**What do you like best about Wyllo?**

Setup was easy, the customization actually lets you dial things in for your specific business needs, and once it's running it basically manages itself. We've spent maybe a few hours total on it over almost two years — truly set it and forget it. On top of the AI and algorithms, they have human fraud analysts doing manual reviews which gives you a confidence level that pure automation can't match. But the real differentiator is the team. They run a customer advisory board and genuinely use customer feedback to drive their roadmap.

**What do you dislike about Wyllo?**

Honestly not much. I'd love to see them move a little faster on product updates, but I know they've been investing heavily there recently with a big acquisition and product changes, so I expect that pace to pick up. That's really the only thing I can think of.

**What problems is Wyllo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fraud reduction is the obvious one, but the bigger win is what comes with it. Our team has gotten back hours that used to go toward manually reviewing orders and dealing with chargebacks. And (what people may not realize) if you're relying on Shopify's built-in payment filters you're declining legitimate orders and leaving money on the table. NoFraud lets us confidently pass more good orders through without worrying about the bad ones. So we're not just losing less money to fraud, we're actually capturing more revenue. Low lift, high impact.

**What do you like best about Wyllo?**

NoFraud has helped us manage our fraudulent orders in a seamless and effortless way. If we have customers who push the limits of our policies, we're able to report abuse vs if they've crossed the line, we can add to a blocklist. We're able to view detailed information as to why an order was failed or passed, and add to block/allow list at our own discretion. It also helps protect our customers - any stolen card information is automatically cancelled, where previously they weren't and the victims felt like they couldn't trust our site.

**What do you dislike about Wyllo?**

Need an integration with Gorgias to view data directly in the widget (I know it's being worked on). Need a link from Shopify to the direct NoFraud site (unless I just haven't found it)

I use NoFraud to help detect and prevent fraudulent orders on my online store. What I like the most is the automatic fraud detection and quick decision process. It reviews orders in real time and tells me if a transaction is safe or risky, which helps me process orders faster and reduces manual checking. These features save time during busy sales periods and help me ship orders faster while reducing the risk of fraud. The initial setup was straightforward and didn't take much time. After connecting it with my online store, it started reviewing transactions automatically, making the process simple and easy to follow. I would recommend NoFraud because it helps detect fraudulent orders and reduce chargebacks for online stores. It reviews transactions automatically and makes order processing safer. It has been helpful for managing risk in our clothing store.

Sometimes I would like a bit more detailed explanation about why a transaction is flagged as risky. This would help when reviewing certain orders manually. Also, improving the dashboard reporting could make it easier to analyze fraud trends.

What I like best about NoFraud is how easy the system is to use. Communication is quick and efficient, and it doesn’t interrupt the customer flow at all. Overall, it’s a smooth, user-friendly solution that makes fraud prevention simple.

I don’t have many dislikes about NoFraud. One minor issue is that the dashboard can sometimes be a bit slow, especially when exporting documents. I also wish we could see more customer history on failed orders, though I understand this may be limited due to privacy concerns.

NoFraud is absolutely helping us catch third-party resellers, which has been our biggest challenge. It flags orders being shipped to other warehouses and identifies customers with a sketchy shopping history, which clearly saves us money and reduces fraud risk.

Having accessible, organized data allows us to make faster operational decisions and keep leadership informed without digging through complicated reports.

And once again, their customer support is top notch. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to assist our CSRs with questions or escalations. Between the strength of their fraud review process, the clarity of the analytics dashboard, and their top-notch customer support, we’ve had a consistently positive experience. Nothing negative to report — just a solid partnership that continues to support our business.

It was nigh impossible to weed out the fraudsters from our website before. Unless you can memorize the names, emails, or addresses or create a list of possible illegitimate orders, they would get away with it. Now that we have NoFraud on our side, they do that for us. We are now looking into the Chargeback Protection/Chargeback Management for another level of business security and take some work off my own plate!

