I also like how reconciliations flow. Once you click and “match” an item, you can filter it out so it’s no longer an option. This has saved hours of searching for a single transaction, since you can search by payee, method of payment, or transaction amount.

Reporting was always an issue in Sage 300. Here, you can pretty much create any report you want as long as the dimensions are available.
