Like most marketing automation tools, these platforms come with a lot of dashboards and features. Taking the time to decide what’s truly “mission critical” versus what can wait until later can save you a lot of time and money. At the moment, there aren’t any straightforward native connections to Salesforce. Because of that, I haven’t been able to use the platform’s analytics capabilities, since there’s no easy way for our firm to link intakes to their corresponding statuses. With these integrations missing, I’ve had to create my own in-house calculations to track experiment probabilities and results, using a Google Sheets-GA4 integration. My experience with FlexiFunnels has been very disappointing. Their main focus seems to be earning money, not supporting customers.

Before payment, they conduct many webinars and show big dreams and promises. But once they receive the money, the support almost disappears. There is no proper help or resolution of issues. Instead, they keep delaying until the subscription period is close to ending, and then they ask for money again to renew.

I have discussed my concerns with around 5 to 7 different members of the FlexiFunnels team over the last 2 months. Every time, I received the same typical marketing responses like “we will help you soon” or “our team will get back to you”. Unfortunately, no real help was provided.

For the last two months, I have not received any meaningful support or solution from the team—only repeated follow-ups, webinars, and marketing talks.

Overall i’m impressed with Upflowy, however I feel it’s UX & UI could be improved. Beefree makes my work a lot easier. I often need to create email professional flyers, and Beefree helps me do that quickly without needing to code. It solves the problem of spending hours designing emails manually, with its drag and drop feature, I can make professional flyers in minutes. It also lets me host images on their cloud and export the design in HTML format, which is super convenient for sending to affiliates. Locales made it significantly more expensive. They are well done, but.... The 100-item CMS limit is still restrictive, especially when working with filtered lists or complex relationships. Too many wrapper divs are auto-inserted in collection-based elements, which bloats the DOM. Native filtering and sorting should be inbuilt — not reliant on third-party scripts or hacks. Webflow lets me build a fast, scalable, and multilingual front-end for iGlowly without relying on heavy frameworks. It solves key pain points: design control, speed of execution, clean responsive output, and structured content management at scale. Combined with Supabase, it becomes a dynamic UI layer powered by external data.

Performance is very good out of the box, and SEO fundamentals (clean markup, canonical control, alt tags, hreflang, etc.) are all in place. The CMS is flexible enough to handle our complex structure — regions, cities, clinics, surgeons, treatments etc in my case — and allows rapid page generation with full visual consistency.
