**What do you dislike about Goflow?**

We experienced predatory billing practices and a clear breach of contract. Our Target Plus marketplace integration was suspended on March 27th, completely halting all order synchronization services and data flows. Despite providing zero operational utility or services for the entire month of April, Goflow still billed us $399. Bill was on April 2nd and we reached out to the company on April 3rd to address

When we pointed out Section 5.2 of their own Terms of Service—which explicitly limits customer liability to "up to and including the last day on which the Services are provided"—they refused a prorated refund and hid behind their "sole discretion" clauses. To make matters worse, our bank (Bank of America) confirmed that Goflow's payment processor, Adyen, actively blocked our automated ACH dispute return request.

We have been forced to escalate this by filing a formal fraud and unfair billing complaint with the New York Attorney General’s Internet and Technology Bureau (Intake #1-1254246302). Do not trust this company with your direct banking or ACH information; they will exploit technicalities to keep your money even when their system performs zero work for your business.

**What problems is Goflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We originally utilized Goflow to handle multichannel e-commerce integration and order synchronization, specifically to streamline our product workflows across secondary marketplaces like Target Plus. The software was intended to solve the problem of manual order tracking, centralize our fulfillment data, and prevent stock discrepancies by keeping inventory counts mirrored in real-time.

However, any theoretical benefits were completely wiped out by the company's rigid and predatory operational practices. When our Target Plus integration was suspended on March 27th, the system mechanically stopped pulling data, transferring orders, or providing any operational utility whatsoever. Instead of helping us manage a business transition, Goflow used the interruption to collect a full $399 monthly fee for April while delivering zero services, actively breaching the liability limits outlined in Section 5.2 of their own terms. Ultimately, the software did not solve our long-term operational problems; it just created an expensive compliance and billing dispute that we have had to escalate to the New York Attorney General (Intake #1-1254246302).

**What do you like best about Goflow?**

It has truly streamlined our workflow in unexpected ways. What I like most about it is its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to connect various applications without a steep learning curve. Additionally, the robust security features give us peace of mind when handling sensitive information. Overall, GoFlow has made integration seamless and efficient, significantly enhancing our productivity.

**What do you dislike about Goflow?**

At present, our primary usage of this tool is for Target. However, we believe it would greatly enhance our operations if we had the option to communicate directly with customers through Goflow. Unfortunately, Target does not provide this capability, which limits our ability to engage effectively with our customers. Implementing this feature would add significant value to our process.

Goflow is easy to use and is packed full of difffrent features. I use Goflow every day for work and being able to integrat all of the companies info is so easy. Customer support is very helpful and knoladgabe on getting any issues if any solved quickly.

There is a bit of a learning curve to be able to figure out all of the features that Goflow has to offer.

Goflow is solving all my inventory needs all in one program. I dont need to hop from program to program to be able to keep track of all my inventory and shipping orders.

**What do you like best about Goflow?**

I have been using goflow for about 5 months now, managing warehouse inventories, I like that everything is simplified so its easy for everyone to understand whats where, only think I would loved to be improved is sync time it claims 15-30 minutes but not always syncs in that timeframe, I would love to have at most 5min refresh so inventory be up to date every minute for everyone who needs fresh info fast

GoFlow excels at Customer support, data accuracy, and the UI features are plentiful. You can control nearly every aspect of your catalog with ease. My only real complaint is that the bulk editing features are limited and doing things in bulk can sometimes frequently require you to wait or depend on a team member to assist but otherwise the service and team are excellent,

Bulk editing features are weak
Integration in Sellercloud specifically can feel clunky and there is a lack of transparency for making edits in SC

Sometimes, there's an annoying noise or two. And once in a while, there's a small glitch or two. Nothing major though!

It is extremely easy to use with intuitive menus and excellent support. We use GoFlow everyday and while I was not here for the intial integration I havent heard of any issues.

The overall simplicity of the product makes things easy to understand and to use for those who are not used to this sort of thing. The ability to have multiple companies send you orders is nice aswell, making everything compact.

The inventory aspect is hard to manage. Things sometimes still come through regardless if it has the inventory or not. The customer support could use some work.

It makes it a lot easier for us to be able to get orders done in a quick succession. We are able to do target, walmart and macy orders all in one go if we so wished to.

We use the platform for sending order and inventory data from AMZ MCF to shopify and other market places. Onboarding was easy, data migration is quick and accurate, and we replaced a much more expensive provider in the process.

GoFlow helps us from placing the order to receiving it. We link it to many storefronts at once, and it is extremely accurate and very easy to use. It has many features for all different stores and sale types.

They currently don't have a live chat or a phone to call for questions but the response when sending messages is not too long so it's not a big deal

GoFlow makes everything from tracking inventory to handling orders feel easy and organized. The platform is simple to use, even if you’re dealing with a lot of products or orders, and it really helps keep things running smoothly. It’s easy to stay on top of things and save time, which is a huge plus.  Definitely recommend it!

Integrations with other tools are somewhat limited, so if your workflow relies heavily on external apps, it may require some workarounds.

