Chargeflow works on a model where they take a percentage (25%) only on chargebacks they win. Other competitors charge a small percentage per transaction (and, I believe, a minimum monthly fee), which would really add up for a low-volume, low-chargeback business like ours.

Chargeflow has always met all my needs, but I was always concerned about the percentage of disputes they would win. But in the last few days, even before I received the chargeback, Chargeflow identified it and didn't even let the chargeback reach my account, saving me a lot of money. And besides, it's not a robot that responds to disputes, it's a human like me who analyzes the facts and doesn't do everything in the same way. That's why my rating has changed. I think Chargeflow could be more proactive in helping merchants optimize their chargeback setup. After using the tool for two years, we only discovered on our own that adding proof of delivery photos would significantly improve our outcomes. It would have been helpful if they had flagged that earlier or shared best practices up front.
