First, I like the customization capabilities of Vivantio which makes it possible to align ITIL system. It makes it easy to handle customer requests thus improving customer service. I also like ease of managing and automating tickets which streamlines workflow for the support agents. Also, the tool ensures a smooth and unified view of customer information which comes in handy in ensuring we give top and individualized customer support.
