While B2B Wave works well for our core wholesale order management, there are a few areas that don’t run as smoothly for our team in Hong Kong and could use improvement. First, the reporting and analytics feel quite basic. We can see orders and customers, but we don’t get enough in-depth insights on sales trends, customer buying patterns, or inventory forecasting. Second, integrations with our accounting and CRM systems are limited. We still have to manually export and import data sometimes.
