“Shopify Keeps Our Order Management Organized and Efficient”
What do you like best about Shopify?

What I like most about Shopify is how it centralizes our order management in one platform. I use it daily to monitor new orders, verify payment status, check fulfillment progress, and review return requests. Having all of this information in one place makes it much easier to keep track of customer orders without switching between multiple systems.

One feature that has improved my workflow is the order timeline. It gives me a clear history of each order—including payment, fulfillment, tracking, and customer updates—which helps me respond to customer inquiries much faster. The search and filtering tools also save time by allowing me to quickly locate specific orders, customers, or products instead of manually sorting through records.

An unexpected benefit I've discovered is how useful Shopify is for coordinating with our warehouse and vendors. Since I can easily access order details, shipping information, and fulfillment status, I can quickly identify delays, follow up on outstanding shipments, and provide customers with accurate updates. This has made our order management process more organized and efficient while reducing the time spent handling customer support requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

While Shopify is a reliable platform for managing our orders, there are a few areas that could be improved. The built-in reporting can be somewhat limited for more detailed operational analysis, so I often need to export data to Excel to create custom reports. Managing large numbers of orders can also require multiple clicks when updating or reviewing them, which can slow down repetitive tasks.

Another challenge is that some advanced features and integrations require third-party apps or higher-tier plans, which can increase costs. It would also be helpful if the search and filtering options offered more flexibility for complex order management and logistics workflows.

Overall, Shopify works well for our day-to-day operations, but improvements to reporting, bulk order management, and advanced filtering would make it even more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Shopify solves the challenge of managing orders, payments, fulfillment, and returns in one centralized platform. Instead of using multiple systems to track customer information and order status, everything is available in a single dashboard.

For my role, this means I can quickly verify payment status, monitor shipments, check fulfillment progress, and process return requests. It also makes it easier to respond to customer inquiries because I can access the complete order history, tracking details, and notes in just a few clicks.

This has improved my workflow by reducing the time spent searching for information, helping me resolve customer issues faster, and keeping our order management process organized and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Mostly solid ecommerce platform with good integrations—quirky UI and some feature gaps”
What do you like best about Shopify Plus?

It's a solid platform. The UI/UX is kind of quirky, but once you get used to it, they'll change it without warning, so nothing to worry about. Performance is generally good and you can integrate the platform with just about anything else you can think of, so it has that going for it. It's expensive, but worth the price. Onboarding and support are pretty good, but you interact with marketing and salespeople instead of anyone technical, so don't expect too much from the support folks. There are some basic AI capabilities, but none of them work very well (if at all) so don't look for that. Overall, it's a solid platform for ecommerce. Features and security are top-notch, many of the "bells and whistles" are more marketing that substance though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify Plus?

Sometimes Shopify, as a company, seems more focused on marketing and selling their product than they are in improving their products for their users. Many feature requests and suggestions seem to be ignored despite years of pleading by users. Overall, it's a good platform despite it's shortcomings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Shopify Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?

Shopify solves a lot of the integration problems you have with other ecommerce platforms. Payments, shipping, fulfillment, etc. are all provided, but as separate add-ons (for additional costs) instead of being included. But everything works together well at the end of the day. “BetterCommerce stands out for its comprehensive B2B eCommerce functionalities!”
What do you like best about BetterCommerce?

As a 20+ year eCommerce veteran, B2B eCommerce consultant and experienced solution architect, I have evaluated numerous eCommerce platforms over the years.

After a thorough demo and evaluation, BetterCommerce stands out to me for its comprehensive B2B eCommerce functionalities, robust Product Information Management (PIM) capabilities, and efficient order routing and management system.

The platform is incredibly easy to use and integrate with other backend systems like ERP's and WMS's.

They also sell the platform as 'Headless' but they also have their own native storefront available too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BetterCommerce?

The only 2 standout gaps for me are no CRM and no Marketplace module but many B2B suppliers won't need these anyway or will have alternate systems for these functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BetterCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a B2B eCommerce Consultant I am always looking for new platforms that can help meet my client's needs. Better fills many gaps that are common requirements for B2B suppliers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The upside is you can create quotes, send them to customers to be signed through Docusign. You can create multiple templates for different order requirements. The amount of options are vast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Expedite Commerce?

“Empowers B2B Operations, Needs Better Integrations”
What do you like best about Red Technology?

