Web analytics: when we first rolled out on Vercel, web analytics required an extra plan, and even then it wasn’t that great. Using other services like Cloud Run also didn’t give us strong analytics or insights; it felt limited to very basic information, and it didn’t seem like a core part of those platforms. The true strength of HubSpot lies not in the individual hubs, but in how they work together to create a great product. I use the core CRM hub the most, with its contacts and deals, etc., but when I need to expand, the various hubs, including Marketing Hub, help keep my processes connected and seamless. At the moment, there aren’t any straightforward native connections to Salesforce. Because of that, I haven’t been able to use the platform’s analytics capabilities, since there’s no easy way for our firm to link intakes to their corresponding statuses. Managing a huge number of feature flags through a clean UI for different environments (dev, testing, prod, ...etc.) save me a lot of time.
