I like how B2B Wave is tailored specifically for B2B wholesale operations, which makes it a perfect fit for our business in Hong Kong. The self-service portal is great for allowing our customers to place orders, check stock, view personalized pricing, and review past orders at any time, drastically reducing manual order entry and admin work. I appreciate the easy setup of custom price lists, credit terms, and minimum order quantities for different customer groups, which is essential in our local market. B2B Wave is straightforward to navigate, with almost no learning curve for our team and clients. It's stable, reliable, and focuses on the actual workflows we use daily, delivering efficiency and professionalism without unnecessary complexity. The initial setup was smooth, intuitive, and quick, allowing us to be up and running for our wholesale clients fast.

**What do you dislike about B2B Wave?**

While B2B Wave works well for our core wholesale order management, there are a few areas that don’t run as smoothly for our team in Hong Kong and could use improvement. First, the reporting and analytics feel quite basic. We can see orders and customers, but we don’t get enough in-depth insights on sales trends, customer buying patterns, or inventory forecasting. Second, integrations with our accounting and CRM systems are limited. We still have to manually export and import data sometimes. Third, the platform can feel slow when loading large product catalogs, especially during peak ordering hours.

I love B2B Wave for its self-service ordering portal, which is the biggest strength and a real game changer. It's awesome that my customers, like retailers and distributors, can log in anytime, see their own prices, and place orders without calling me. This saves a huge amount of time. The initial setup of B2B Wave is also surprisingly easy and fast, especially when compared to ERP or other complex platforms.

I use B2B Wave as a dedicated B2B e-commerce platform to manage my wholesale operations more efficiently, handling online orders, customer catalogs, pricing levels, invoicing, and inventory tracking all in one system. I appreciate its strong focus on real B2B wholesale needs, especially the custom pricing tiers and customer-specific catalogs, which are extremely useful for setting different price levels for different buyers. The online self-service ordering portal is a favorite feature because it allows my customers to place orders anytime, cutting down on mistakes and saving a significant amount of administrative work. The inventory and order management is straightforward and reliable, providing clear visibility into stock levels and order statuses. I love how easy the platform is to set up and use, requiring no long training or technical help, which makes running my wholesale operations smoother. These features make B2B Wave practical and efficient for B2B e-commerce.

**What do you dislike about B2B Wave?**

While B2B Wave works well for core wholesale operations, there are a few areas I think could be improved. First, some advanced reporting and analytics features are limited. It provides basic order and customer data, but it lacks more in-depth insights like detailed sales trends, customer behavior analysis, and customizable dashboards that help with strategic decision-making. Second, third-party integrations can be restrictive. It doesn't always connect as smoothly or automatically with some popular accounting, inventory, or ERP systems as I would like, which sometimes requires extra manual work to sync data. Third, the customization options for the customer portal are somewhat basic. While it's functional, having more flexibility to adjust branding, layout, and user experience would help create a more professional and unique buying experience for clients. Fourth, certain bulk actions for products or orders are not as efficient as they could be. Handling large catalogs or high order volumes can take extra steps compared to more robust platforms. Overall, it's a reliable and user-friendly solution for small to mid-sized B2B businesses, but enhancing reporting, expanding integrations, increasing portal customization, and improving bulk management tools would make it even more powerful for scaling operations.

I like B2B Wave's unmatched ability to deliver a unified global B2B order management system that’s natively built for B2B workflows. It's flexible enough to adapt to hyper-specific regional compliance, pricing, and fulfillment rules across APAC, EU, and US. I also appreciate that it achieves this without the need for expensive custom development or clunky workarounds. Its centralized cloud architecture creates a single system of record for all our global B2B activity, eliminating silos and manual reconciliation. The initial setup for our global operations was surprisingly straightforward.

**What do you dislike about B2B Wave?**

No automation for process triggers: We can’t set up custom webhooks or low-code triggers in B2B Wave to kick off downstream workflows in BPT-Pro (e.g., a new high-value APAC order in B2B Wave auto-triggers a compliance approval workflow in BPT-Pro, or a canceled EU order syncs to BPT-Pro to update fulfillment status). Our team has to manually create these triggers, slowing down order processing and creating bottlenecks for cross-region orders.