I like how Red Technology is deeply built for real B2B workflows, not just a basic B2C storefront retrofitted for business customers. It handles custom pricing, account tiers, net terms, purchase orders, and bulk ordering natively, so we don’t have to use workarounds or third-party add-ons. This reduces manual work and errors while speeding up the ordering process. Our B2B buyers can self-serve and are happier as a result, feeling more independent and satisfied. Also, Red Technology professionalizes our self-service portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Red Technology?

I think integrations with third-party tools require more setup. It connects with our ERP and accounting software, but it’s not always a seamless, out-of-the-box sync. We sometimes need manual checks to make sure data like inventory levels or customer terms stay aligned. Also, the search and filtering functionality in the admin panel could be much stronger. When we’re looking up orders, customers, or specific products, the filters are limited and sometimes slow. More saved filter presets and faster search would save us a lot of time daily. The bulk editing tools are not as flexible as we need. For a B2B catalog with custom pricing and large product lists, it can be tricky to update multiple items at once without running into issues. More intuitive bulk actions for pricing, categories, and customer accounts would be a huge improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Red Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Red Technology for B2B ecommerce and account management. It reduces manual work, lowers errors, speeds up ordering, and enhances customer independence and satisfaction. It handles custom pricing and bulk orders, syncing data with backend systems, and supports a professional self-service portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Truvio?

I really like how DynamicWeb is an all-in-one digital experience platform. It includes a commerce core, CMS, PIM, and Digital marketing features. While it is tailored for a B2B experience, it also supports the ability to do a B2C website. Additionally, the CMS allows you to easily share content between your different instances of the website, be that different portals for your industry or different portals for B2B/B2C. The documentation was clear and effective, there were many examples that could be found on their own GitHub, and they have a very active discord community that are always willing to help when you run into problems. It's a very modern and sleek workflow, and can solve many of the required tasks out of the box. Their hosting solution was very easy to use and at an affordable/fair price. What do you like best about PeakCommerce?

PeakCommerce offers eCommerce storefronts and embedded buying experiences that support acquisition, expansion, and self-serve purchases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeakCommerce?

Some third-party directories describe Peak-Commerce with broad e-commerce feature labels that may not reflect the current product line as accurately as Peak Commerce's own site and docs do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PeakCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

PeakCommerce mainly helps solve revenue “leaks” and reduce friction around upgrades, renewals, and billing changes by providing a single, unified way for customers to buy, upgrade, and resolve billing issues either in-product or directly within a conversation. In practice, that usually translates into higher expansion revenue, less RevOps overhead, and fewer manual billing workflows to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Entry-Level Ease with Limited Customization”
What do you like best about Sellfy?

I like Sellfy for its simplicity and straightforwardness, making it a great entry-level solution for non-techies. I appreciate how easy the initial setup was, with hardly any setup required other than connecting PayPal or Stripe. The way Sellfy handles file delivery is also impressive, especially with its file stamping feature that watermarks PDF files with the buyer's email to help prevent unwanted sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sellfy?

The main problem with Sellfy is the lack of visual and structural configuration options. There's no way to customize category pages or their URLs. You are very limited by their few settings available for product page modifications (visual modifications), and I really dislike being so limited. I understand it's good for non-techie users, but once you want or need a particular edit, you'll hit a brick wall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sellfy solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Avoid: Predatory Billing Practices & Breach of Contract”
What do you like best about Goflow?

There is nothing good about this company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goflow?

We experienced predatory billing practices and a clear breach of contract. Our Target Plus marketplace integration was suspended on March 27th, completely halting all order synchronization services and data flows. Despite providing zero operational utility or services for the entire month of April, Goflow still billed us $399. Bill was on April 2nd and we reached out to the company on April 3rd to address

When we pointed out Section 5.2 of their own Terms of Service—which explicitly limits customer liability to "up to and including the last day on which the Services are provided"—they refused a prorated refund and hid behind their "sole discretion" clauses. To make matters worse, our bank (Bank of America) confirmed that Goflow's payment processor, Adyen, actively blocked our automated ACH dispute return request.

We have been forced to escalate this by filing a formal fraud and unfair billing complaint with the New York Attorney General’s Internet and Technology Bureau (Intake #1-1254246302). Do not trust this company with your direct banking or ACH information; they will exploit technicalities to keep your money even when their system performs zero work for your business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Goflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

We originally utilized Goflow to handle multichannel e-commerce integration and order synchronization, specifically to streamline our product workflows across secondary marketplaces like Target Plus. The software was intended to solve the problem of manual order tracking, centralize our fulfillment data, and prevent stock discrepancies by keeping inventory counts mirrored in real-time.