**What do you like best about Goflow?**

As a listing and marketing manager in an multi-channel ecommerce business, the part I find the most amazing about the Goflow program is that it is so user-friendly and simple to use, even if you are not so tech-savvy, yet it still has all features and options you would ever want an multi-channel program to offer you! Another part which I find amazing, is the continuous, never ending updates. There is an updates icon at the bottom of the page, and all the time you can click on it to see the latest updates. Updates are posted there as frequent as a few times per week! Last but not least- when using Goflow, you can take a nap with peace, knowing with confidence that your listings, orders, and inventory are not on pause, as it gets updated automatically and efficiently through Goflows reliable integrated system.

**What do you like best about Goflow?**

We like how GoFlow makes handling our online store a breeze. It's got a super nice dashboard that's not just easy to use, but also easy to understand and navigate. Implementing it into our system was a smooth process too. It's fantastic for keeping an eye on many different products and stores all in one spot. Our entire team uses GoFlow multiple times a day, which shows how useful it is for us. Plus, they're always adding new features to help us sell more. And when we need a hand, the customer service team at GoFlow is always there to help. Another thing we love is how easily it integrates with our other stores and marketplaces, making everything work together seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Goflow?**

Honestly, there's not much to dislike about GoFlow, but it's important to know what you need it for. GoFlow is awesome at managing orders and keeping track of stock among other things. But, just remember, it might not do everything. This isn't a downside, just something to keep in mind. It's like having a really good tool that's great for some jobs, but you might need a different tool for other tasks.

GoFlow solves our problems with managing orders and tracking inventory across various online stores. This helps us by saving time and reducing errors, making our e-commerce operations more efficient.

**What do you like best about Goflow?**

The guys at GoFlow actually pay attention!
They are constantly imoroving the software in its function and UI as they go about adding new features.
They actively listen to user feedback and are there to answer or teach you about anything new in the software, or in your workflow.
The system is intuitive and works great.
Super pleased after switching away from ShipStation.

But most importantly, they care about their customers and users.

**What do you dislike about Goflow?**

con1: No inventory low/reorder notifications
con2: No auto-sizing for varyably sized products shipping together/multi-tem shipment fulfillment.

**What problems is Goflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoFlow is constantly listening to user inout and releases new features, reports and other useful tools on a constant basis.
if there is something missing, let them know and you'll see it added down the line.
Vote in their roadmap to see which issues are being addressed and add your own feedback for the developers to see.

**What do you like best about Goflow?**

The GUI is clean and intuitive while offering advanced features and functionality. The wide range of supported channel integrations is impressive as well. Bulk actions are well supported with their many file import and export tools. There's also a robust API suite available for developers to implement custom integrations and automation. I found the support to be excellent as well, with quick responses to inquiries. And best of all, Goflow is frequently updated with new features and bug fixes.

**What do you dislike about Goflow?**

I would like to see a notifications feature added in the future, allowing us to receive email notifications when new orders are received. We also found the requirement when working with the API to reference our inventory items by Goflow's assigned IDs instead of our own to be inconvenient.

**What problems is Goflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Goflow allows us to integrate with our retailer partner and ensures we comply with their requirements and specifications. This includes submitting product and listing data as well as fulfilling orders.

I cannot wait for Goflow to have complete API capabilities. I do understand that Goflow never rushes into releasing any project/update before ensuring it is entirely functional.

I love GoFlow because of the very intuitive interface. Everything is very easy to find and you can move items easily between warehouses and the API with the e-commerce platforms is also great.

GoFlow needs some features to make it even better. Some little tweaks such as the possibility to edit the item numbers once the product is saved in to the database.

GoFlow helps our company organize the various e-commerce platforms we sell. The API connection really helps on the FBA shipments and reports we need in order to keep a health inventory both here and at Amazon.

The UI and UX are one of a kind! you can easily do and find the things that you need!

They have a great API for developers to integrate their own system with goflow.

The customer service is very fast and helpful for all your needs!

You can't open a product or order in a new tab, all the pages are only in one page. But, you have in the main page tabs to all pages that are currently in use.

They should have more API endpoints to integrate.

They are connected with all sites that you can dream to sell online, and it's ready to use as you sign up with them. Specificity with Target Plus, and you can connect all the orders, if you are using your other order management system.

GoFlow is very user friendly. Having previously used shipstation, it was an easy transition that made sense. More capabilities and the integration options are amazing.

**What do you dislike about Goflow?**

There's really not a lot to dislike about goflow. The only thing is that the mapping of products is not automatic, so that can be challenging when adding a bulk number of products. I don't know if there is a work around (there might be, I'm just not sure).

This software is a breeze to use. User friendly and easily connects to all my vendors. Shipping, sorting, and picking make e-commerce management efficient. I love the sales report. They give detail data. The purchasing and adding in the bills' indirect cost/ shipping and unloading gives us a good grip on our real COG .

no back button.
Inventory stock reports only goes back 9 months, not a year two etc.

Honestly not much to dislike here lol. Even when there is a problem, support is great.

Go Flow helps with one of the most precious things we have, which is TIME. You can't get that back so being able to process orders in mass and print out labels all at once without having to input info for each label is great.
