What I like most about Chargeflow is how they handle the actual responses to chargebacks. Everything they send out looks really clean and professional, and they include all the details and evidence without me having to worry about it.
I also like that I don’t really have to do anything. It just runs in the background and takes care of it, which makes things a lot easier on my end. It’s honestly just nice not having to deal with chargebacks anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there’s not much I dislike about Chargeflow. If I had to say something, it would just be that you don’t really get super hands-on control over each dispute since it’s mostly automated. But at the same time, that’s kind of the whole point and why it works so well.