However, any theoretical benefits were completely wiped out by the company's rigid and predatory operational practices. When our Target Plus integration was suspended on March 27th, the system mechanically stopped pulling data, transferring orders, or providing any operational utility whatsoever. Instead of helping us manage a business transition, Goflow used the interruption to collect a full $399 monthly fee for April while delivering zero services, actively breaching the liability limits outlined in Section 5.2 of their own terms. Ultimately, the software did not solve our long-term operational problems; it just created an expensive compliance and billing dispute that we have had to escalate to the New York Attorney General (Intake #1-1254246302). “Flexible, Scalable WooCommerce Storefront with Seamless WordPress Integration”
What do you like best about WooCommerce?

What I like most about WooCommerce is its flexibility and seamless integration with WordPress. It allows businesses to build and manage an online store while maintaining full control over customization, content, and functionality. Easy integration with WordPress websites. Highly customizable through themes, plugins, and extensions. Supports a wide range of payment gateways and shipping providers. Simple product, inventory, and order management. Large ecosystem of plugins and community support. The most valuable feature is the flexibility it offers. Whether it's a small online store or a more complex e-commerce setup, WooCommerce can be tailored to specific business requirements without being locked into a proprietary platform. The biggest benefit is control and scalability. It allows businesses to manage content and commerce from a single platform while expanding functionality as requirements evolve, making it a practical solution for growing online stores. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WooCommerce?

The biggest challenge is plugin dependency. While the plugin ecosystem is one of WooCommerce's greatest strengths, using many extensions can make maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades more complex over time. Large product catalogs and high-traffic stores may need more ongoing maintenance than fully hosted e-commerce platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WooCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

WooCommerce solves the problem of building and managing an online store without requiring a custom e-commerce solution. It provides the essential tools needed to sell products online while integrating seamlessly with WordPress. Simplifies product, inventory, and order management. Enables online payments through multiple payment gateways. Provides a customizable e-commerce platform that can adapt to different business needs. Combines website content management and online selling in a single system. Reduces the time and cost required to launch and maintain an online store. WooCommerce helps manage products, process customer orders, track inventory, and integrate payment and shipping workflows. The extensive plugin ecosystem also allows additional functionality to be added without custom development. The biggest benefit is flexibility and control. Businesses can create and scale their online store while maintaining ownership of their website, data, and customer experience, making it a practical solution for both small and growing e-commerce operations. “Zoey: Streamlined, All-in-One Solution for Retail Operations”
What do you like best about Zoey?

As a Sports Retail Operations Manager at American Athletic Sports Retail Co., a mid-sized sports retail company with 51–200 employees, what I like best about Zoey is that it’s a true all-in-one e-commerce platform tailored for retail businesses like ours. It lets me build our online sports storefront, manage the entire product catalog, process customer orders, and monitor inventory levels all in one dashboard instead of jumping between several separate tools. I love how customizable the store design is without needing any coding or IT support. I can easily adjust page layouts, create dedicated categories for team uniforms, athletic apparel, fitness gear and outdoor sports equipment, and tweak banners for seasonal sales and team bulk promotions anytime I want. The real-time sync between online orders and inventory is another huge plus—whenever a customer places an order, stock numbers update right away so we always have accurate stock counts. The order management layout is clean and simple for my whole team to use, and the learning curve is really gentle. New staff can quickly learn to process orders, update product listings and check stock without extra training. Overall, the unified system structure, easy store customization, reliable inventory sync and user-friendly interface make Zoey perfect for our day-to-day online sports retail and backend operation work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoey?

From my daily work managing sports retail operations, there are a few clear areas where Zoey could be improved. First, the built-in sales and inventory reporting tools are too basic for our business needs. We carry a large range of sports goods including team uniforms, workout apparel, fitness machines and recreational sports gear, and we need to analyze sales by product category, seasonal trends and bulk team orders. Right now the reports lack advanced filtering and custom field options, and we can’t easily pull detailed exportable data for our monthly business reviews and warehouse restock planning. Second, the bulk product editing functionality is limited and runs slowly when we have large batches of items to update. When we need to adjust pricing, sale discounts, product descriptions or inventory quantities for dozens of sports products at once, the current batch tools don’t offer enough flexible mass-update options. It forces us to edit items one by one sometimes, which wastes a lot of time on repetitive admin work. Having more powerful bulk editing and faster system response would save our team lots of routine workload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoey solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Zoey, we had to run our online store, track inventory and process orders on completely separate systems, plus rely on manual Excel spreadsheets to reconcile data. This caused constant inventory mismatches, easy overselling of popular sports items, and lots of duplicated work updating product info and order statuses. Zoey solves this problem by merging storefront building, product catalog management, order fulfillment and real-time inventory control into one unified system. It keeps all sales and stock data automatically synced, cuts down manual entry errors, and saves our team hours of repetitive admin tasks every week. It also streamlines our checkout, payment and shipping setup, making the whole customer buying experience smoother and letting us handle both regular retail orders and local sports team bulk orders much more efficiently. What do you dislike about Salesforce B2C Commerce?

