What do you like best about Chargeflow?

The integration capabilities are fantastic. We currently use it with Stripe and Intercom, and it fits perfectly into our workflow. In the past, we also used it with Zendesk, and the transition was smooth.

What do you like best about Chargeflow?

I use Chargeflow to automatically handle chargebacks and disputes, which helps me recover lost revenue, keep my chargeback rate low, and save a lot of time so I can focus on growing my business. I like how easy Chargeflow makes the whole chargeback process. Everything is automated, the evidence is handled well, and it saves me a lot of time and stress. Automation saves me a lot of time and prevents mistakes. The evidence is prepared professionally, which improves my win rate and makes the whole process stress-free. What do you dislike about Chargeflow?

What do you like best about Chargeflow?

I use Chargeflow for my chargebacks and I find the platform easy to use and easy to navigate. It really makes the process a lot easier and less stressful for me. Their help support is really good, they help you immediately. The price is also very good. Chargeflow saves me hours of work and reduces a lot of stress, making it a really good deal. Every time a chargeback comes in, they do everything to win it, and I know that I win 9 out of 10 times without having to worry. The initial setup of Chargeflow went smoothly with good explanations. What do you like best about Chargeflow?

Chargeflow has always met all my needs, but I was always concerned about the percentage of disputes they would win. But in the last few days, even before I received the chargeback, Chargeflow identified it and didn't even let the chargeback reach my account, saving me a lot of money. And besides, it's not a robot that responds to disputes, it's a human like me who analyzes the facts and doesn't do everything in the same way. That's why my rating has changed. What I dislike is that the win rate hasn’t improved as much as I expected compared to handling disputes manually. There is a slight improvement, but I hope Chargeflow can enhance this area further so we can win more disputes — especially since in many of our cases we clearly have the right to win. What do you dislike about Chargeflow?

I think Chargeflow could be more proactive in helping merchants optimize their chargeback setup. After using the tool for two years, we only discovered on our own that adding proof of delivery photos would significantly improve our outcomes. It would have been helpful if they had flagged that earlier or shared best practices up front. I had two fraudulent chargebacks against my small business that Chargeflow were able to reverse and get refunded for me. I wouldn’t have known how to even begin the process of fighting this so I’m truly very grateful for their work.

What do you like best about Chargeflow?

Chargeflow handles the time-consuming and often ineffective chargeback rebuttal process in a way that is simple to manage and far more effective. The system was a breeze to integrate into our Woocommerce + PayPal store - just make sure you're using the very latest Chargeflow plugin version if integrating from Wordpress/Woocommerce. The Chargeflow dashboard is super easy to understand and elegantly laid out. Our particular store is not your run-of-the-mill e-commerce storefront; Many products are extremely hard to source and/or require extensive customization, so order fulfillment times can be long and some people just can't seem to wait without issuing a chargeback despite the fact that they had agreed to the terms, shipping policy, returns policy etc. prior to checkout. This was a BIG concern for us: how would Chargeflow handle the specific way *our* orders are fulfilled in rebutting the chargebacks? To our relief, the setup process provides a simple way to upload/refer to these terms & conditions and automatically integrates them into the chargeback rebuttal -- se we know that our rather unusual case is covered!! We also had specific extra requirements that required developers to get involved and the Chargeflow tech team was quick to help. We wanted to ensure that when a chargeback was issued the order status changed to "Chargeback" (a custom order status we created in Woocommerce). This was achievable through the use of the API/webhooks provided by Chargeflow -- opening up the possibility of extensive customization of the way the service integrates into your specific workflow. And on a technical level, the use of the API/webhooks is highly secure -- using HMAC 256-bit hashed signatures -- so there are no worries about the cybersecurity vulnerabilities posed by most webhook implementations. Finally, as for customer service, I have rarely received better. The team is quick to respond with answers even if they need to get them from other teams with different expertise. What do you dislike about Chargeflow?

There is only one minor issue I have and that is the need to update the developer documentation around webhooks. Chargeflow had changed the UI of their settings where webhooks are related, and the documentation did not reflect the change, making for some confusion which was clarified by the tech team in 24 hours. What do you like best about Chargeflow?

They do the work for me. I don't have to submit one document and they stay on top of chargebacks for me so I don't have to. You win some, you lose some but we've won more using Chargeflow than we would have if we had to do the work ourselves. Their customer service is VERY good as well. We would definitely recommend.
