What do you like best about ShopWired?

"Better Than Shopify"

What do you like best about ShopWired?

The ease of set up with Shopwired is what I appreciated the most. They provided an onboarding track that made is super easy to migrate from Shopify to their platform.

In addition to this, the platform is feature rich without the need to purchase a bunch of apps to plug in to get basic functionality (as Shopify requires).

What do you dislike about ShopWired?

There is some basic functionality that is missing like a plug in to Facebook Shops, Instagram Shopping and Pinterest, but to be candid, these channels are more trouble than they are worth to be selling through! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ShopWired solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a platform that did not cost us north of $1,000 a month as Shopify was and that has a range of intuitive functionality built in, such as customers being able to create accounts to track their orders, save items to a wish list, and to be able to use a payment gateway other than that mandated by our old provider (Shopify) unless we wanted to incur a fee per order. "A great eccomerce platform"

What do you like best about ShopWired?

We use ShopWired for an eCommerce business and their product and support are excellent:

✔️ excellent customer service - I've used the Live Chat facility a few times during set up and they responded quickly and had the answers.

✔️ two weeks free setup time - really appreciated this as it meant I could get the back ground of the website and some products listed before it went live.

✔️ excellent SEO - sometimes, themes can fall short when it comes to SEO but I am abe to build a comprehensive SEO 'cushion' around every page of the website.

✔️ great pricing - really affordable, especially for such a great service.

✔️ loads of extra apps to addon - and the majority are free.

✔️ customisable theme - the themes are fantastic, exactly what we are looking for! Loads of drag and drop functionality, as well as changing the overall look and appeal of the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShopWired?

I have to be honest, there is nothing yet that I have come across that I don't like. Some ways of finding what I want can feel a little hidden and 'long' but overall, I'm really happy with ShopWired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ShopWired solving and how is that benefiting you?

It comes down to affordability for us, as well as understanding better how eCommerce works in terms of muscling into our niche. I think I have a lot to learn in terms of design of product pages and so on, but I'm confident I can do that with ShopWired. I chose them over Shopify because they answered a query I had. "Would highly recommend ShopWired"

What do you like best about ShopWired?

As it offers a very complete solution with many many features included in a set price. You can grow your business within a set budget without having to constantly pay out for add-on bundles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShopWired?

Even though The ShopWired Manual is a good comprehensive guide. I feel that ShopWired should have a user forum where you can do self-service support. Which could also offer a knowledge base that is out of the scope of the current ShopWired Manual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ShopWired:

The customer service is second to none and always respond within a few minutes.

The platform is easy to use, they are always pushing out new features to make selling online easier.

Plenty of helpful guides and apps to add on.

Even change small bits of code for me for free.

What do you like best about ShopWired?

With Shopwired there are no scaling or software issues. On my hosting, upgrades were every day leading to website compatibility issues or elements stopped working altogether. "Incredible support"

What do you like best about ShopWired?

Web chat now website is set up but previously the incredible patience showed by the agent helping me to get the right design for my business. I feel that my website compares well to my competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShopWired?

I haven't found anything I dislike yet. I am having some issues with supplier stock integration not being in the correct format for shop wired to read correctly. That would be helpful if this could be resolved Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ShopWired solving and how is that benefiting you?

At the moment I am being helped with live supplier stock integration. The benefits from this are that I spend less time checking supplier stock levels. My business performance has increased greatly and my confidence in getting around my website is immense. "An Excellent ecommerce solution for my UK based business with unbeatable value and customer service"

What do you like best about ShopWired?

Shopwired is a more affordable ecommerce solution than some of their competetors and I am astounded by the speed of their customer service responses. Exceptionally helpful staff and a well built platform to list, sell, market all my hundred of products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShopWired?

I have been using Shopwired since we launched our online ecommerce business and haven't had one single issue. If I had to be exceptionally picky then it would be nice to have a mobile app to accompany the system so I could update items on the fly but that is so far down my priority list that it's not really an issue. What problems is ShopWired solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had a couple of problems setting up the account because I had so many products to add and integrating them with other platforms such as Ebay took some time to set up but the customer service team helped me with that the same day. "Simply the Best"

What do you like best about ShopWired?

The ShopWired app not only has all the functionality you need to build a professional, stylish website, it also has the comprehensive customer support that's needed to support you throughout the build. The Help text is up to date and includes screenshots and videos. All my queries have been made via email, and the response to my questions has been fast and accurate.

When I started the business I sold only through online platforms, but found that they exerted too much control over customer interactions and the fees were very costly. The benefit of having my own website is that I have control of all aspects of the transaction and, as a result, can offer a better service to my customers at a lesser price. "The Brilliance of ShopWired"

What do you like best about ShopWired?

We have over the last 25 years built websites using Dreamweaver (at the very beginning) through to Zencart and Magento. Then this year we discovered ShopWired and could not be more pleased. The platform is incredibly easy to use, the support is fanatical. Honestly, they could not be more helpful. Everything we asked for, they achieved! There are so many features, plus of course, the monthly charge is very reasonable. The question was, "what do we like best"....the answer is "Everything". this is not an exaggeration, I don't normally bother with reviews, but I think this company deserves one. Using ShopWired has allowed us to manage our whole website without having to pay a separate IT guy. Our websites used to be on our own server with Rackspace, but this had to be managed by an expert, as we have no experience with servers. ShopWired has eliminated this, if we want to change a banner, we do it ourselves, if we require more SEO we upload ourselves, you get my drift, it is plain sailing all the way. "A very good ecommerce platform"

What do you like best about ShopWired?

The customer service is very good, I use the webchat to quickly solve issues with my website. I think the platform is competitively priced and offers decent value for money, particularly when seen in the context of ongoing customer support. I don't lose a portion of sales to platform fees, which is great. I've used several other platforms and Shopwired is by far the best in the UK in my opinion, I regularly recommend it to others. What do you dislike about ShopWired?

There are some features I would like to see added which I have suggested, some of them are planned. Particularly I would like to see the ecommerce features of mailchimp fully integrated, and the use of postage rate tables allowed. What problems is ShopWired solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform allows me to have a responsive and well-designed website without having to learn to code or pay someone else to code. We have gone from a £350 initial investment in May 2021 to now turning over around 1k per week, and I don't think the growth we have experienced so far would have been possible without Shopwired's solid order management system.
