The software is user-friendly, which is a rare quality to find. Coming from a non-technical background, I find it quite straightforward to use. What do you dislike about Rippling?

Most of the time, it loads very slowly. It takes a considerable amount of time just to apply for leave, which I find unnecessarily complicated, especially when I try to submit reviews. Additionally, it is not clear which review a particular action is associated with, making some parts of the process feel quite confusing. What do you dislike about Gusto?

Logging in takes far too long—usually between two and five minutes—which disrupts my schedule. After finally getting in, I often have to go back and edit or explain why I needed to adjust my hours. This makes it seem as if I’m trying to manipulate my time, even when that’s not the case. The delays are especially frustrating when I need to log in quickly for something brief or temporary, or when I’m commuting. Additionally, the system doesn’t show me my estimated paycheck until after I’ve already been paid; it only tells me the date I’ll receive my paycheck, which I already know. What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

Run by ADP has made my job as the employer, so much easier. I have my employees clock in and out on the TIME section of RUN. ADP then factors the hours for me, I need to click some buttons, and then it submits the payroll. The money is then direct deposited into my employees' accounts. It has made it so much easier then trying to do all of the payroll and time keeping on my own. When it comes time to collecting tax info and 1099 info for my employees, ADP makes it easy and it is ready for me to print when needed. When setting up my employees in the system, it was easy, and then just needed to send over to my employees for them to fill out the rest of their info. ADP has been a life saver, and when I did not need to run payroll, I just continued to pay the monthly bill for ADP, to keep my account open. It has been great to work with ADP. What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

The ONLY thing I do not like about RUN by ADP is that if my employees need help with their account, they cannot contact IT on their own. They need me present, and I have to do it. I have 1099 clients, so I am not always with them as we have different schedules. So when they are having trouble with their account, it would be so much easier, if they could contact IT on their own- especially when the problem has to do, typically, with the fact that they had an old ADP account from another employer, and now ADP is not connecting correctly for them, with their new employer. I really appreciate Remote for providing easy access to HR processes such as payslip and leave management, as well as employment confirmation letters. I love how I can access Remote easily via the mobile app or desktop site, and the clean, easy-to-use UI is a big plus for me. Their country handbooks are incredibly useful for finding information without having to constantly email HR. The preprogrammed public holidays, down to the specific state, help me plan my time off without needing to refer to multiple different calendars. The initial setup was very seamless, and Remote took care of asking all the right questions and processing necessary documents, including updates to my tax records, which was super helpful. What problems is Sequifi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sequifi takes the headache out of commissions and payroll. It handles complicated commission structures without any extra effort on my end and cuts out the manual work that usually slows everything down. Payroll becomes fast, accurate, and easy. What do you like best about Central?

Really nice having a slackbot I can just @ and tell to hire someone, pay them a bonus, terminate them, etc. I don't need to think about... anything really. I don't know what's happening behind the curtain, and that's fine, because there are no issues and no complaints and I focus on the business!

Everyone is also super responsive, which helps a lot--it's not like you're left with just an AI agent to contend with. Knowledgeable, friendly folks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Central?

I've never used any other benefits administrator, so it's hard to say what I'm missing, but I also don't really care! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Central solving and how is that benefiting you?

Central handles all payroll and one-time payments, reimbursements, etc. and all of the taxes behind the scenes. It's amazing how much happens without us paying attention to it. Just a huge piece of the business that I can put completely on autopilot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
