I can quickly create professional-looking emails without needing to code, and the overall user experience feels very streamlined. It strikes a great balance between simplicity and powerful design capabilities. I haven't used any integrations, or AI capabilities and never needed support. Pricing is a bit elevated in my opinion. **What do you dislike about RGE Studio?** One thing I would like to see improved is support for bullet points and list formatting. This is something I use frequently when creating email content, and not having that option can make formatting more time-consuming. I also find the monthly pricing to be a bit high for my needs. While the platform offers great functionality, the cost can feel difficult to justify if you're not using it on a very regular basis. **What problems is RGE Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** RGE Studio solves a major challenge in my email workflow. The email platform I use requires emails to be built in HTML, so being able to design an email visually and then export the complete code saves a significant amount of time and eliminates the need to hand-code everything from scratch. The integrations into these many platforms is also very convenient to push emails in as campaigns. The performance of the app is very smooth and fast. As a small business we love that the pricing is affordable with the limited amount of emails we are creating. **What do you dislike about RGE Studio?** I feel like the organization of projects in the app could be improved. I find it hard to navigate and find what i am looking for with the project cards truncating project names. **What problems is RGE Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having more design tools and freedom to create emails over our Mailchimp Email Templates which is very basic. The ability to push these designs into mailchimp effortlessly is also very convenient. ### 3. The drag-and-drop UI is perfect. It takes some learning (difference between content block and row, etc.), but it is worth that initial time investment to save yourself time later. It integrates well with Outlook. I save an OTF, open it up, and send. All the formatting is preserved and it looks great when people open it. It performs well. The only performance issues I've encountered are it occasionally gives me a "sad computer face" when I'm working with large emails. That's not very common. The save status at the top is helpful. It is worth the price. Not even a consideration. I get so much use out of it, I will defend it in any budget discussion. Nobody involved thinks the price is unacceptable. Support is a little sketchy. I wouldn't know who at RGE I could go directlyto for assistance. The AI help bot is solid. I ask it questions regularly to learn new things and improve my emails. It rarely leads me astray. Sometimes the AI bot takes a circuitous route to get me the answer I need. But most of the time it is straightforward. AI bots are always a gamble. But I have no issues asking the RGE AI bot for tips. **What do you dislike about RGE Studio?** There are all these gorgeous email templates in RGE. But there is no simple way to take them and start using them. It took me a while to learn that in order to use one of the templates, I need to download the HTML to my computer, then upload the HTML back into RGE to use it. Why can't I send it directly from the template library to RGE Studio? This extra step has stopped me from trying new templates a few times. And why can I only upload 4 HTML email templates per month? I can't figure out why RGE places such a high value on templates. **What problems is RGE Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** When I started my job, we were using Outlook templates that were years old and built with tables. They were very difficult to work with. What I heard from management was, "Why not just use the old templates for all our emails? We know how to use them. Why change?" Once I showed management what the RGE Studio can do for making our emails look super sharp, there were no complaints about paying for it. The formatting is easy. Our emails look so good now, I'm actually proud to send them to employees. This wasn't always the case. ### 4. It would be really helpful if I could review the links used in the project and get notified about other possible optimizations before finalizing or sending. It allows for a much greater range of creativity and customization that we otherwise would not be afforded. **What do you dislike about RGE Studio?** The only downside I can think of is that occasionally I will have to reload the page when linking images from external sources. It's really only gotten better since I started using it about 2yrs ago when it was BeeFree. As a nonprofit having a free platform for us to build aesthetic emails is so important and the integration with RGE into Pardot is seamless. It sends emails immediately to Pardot and I'm able to make any edits in RGE and have it update the template in Pardot. Earlier, we could access templates for landing pages, but I don’t think those are available anymore. It's great for saving time because I don't have to log into 15+ different email platforms to get visuals and reports, which was tedious. Also, having an email size calculator would help with clients who have strict emailing policies.