The tailor-ability is the key thing that distinguishes it - all the quirks of our B2B sales processes have been dealt with when other platforms would struggle.

This software is extremely user-friendly.  You can be up and running in no time, and if you have questions along the way, the support team is right there to assist.

I have yet to find anything to dislike.  Any challenges we have encountered have been addressed, even modifications out of our control.  Alex and his team always seem forward-thinking, working to update or create features.

We needed affordable, easy-to-use B2B website applications for our customers who needed to access product information and place orders outside regular business hours.  We realized immediate success.

**What do you like best about B2B Wave?**

24-hour support, friendly and helpful staff, the vastness of premium features available to users at none premium costs, the ability to customize the layout with custom JavaScript and CSS.

Compared with other standalone B2B E-Commerce platforms, B2B Wave stands out above the rest. The helpfulness and quick responses from their support team at all hours of the day gives the product an edge over all other platforms. They are always looking for ways to upgrade their product and are more than happy to accommodate custom solutions tailored specifically for your needs. I can see B2B becoming a true force to be reckoned with in the B2B E-Commerce platform industry.

**What do you dislike about B2B Wave?**

I have used B2B Wave for almost two years now and there have been the odd hiccup with some features, but all were rectified quickly. Currently nothing I can comment on being dislikable about the platform.

Looking for a B2B platform was a difficult process. B2B wave provided everything we needed and their customer service has been extremely responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about B2B Wave?**

There are some limitations to the software out of the box but nothing that affects our B2B eCommerce offerings. B2B wave has been amazing and extremely helpful with things that were not available and their customer service was able to help do things on the backend.

**What problems is B2B Wave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

B2B wave is helping us create an eCommerce solution to promote our products to a wider base of potential clientele. Even though we have not deployed our eCommerce site yet B2B wave customer support has been amazing.

We have used B2B wave since 2017 and the team has been very accomodating to changes we have requested, with the best 24/7 support.

Nothing in particular. It works very well within our infrastructure.

We have been able to convert over 75% of our customers to order online which has saved us a lot of admin cost. This was achieved due to the easy to use platform.

**What do you like best about B2B Wave?**

B2B Wave beats the heck out of using the Excel sheets and SQL databases we previously were using for this same function. This is a one-stop shop to manage and track orders as well as buyer accounts. Integration to other apps makes it all that much better. Being able to integrate directly into maybe accounting software and payment processing platforms is a huge perk.

**What do you dislike about B2B Wave?**

Nothing yet! We have yet to run into a limitation of B2B Wave.

**Recommendations to others considering B2B Wave:**

Make sure you read up and talk to sales about what the software does NOT do. This does NOT manage reseller inventory levels between platforms automatically. That is not what this software is designed for.

This brings all of our tracking sheets/databases into one easy-to-navigate and manage platform.

B2B Wave is an excellent product for wholesale business, and they have an outstanding customer service support team that is available round the clock for your help. Fully customizable, fully automatic, enrich with n number of functionalities, Integration with third party tools. It takes very little time  in configuration and  set it up, better pricing model for your prodcuts

so far I didn't find any downside of this tool, even if something went wrong, they proactively look into the issue even before you reach out them

I have many 'best things' that I like about B2B wave. 
The simplicity of setting things up on the backend. 
The elegant interface.
The speed.
The speed of their customer service response time.
The ability to set customer specific prices with ease.
The flexibility of their platform when it comes to adding custom features.
The time their team takes to go over requests through video conferencing.
The reports 
The ability to integrated with other software.

I dislike this question. There is nothing to dislike about b2bwave. It's as perfect as can be.

I did extensive research when choosing a platform for my wholesale business. Nothing came close to what we needed. I looked at some of the most expensive solutions out there and B2B Wave's built in features trumped them all.

B2B Wave is such an easy platform to use, with simple imports we were able to get our portal up and running within an hour. The team is always very helpful with any requests and want to make the platform better. The platform was very easy to connect through to our ERP allowing for an entirely integrated system.

Any dislikes that we have had with B2BWave we have contacted the team about and in most cases these have been resolved.

We were able to enable our customers to enter their own orders online through the customer portal, they were also able to see their own pricing and access to stock levels - this meant time to delivery was significantly decreased.
