Probably the easiest to understand comparison would be WooCommerce (but without the need to add endless WordPress plugins to get a working system), or Shopify (but without the ridiculous transaction fees, limited customization options, SEO limitations). Or in other words: SellDone is a pretty unique eCommerce platform with literally everything required to set up online stores without coding needs or additional plugins. Marketing tools are included as well as multi-language and currency support. POS systems are possible as well as multivendor setups. Anyone seriously considering selling online just has to take a look to understand the ingenious concept. I love the customer service, for starters. When I was just a free user, if I had a question and clicked the "chat" button, I actually got an answer from a real human, not just a bot. That was the first sign this is a great company. Once I started using the Enterprise Solution I realize just how comprehensive the platform is, without plugins! I've used Wordpress and Wix before. Wix has been easy, but very limited and not functional for growing into a large business. Wordpress is clunky and requires a lot of plugins for true functionality. Selldone is laid out very uniquely and you can tell the developers but a lot of effort into making it intuitive. I haven't yet tapped into a fraction of what is available to me. Every feature they added on is native which means all working smoothly and they don't need to manage or worry about the plugin or external apps. This makes the shop very stable and low maintenance for us as the vendor. **What do you dislike about Selldone?** The only thing that in my mind Selldone can not accomplish is selling event tickets. Importing those products through Excel is a very important part of the process, and it can be quite time-consuming.
