I have got rid of making new accounts for the customers, easily I enter the payments and the receipts against those clients. It is equipped with so many amazing features that I remain up to date about the progress of my employees working on a certain project as I track the changes and the project progress. A couple downsides: the estimated tax payments tend to skew too big every quarter. I appreciate the fact that they are not too small, but I wish they were more accurate. Also wish that the software could give me an estimation for state taxes — I have to do this manually myself. We are using QB for Accounting, Taxation and Auditing requirements.

The main benefit of QB is our user makes entry in India and uploads the document and auditor seating in UK can verify that remotely.

The order entry, shipping, and customer portal are all quite cumbersome. Their "device hub" software for printing does not work on Macs so it is an annoying process to print packing slips and shipping labels.

I wish all of the order entry fields were visible at once instead of having to go through different tabs.

Some of the international shipping carrier integrations generate forms that could cause customs problems, we have brought this up to Acumatica and they don't seem to understand or care that they are incorrect.

The auto packaging function only takes total volume into account, (not length, width, and height) which is not useful unless you are shipping water or something that will conform to the box size...

The customer portal is very rudimentary, basically just a catalog. You can't see a photo of the product until you actually click on it, which can be confusing if you have multiple products with similar SKUs like we do. We run a small business with some unique needs. I needed an accounting solution that was not quite as full-featured as Quickbooks but more advanced than a simple homemade spreadsheet. The customer support service is not good. Also the reporting part needs to be improved . Customer Sales Reports are quite complex. Pricing is high so I don't like its pricing part much, It is best suited for small businesses but not too good for large ones as bak feed feature is also not apt. Xero has made accounting and bookkeeping very easy. Xero is cloud - based software so we can access it from anywhere and that's best. It is very user friendly. We moved from another standalone book keeping software that did not integrate with our CRM and was not a true cloud solutions, instead a remote desktop. This is solved the problem of being able to quickly access and share info. Linking to CRM was a great help for the sales team and reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The web interface could do with a little more polish. It is good, but the lack of contrast between lines in lists and distribution of whitespace is not quite right. The headers for list views take up far too much space. It is the content (my lists of receipts) that is the most important thing. The pop-up menus and filters at the top of the screen are used less and could be reduced further.

The scans of receipts turn to high contrast black and white, which is good for Veryfi's OCR engine, but is horrible to use in Xero and the web app. I think the original should also be kept.

Also, I'd much prefer PDF than jpeg. The PDF could also contain the OCR'd text as well as the (original) scanned image, which would allow for easy searching on my computer.

My only suggestion at this time is to somehow display if devices have been refreshed and/or received the latest modification. Filtering is no longer a problem with Relay. It always works and we don't have to concern ourselves with it. One major benefit we've realized is the speed of Internet traffic, especially while devices are at home, off-site. We previously used a proxy which slowed down the device's Internet speed. Multi company reconciliation is very quick and easy. Knowing my true profit on a job including committed, actual and estimated cost, couldn't do this in QuickBooks. I can quickly see how profitable each on customers are. Being ability to see attached contracts, invoices or documents associated with a project, customer, vendor or anything. In very rare situations, the system will have trouble presenting some issues regarding its functionality. Customer service is somewhat slow when giving their answers and on most occasions they do not find the right answer to solve my problem. It does not allow the reuse of tasks, once a task is performed and if I want to perform it again with new parameters, instead of editing the information I must create a new task from scratch, which is somewhat tedious to perform. It can be used as a tool to control and order the accounting information of my company, which is a great success, thanks to this system our accounting is up to date and I can access the information at any time, The results obtained with this tool were simply incredible, I highly recommend the use of this application, since it is quite accessible and ideal for small businesses that have started and want to carry out the orderly and systematic control of their accounting.
