a decent price. 
Once talking to customer support we realized that we can use it also as an external anonymous survey tool. To have real feedback from our customers is essential for our business. We use it on almost on daily basis and it is so easy to work with customer feedback that is in one place.

It is totally perfect tool for our company

We have multiple use for the tool, initial goal was to have a whistleblowing platform and than we realized that FaceUP is also perfect to engage our consultants (=employes) to help us with company growth. And last but not least we use it for our workshop participants to gather feedback. We can easily work with feedback in one place and analyze their needs.

**What do you like best about FaceUp?**

We've recently started using FaceUp and have been impressed by how thoughtfully designed the platform is. The intuitive interface and timely notifications make it easy for the right stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, and HR to stay aligned and responsive when addressing team member submissions.

As a mid-sized custom apparel company with a distributed team, having a clear and efficient system in place is essential. FaceUp is already helping us streamline internal coordination, and we look forward to building on this foundation.

**What do you dislike about FaceUp?**

We’re still early in our adoption of FaceUp, so we haven’t run into significant downsides yet.  We did have a team member select an incorrect business area which impacts reporting, so I'm not sure if the inability to change that is a knowledge gap on our side, or something that could be improved.

**What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before FaceUp, we did not have a centralized or anonymous platform for whistleblowing or sensitive feedback. Introducing this capability has helped us foster greater transparency and psychological safety. Team members now have a secure way to raise concerns, and we have a consistent and trackable process for responding.

FaceUp also helps us coordinate effectively across Legal, HR, and Compliance without losing context or creating confusion. The ability to assign, comment, and manage submissions in one place has made it easier to take timely and thoughtful action. It is already improving how we handle complex internal feedback and escalations.

**What do you like best about FaceUp?**

Simple to use and web-based. The system is very convenient and our staff are able to use the tool without any issues. Very rarely do we receive any feedback that the tool is hard to navigate. The web-based allows us to have information/feedback in real time and staff use the tool on a regular basis so it is well received.

**What do you dislike about FaceUp?**

The analytical section could be highlighted a bit better to show high level statistics to our leadership team and our staff. I really don't have any concerns/issues though.

**What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool eliminated the problem of trust in reporting anonymously. Our staff previously complained that they couldn't trust our current practice that it was 100% anonymous and with a third-party software, this has been eliminated. We now receive lots of upstream feedback which we can now act quickly and address.

It is a really trustworthy service that can help in the fight against any kind of unfair behavior very effectively. It’s super easy to use, you can customize a lot of elements, and if you’re not feeling confident, you can always reach out to the nice and helpful customer support. Probably nothing at all. During the time I used Faceup, I did not come across any disadvantages.

I really like that FaceUp keeps getting better. The updates make it even easier to use, and I love the new options to adjust the whistleblowing form to our needs. The notifications are clearer now, so nothing gets missed. Everything still works smoothly, and we don’t need extra training to understand the changes.

Honestly, I can’t think of anything big right now. Everything works well for us, and the updates keep making it better.

We use FaceUp for all our ESG reporting as a way for users to anonymously submitted reports. It is very easy to use and our employees trust its anonymity, while our auditors love the credibility.

Nothing much, for some reason it was all in Chinese when I first logged in but I contacted CS and it was sorted very quickly.

**What do you like best about FaceUp?**

We can customize almost every part of it, and we can make multiple forms, each one of them for a different use case. Any time we ask about a feature or request that isn't there yet, the team is always willing to pass our suggestion to the IT and consider it. The platform is pretty straightforward, and the case management is great -we can have all information and documents in one place and now even track the investigation that our team will definitely be using.
The implementation was smooth and the CS team consulted with us the administration step by step as well as addressed our questions.

We haven't come across anything that we would dislike so far.

First of all, it helps us to know what's going on within the company and address any unsatisfied employees. But other than that, we've also tried it out for a suggestion box and Employee Feedback, and it has worked great so far - there are suggestions we wouldn't even consider important, but they were in the end.

Easy and stress free way to inform the higher ups when you notice something they should know about. For example when someone is struggling or dismissed at workplace and this is great tool to use when you feel like you have noone to turn to. It really promotes the openness across organisation. Also easy to use as it has intuitive interface.

I haven't noticed anything problematic or that any part of the app would be hard to navigate.

What I like most about Face up is the secure and anonymous reporting. In many cases  it's difficult to communicate your concerns, either out of fear or because people are ashamed. Here, it's possible to express yourself on everything and thus provide space for improving the company culture without unnecessary concerns. It's also necessary to appreciate the user-friendly management and excellent customer service.

First of all, I really enjoy how easy it is to work with the platform to share any of my ideas and concerns. The UI is extremely approachable, and the platform is completely anonymized, so anyone can share any feedback they like, without worrying about getting in trouble. Simply put, it's great for improving workplaces!

I have not found any negatives on faceup yet

Fortunately, he hasn't had to solve any problems yet as far as I know. But it's great that it exists and can prevent them

**What do you like best about FaceUp?**

FaceUp is a great tool for improving company culture. I appreciate its intuitive design and easy setup. The anonymous reporting feature makes people feel safer, and customer support is quick and helpful. Overall, it promotes open communication and a fair workplace.

**What do you dislike about FaceUp?**

I haven't experienced any negatives with FaceUp so far. It works smoothly and fulfills its purpose well.

**What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, FaceUp makes it easier to speak up about issues without fear, which really improves trust at work.

Covers requirements of SOC Certification
Great survey tools

It was a little rough to get started initially but once you get used to the interface, it's easy.

**What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This type of software was required to get our SOC Certification.