What I dislike most about Salesforce B2C Commerce is its complexity and cost: setup and customization can be difficult and require strong technical expertise, while pricing (including implementation and add-ons) can be quite high. It can also feel restrictive, with some level of vendor lock-in and less flexibility compared to more open platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Seamless Setup, Limited Integrations”
What do you like best about Ecwid?

I really like Ecwid for its seamless product experience. It's super easy for me to upload products and make the store live within just a few moments. I appreciate that I can make any changes by myself without needing a separate developer. This ease of use is a big plus for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ecwid?

Regarding the improvements, there are very, very less plug-ins on Ecwid when I compare it to similar platforms like WooCommerce or Shopify. The integrations are limited. If it can be improved, it will be of great help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ecwid solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ecwid helps me scale my ecommerce business by letting customers browse all products directly, eliminating Instagram's manual order limits. It's easy to use, allowing me to manage product uploads and store changes without needing a developer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Efficient and easy to use”
What do you like best about RepSpark?

There is an existing community of buyers who use RepSpark on a regular basis. They have access to ATS, invoices, and order status. It's like having customer service available to them 24 hours a day and it frees up my team to focus more on revenue generating tasks rather than chasing after product to fill orders placed blindly and suggesting alternatives when we are sold out. Additionally when we have an assortment or special offer, we have been extremely successful in pushing this out to the community and having it result in immediate orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RepSpark?

We spent a lot of time in development. Because the program is so good, the development team was overloaded with work and some changes/enhancements took a while to address. However, the team pulled together, recognized this as an issue, and corrected it. We are on a great path now and I think how the team reacted to our situation is testament to their RepSpark's commitment to delivering a great product and treating their customers right. I'm looking forward to further enhancements which will allow us to accept payments and also further streamline the order data fields for our sales team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RepSpark solving and how is that benefiting you?

RepSpark is making order entry and accuracy mush more streamlined and automated. The way it seamlessly integrates with our embroidery software (Epic Stitch) and our ERP makes automation possible. We have been able to eliminate hundreds of e-mails between the team each season because of RepSpark. RepSpark has also made it easier for the sales team to see what they are selling and to which accounts, track orders, and to send invoices customers may have missed. This has greatly reduced the busywork our customer service team used to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Tailor-Made for Wholesale Efficiency, Needs Better Analytics”
What do you like best about B2B Wave?

I like how B2B Wave is tailored specifically for B2B wholesale operations, which makes it a perfect fit for our business in Hong Kong. The self-service portal is great for allowing our customers to place orders, check stock, view personalized pricing, and review past orders at any time, drastically reducing manual order entry and admin work. I appreciate the easy setup of custom price lists, credit terms, and minimum order quantities for different customer groups, which is essential in our local market. B2B Wave is straightforward to navigate, with almost no learning curve for our team and clients. It's stable, reliable, and focuses on the actual workflows we use daily, delivering efficiency and professionalism without unnecessary complexity. The initial setup was smooth, intuitive, and quick, allowing us to be up and running for our wholesale clients fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about B2B Wave?

While B2B Wave works well for our core wholesale order management, there are a few areas that don’t run as smoothly for our team in Hong Kong and could use improvement. First, the reporting and analytics feel quite basic. We can see orders and customers, but we don’t get enough in-depth insights on sales trends, customer buying patterns, or inventory forecasting. Second, integrations with our accounting and CRM systems are limited. We still have to manually export and import data sometimes. Third, the platform can feel slow when loading large product catalogs, especially during peak ordering hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is B2B Wave solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use B2B Wave to streamline our B2B wholesale operations with a self-service portal for clients, managing orders, and minimizing manual data entry. It perfectly fits our needs compared to the old, cumbersome system not built for B2B, but we need better reporting and smoother integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
