Xero takes so much of the stress of bookkeeping and accounting for sole proprietors away! Before Xero, I was up to my neck in spreadsheets and computer folders keeping track of my income, who I was paid by, what expenses I had made, etc. Now it's all automatically accumulated in my Xero dashboard, where I know that - with the press of a few "reconcile" buttons, I can easily keep my records clean. Fraud reduction is the obvious one, but the bigger win is what comes with it. Our team has gotten back hours that used to go toward manually reviewing orders and dealing with chargebacks. And (what people may not realize) if you're relying on Shopify's built-in payment filters you're declining legitimate orders and leaving money on the table. I really don’t like leaving one-star reviews, but after being a generally happy Signifyd customer for years, I’m out of other options. What should have been a simple renewal has dragged on with long stretches of no response, which has made it surprisingly hard to get basic questions answered or move anything forward.

The other issue is the contract itself. The agreement we were sent contained terms and provisions that were not what we discussed and not what we expected to sign, and we weren’t given a workable path to correct those mismatches.

I’m genuinely disappointed because the product relationship has been solid historically. the ability to have everything in one place, prior to that, in order to pull all the correct "fees" from Amazon, that required a a A2X integration and subscription between Amazon and QB online. That was so much work and so many things went wrong all the time, and no one wants to waste time in marlaky. We also had a accountant on top of that, so it was just ridiculous, and that is the case for all e-commerce companies at scale. Finaloop completely solved that stomach turning issue.
