It’s so unexpected to see such a high level of service! Especially compared to the customer service standards of large global corporations. Getting the project approved and connected took only one day, and the responses to all questions — including technical ones — were incredibly fast. In addition, Payglobal created a custom design for our payment form, fully adapted to our website, completely free of charge.
I’m genuinely pleasantly surprised that such a high standard of customer service still exists somewhere in the world.

**What do you like best about PayPro Global?**

The technical support is above and beyond anything we have experienced before. Within half a day of asking, we get straightforward and effective answers to even our most complex questions, . No boiler-plate, ambiguous, or finger-pointing types of replies, just solutions. Also, the PPG administration screens layout and data display is very easy to understand and navigate, I immediately found what I was looking for the first few times I used it.

**What do you dislike about PayPro Global?**

As of yet we have not discovered any downside to using PPG.

**What problems is PayPro Global solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After suffering the now-famous unexpected bankruptcy of our former eCommerce provider, with whom we were engaged for over 20 years, we were faced with having to abandon or modify our custom-built back-end as we shopped for a replacement eCommerce provider . And when we evaluated various options we were told, "sorry but we can't accommodate that..., and "sorry, but that's not the way our system works..." All except PayProGlobal, that is. Whatever modification or accommodation we asked for, we received to the point of us being able to retain our entire custom back-end that took years to develop, thus saving us countless time and expense.

I started working with PayPro about a week ago after working with numerous PSPs in the past several years. PayPro has great documentation and the best service I've gotten in quite a while.

I liked that you could easily test purchases/subscriptions, even compared to Stripe.
Implementation in my web app was a breeze.

The dashboard's UI could get a refresh but it works just fine once you get used to it.

After I decided to change the reseller, my choice fell on PayPro Global. Once the contract was signed, I was able to set everything up in just two days and continue sales without interruption with PayPro Global. Even the integration with my existing aMember system went smoothly. The customer service was always helpful and quick with answers and solutions.
The Control Center of PayPro Global is easy to use and you can find all the necessary data there.

So far, I haven't been able to find anything.

Worldwide VAT settlement is the biggest problem and PayPro Global can solve it excellently.

PayPro Global is a great SAAS solution for software payment and delivery services incl. subscription functionality! The interface is clear, self-explanatory and easy to use!

The PayPro Team is super helpful whenever stuff like tracking needs to be implemented.  Integration with existing processes for us was easy!

**What do you dislike about PayPro Global?**

About the only caveat for us as a German company with mostly German customers is that there is no German speaking support.

First of all, of course, it is a secure and convenient billing, flexible customisation mechanism and a very pleasant team and customer support. The ability to customise and easily integrate various subscription options for our digital products, discounts and promotions. Another important point is the quick feedback on any questions that arise regarding refunds or other problematic situations.

**What do you dislike about PayPro Global?**

Although the current functionality is sufficient for our project, we can only support further extensions of features and options. This gives more space for creativity and development of any project.

Since we are a creative project, creating a digital product in different variations, it is important for us to have a flexible and efficient mechanism to realise multiple types of subscriptions. The simplicity and convenience of the platform itself allows us to quickly select the required template and customise the required type of subscription. The support service responds quickly and helps to quickly adjust any template if required. Reliable and secure billing is definitely more important, as customers make payments by various means from all over the world and need to see that it is safe and clear for them.

Great features and efficient, helpful customer service. Such a contrast from other Merchants of Record I had approached - right from my first visit to the website I was able to arrange an online meeting and was provided with contact details for the representative who became my account manager.  There was efficient and friendly support for setting up our integration, with a specific tech person allocated to our account.

PayPro Global is allowing us to sell digital products internationally without the worry of collecting and remitting taxes in each region. There is also the option for customers to generate a quote that can be used for later payment, which is helpful for B2B sales. The product features meet all our needs (and more) and we were delighted to see some features that we hadn't seen at all with other providers (like the ability to use AUD as a base currency).

My company work with PayPro team more than 10 years. All time we got best support and helping in all saling cases. Support team works very fast - we got a reply usually in 2 hours after make a request. Perfect fraud-checking help us to prevent leacking ordered licenses and keep our time for development. PayPro supports all local taxes for our customers,  provides invoices to customers and needed local documents (like W8ben, etc). I really appreciate to PayPro team , team of professionals and to the PayPro CEO Meir Amzallag. Guys, you're the best!

Really nothing to dislike. May be bulk changing of Products in a control panel must be better. But I really can't remember a really thing what looks annoing and must be fixed. All things works fine for us.

**What do you like best about PayPro Global?**

I am an independent developer, selling licenses for my programs since 2004. I started with ShareIt, then there was eMetrix (it doesn't exist anymore), Plimus. And finally, for over five years now, I have been using PayProGlobal. I switched to it on the advice of colleagues, they told me that I would be surprised at how responsive they are. Honestly, I was used to support from such services not responding for days. But PayProGlobal really responds almost instantly. And it's not just generic responses, it's always addressing the issue at hand. A recent example: I needed to arrange an additional agreement to the contract for changing bank details. And what do you think? The issue was resolved within a day! Not to mention that their system allows you to have separate accounts for the main currencies, which helps avoid losses associated with conversion.

I have never really had any issues with PayPro.

**What do you like best about PayPro Global?**

Much better than other providers I've tried when selling selling in Latin America & Asia: much wider payment method & currency support, and better fraud handling (e.g. they can enable 3DS and other tighter checks on a per-country basis if you ask, depending on the issues you're seeing).

All the core things work well, checkout seems to convert effectively and customers seem happy.

Payouts have been quick & reliable.

Support has been extremely helpful & responsive with the various small questions I've had.

**What do you dislike about PayPro Global?**

The vendor dashboard is a bit rough around the edges in places, and the checkout is less simple than other alternatives I've used.

Pricing is reasonable for larger purchases, better than most competitors, but a bit high (due to a higher fixed component) for smaller payments.

**What problems is PayPro Global solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use PayPro as my merchant of record for selling online SaaS subscriptions internationally. I use PayPro primarily for Latin American & Asia markets, where payment methods are often more complicated (cards + paypal is rarely sufficient) and fraud & chargeback issues can be more challenging.

They're solving that problem for me very very effectively: chargebacks in some challenging markets have gone down dramatically, and customers are frequently using a much wider variety of payment methods (WeChat, Pix, iDeal) which they appear to prefer to the card/paypal only options I provided in the past.

**What do you like best about PayPro Global?**

I looked for an e-commerce solution for our IT product company ten years ago, but instead found an e-commerce partner who handles a large number of tasks related to payment processing.

When I switched from another platform, the list of PPG advantages grew by about 20 points. And the majority of them were critical to my business. At the moment, they cover all my requirements as an e-commerce platform.

Any unusual or non-standard questions are answered. From two minutes (in the web-chat) to two days (email, skype). But they are always resolved.

That is a significant advantage of PayPro Global. And I believe it is unrivaled. I always feel like PPG is my partner or my own department because there are no unanswered questions or unfinished e-commerce tasks, and I hope that we will grow with them or they will grow with us:)