What I appreciate most about NoFraud is how seamlessly it handles fraud prevention. There’s not much to complain about, but if I had to point out something, it would be that the review dashboard tends to load a little slowly during peak hours. Additionally, I found that understanding some of the settings required a bit of trial and error at the beginning.

"The main thing to note is the necessary step of Cardholder Verification for very high-risk orders. While we understand it ensures protection, the verification process (a quick email or text to the shopper) can sometimes add a minor, temporary speed bump to the customer's overall experience. There's also the need to constantly keep the integration permissions updated across our platforms.

If you work closely with your rep there or their support team that can assist you in getting your approval rates up. We worked with them to increase our valid approval rates up from 97% to 99.2%. While we still didn't get any fraud, we were able to accept more orders.

**What do you dislike about Wyllo?**

The cost. There are more budget friendly solutions out there. Signifyd is one. As long as you are a certain size company, there are substantial savings that can be had with other fraud solutions.

**What problems is Wyllo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help us protect ourselves from being frauded online. Without it, I would imagine we would be getting fraud orders multiple times per week. While it does cost to use, it has saved us much more in the long run. But now we no longer have to manually review all our orders coming through.

I like it because it covers chargebacks they approve as a matter of policy. Plus, as a manager, my main concern is transaction flow and customer experience. I also like that it manages risk decisions in the background and transforms what was once fraud into a mere statistic.

I didnt like some aspects, especially that greater transparency about the logic behind rejections, without having to resort to complex reporting, would help refine our own internal policies.

**What do you like best about Wyllo?**

We went with NoFraud becuase they knew their product, had answers to our questions immediatly (very few "let me find out for you..."), and the price for what they offer could not be beat by competitors. The trial run they offer proved the value of the product, and effectiveness. NoFraud dramatically reduces tedious manual verification processes which can both be a time consumer for the CSR team, as well as cause friction with good customers when they need their order to ship quickly. We also can rest assured we are protected on every order than goes out the door now, and decrease our loss due to fraudulent purchases.

 We also find the dashboards, reporting, form submission and most aspects of the NoFraud app to be very intuiative, easy to use, and balance between being simple but polished look to them.

It is VERY easy to implement and integarate into BigCommerce, and the team was very helpful all along the way. We use NoFraud daily and it has dramatically changed the man hours needed to manage orders.

**What do you dislike about Wyllo?**

The only downside, which is unavoidable with any fraud software, is the potential for false flags, where a "good" customer's order is cancelled. These are rare, but do happen, and are easy enough to resolve directly with that customer. There are options to white-list good customers (or blacklist if necessary).

**What problems is Wyllo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were doing manual order reviews and contacting customers with differnet billing/shipping addresses to mitigate fraud. This caused a lot of work for our team members, additional calls/emails from customers to get their orders shipped, and either didn't catch all fraud, OR would cause good orders to be cancelled.  This dramatically improves the availability of my team members to focus on other tasks and customers, and we have a much lower rate of loss due to catching more bad players. We also see increased revenue due to more "good" orders being shipped.
 Our customer service score has increased now that we can ship orders nearly as soon as they are placed, rather than waiting a day.

NoFraud is simple to use and understand. Easily integrating into my Shopify store I feel at ease knowing I've got a dedicated layer of protection with my transactions. I am also notified via email along the way once a transaction passes so I am always in the loop.

Sometimes the criteria can be TOO good... meaning they may flag an order placed at the customer's office when their billing address is different. I understand it is for my benefit but can be frustrating to not have the charge covered because of that.

Look no further! I've spent countless hours dealing with other fraud protection companies and they try to talk you into low introductory offers and then a high-yield percentage on the sale. NoFraud gives a fair price for fraud protection that is easy to understand and use.

We've been using NoFraud for several months now, and I can't recommend them enough. Their platform is seamless and very user friendly, their support has been wonderful, and most importantly—they catch the fraud we don’t want slipping through. Their team was so kind and helpful during onboarding and setup and answered my many questions with much patience. 
The NoFraud site also has an extensive Help Centre with a lot of resources which was critical for my team to be able to understand exactly how it works, what they see in the portal when they log in, and how to answer customer inquiries about order status.

