What do you like best about ShopWired?

I love ShopWired’s no-code customization combined with flexible developer tools, making storefront design both accessible and flexible. The drag-and-drop editor lets me build a fully branded, unique storefront easily, without any coding skills, but if needed, I can also use the built-in code editor for advanced customizations. All the pre-built templates are 100% responsive and SEO-optimized, ensuring excellent performance. Additionally, I find the centralized, real-time inventory and order management platform extremely reliable. It syncs data across the entire platform without manual entry, updating stock levels instantly when orders come in to prevent overselling, and automatically sending low-stock alerts. ShopWired’s variant management for products like size or color saves me significant time in administrative work. The initial setup of ShopWired is incredibly easy and intuitive, designed for all skill levels, allowing me to launch a brand-ready store in just a few hours without needing IT support or a developer. What do you dislike about ShopWired?

The biggest missed opportunity is the abandoned cart recovery feature. It has a basic email option but lacks customization - no brand colors and limited copy. There's also no automation rules like sending follow-up emails after 24 hours, and it doesn't track recovery rates. For other email marketing, I have to manually export customer data to a third-party tool, and this means the data is never fully synced. I can't create personalized campaigns without manual work. Additionally, there's no native loyalty program, referral program, or review request tool, which are essential for customer retention. What do you like best about ShopWired?

The ease of set up with Shopwired is what I appreciated the most. They provided an onboarding track that made is super easy to migrate from Shopify to their platform.

In addition to this, the platform is feature rich without the need to purchase a bunch of apps to plug in to get basic functionality (as Shopify requires).

What do you dislike about ShopWired?

What do you like best about ShopWired?

We use ShopWired for an eCommerce business and their product and support are excellent:

✔️ excellent customer service - I've used the Live Chat facility a few times during set up and they responded quickly and had the answers.

✔️ two weeks free setup time - really appreciated this as it meant I could get the back ground of the website and some products listed before it went live.

✔️ excellent SEO - sometimes, themes can fall short when it comes to SEO but I am abe to build a comprehensive SEO 'cushion' around every page of the website.

✔️ great pricing - really affordable, especially for such a great service.

✔️ loads of extra apps to addon - and the majority are free.

✔️ customisable theme - the themes are fantastic, exactly what we are looking for! Loads of drag and drop functionality, as well as changing the overall look and appeal of the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShopWired?

What do you like best about ShopWired?

Shopwired is a more affordable ecommerce solution than some of their competetors and I am astounded by the speed of their customer service responses. Exceptionally helpful staff and a well built platform to list, sell, market all my hundred of products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Shopwired since we launched our online ecommerce business and haven't had one single issue. If I had to be exceptionally picky then it would be nice to have a mobile app to accompany the system so I could update items on the fly but that is so far down my priority list that it's not really an issue. The ShopWired app not only has all the functionality you need to build a professional, stylish website, it also has the comprehensive customer support that's needed to support you throughout the build. The Help text is up to date and includes screenshots and videos. All my queries have been made via email, and the response to my questions has been fast and accurate.
