My experience with FlexiFunnels has been very disappointing. Their main focus seems to be earning money, not supporting customers.

Before payment, they conduct many webinars and show big dreams and promises. But once they receive the money, the support almost disappears. There is no proper help or resolution of issues. Instead, they keep delaying until the subscription period is close to ending, and then they ask for money again to renew.

I have discussed my concerns with around 5 to 7 different members of the FlexiFunnels team over the last 2 months. Every time, I received the same typical marketing responses like “we will help you soon” or “our team will get back to you”. Unfortunately, no real help was provided.

For the last two months, I have not received any meaningful support or solution from the team—only repeated follow-ups, webinars, and marketing talks.

Not recommended at all. Once you choose FlexiFunnels, your money is wasted because there is no proper support. I wasted my money by choosing FlexiFunnels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hello everyone! I highly recommend this tool called FlexiFunnel — one of the best funnel builders and course hosting platforms out there. I love its easy-to-use, plug-and-play templates and drag-and-drop funnel-building dashboard. The FlexiFunnel team provides very fast support through chat and even video calls.

I’m also teaching this tool along with my team members. One of my favorite features is the new AI FlexiBot — you just need to paste your entire business copy, and the AI bot will automatically create your complete landing page to sales page within 10–15 minutes. The results from the AI FlexiBot are absolutely mind-blowing!

I have been using Flexifunnels for the past year and have never encountered any issues with the platform. On the rare occasion that I did have a problem, the Flexi team provided instant support through chat, which I consider one of the best aspects of the service. I find FlexiFunnels easy to use, especially when it comes to designing elements like buttons. If I can't find the documentation, there's usually a helpful video that explains it. The analytics feature is great because I don't need third-party software to see how well the funnels are performing. I also appreciate the flexibility of using AI to build a funnel, which is really helpful. It saves me time, and projects get done right the first time, without needing to troubleshoot code issues, which is really time-consuming. I like that I can book a call and actually talk to a person, and there's also an AI feature for additional guidance in the chat. I recently joined FlexiFunnels services, and my experience was truly amazing! Initially, my technical knowledge and skills were almost zero but under the teachings and guidance of technical supports of FlexiFunnels, within just a few days, I was able to handle & manage so many things by my own. That was completely unexpected for me!

I find FlexiFunnels extremely beneficial for converting my offline business into an online operation with ease. I appreciate that setting up FlexiFunnels wasn’t difficult at all; starting from the fifteen days page, I found everything quite easy to implement, which is essential for smooth business operations. The platform provides outstanding module analysis and macro-level insights, which are invaluable to my business’s strategic planning. FlexiFunnels is superb in offering guidance on creating courses and systematic organization, which aids in designing professional-looking websites effortlessly. The AI builder for websites stands out as a particularly useful feature, adding significant value to my endeavors by helping to generate sales and therefore income efficiently. The seamless and straightforward integration with additional services like GoDaddy for domain hosting and other tools for payment and promotions is another highlight that I greatly value. I like FlexiFunnels for its AI Landing Page Design and Great Funnel Design. It's fantastic for creating landing pages for my Google and Facebook ads, taking only 5 minutes to design a high-converting page which saves me a lot of time. I think it should improve on their participation of the technical person assigning on the physical basis. They are not taking reporting on anything. When I want to reach to them somehow, there is a gap. Because sometime I do not have the time, and sometime they do not have the time. They should have a proper person for a particular client. I’ve been using FlexiFunnels for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed—not just with the product, but with the people behind it. Their customer service is outstanding.