As an e-commerce business, NoFraud has become an essential part of how we protect both our customers and our revenue.

**What do you dislike about Wyllo?**

There truly isn't much that we have disliked- I think sometimes the fail/review reasons are not entirely clear to us, as the merchant, but we don't even entirely need them to be; as long as NoFraud analysts are handling it we can simply trust their knowledge and expertise.

The fact that we do not have to mind or manage our fraud system has been a lifesaver in terms of time and efficiency. During busy periods we can trust that the system is running in the backend and doing all the necessary work for us. From an ecommerce manager perspective, I really like that NoFraud isn't something I have to think about now that it is live and running. NoFraud handles all of the implementation and setup and makes it a, more-or-less, set it and forget it tool. Our finance team enjoys the reduced amount of work they have to take in reviewing fraud orders and chargeback claims. We also had a custom use-case and we were able to work with their team to find a unique solution. Our NoFraud point of contact is easy to work with, responsive and we have regular touchbases to review our account.

It is a relatively ease tool to use. We had some custom cases and most of them were quickly addresses by the support team. We had several custom solutions implemented. Pretty straightforward reporting and tracking tools.

It was not obvious at once that some transactions get a pass status, but are not covered. So you need to pay attention to that in the greed and in each transaction.

We have been using NoFraud for several years after having repeated fraud orders.  Once we added NoFraud, the fraudulent orders were non existence and it gave us peace of mind.  There are still some frauds that come through, but we are confident in having their team guide us in the issue at hand and to help us solve the problem.  Some of the issues were not related to the NoFraud app so it wasn't there fault.  I would NOT manage an online business without NoFraud.  It is a MUST HAVE app when operating an ecommerce store.  It allows us to sleep well at night when orders are coming through.  Thank you NoFraud for your service and great customer support.

the app can improve its UX when searching for chargeback that were manually submitted.  Having some issues with these reports but it could be me that is not finding it.

I think the only downfall is the time it takes for an order to pass once it has been responded to from the customers end. It woudl be great if this process could be shortened and pass or fails are recevied quicker.

NoFraud has done an amazing job of monitoring for not only fraudulent orders but orders from resellers as well. We started working with them in summer of 2023 and have seen an increase in sales that shopify wouldn't let through that were trustworthy and we've correctly blocked orders that shouldn't go through. We've been able to set up additional rules that take the manual guesswork out of our day to day and can spend our time with more useful tasks. Implementation was fairly easy and we are making constant provements.

Though NoFraud has done a great job blocking resellers I think there are improvements that can be made when customers place multiple orders in a short time frame. Saying this though, they are quick to take our feedback and make improvements.

It’s accurate, easy, and saves us so much time. NoFraud catches the risky orders without slowing down the good ones

I wish the dashboard had more customization for reports, but the core fraud detection works great

**What problems is Wyllo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NoFraud protects our eCommerce store from fraudulent orders and chargebacks. It reviews transactions in real time so we don’t have to manually check every order, which saves time and keeps legitimate customers’ orders moving quickly. It’s given us peace of mind knowing we’re not losing money to fraud while still providing a smooth checkout experience

We use it to verify if an order is legitimate or not.  He benefits us by not having to spend time chasing down customers to see if there order was real or not.

They are really improving their flag capabilities and now we have flows set up that don't process an order until it is fully processed and passed. 

**What do you dislike about Wyllo?**

it would be great if they could help flag certain buyers who seem to purchase a lot, resell, etc. Rather than order-specific, add a flag for repeat customer activity

**What problems is Wyllo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not shipping fraudulent orders, scans orders before we are able to, gives us reporting and analyics, great account manager support too! Always able to assist when we have questions.

Clarity around the billing process would be ideal, but still a solid experience.
